Chapter eleven: " Spill the beans."

"Is this all necessary? I mean we have the dresses on and you guys didnt even ask us what colors they was. We have to partner up with who ever has the same color tie as us?" Sara complained. Its true though, im going to the ball with Sam because he has a black tie.

"Shut up and lets get this over with." Lucas shut Sara up, motioning us to the front of the venue.

"May I?" Sam held his arm out for me to curl my arm around. I smiled at his sweet gesture. "You may."

Once inside we looked for someone who apparently hates Lucas and I. Its hard, im sure alot of people hate me. Well this me. The me who doesnt care about consequences. We made our way around the room as a group.

Someone caught my eye, someone iv seen before but cant place where. He caught my eyes. He was wereing a black suit and a grey tie, accompanied with a scowl on his face.

"Guys, i think iv found him." I grinned, gesturing to the man scowling at us.

"Oh thats him alright." Sam's eyes creased in anger.

"Is that..." Xander trailed off.

"Greyson." Lucas growled out, finishing for Xander. "Thats who hates us."

"I dont blame him." I stifled a giggle. "Come on, lets go for a chat."

As we started walking closer, i noticed him talking to two other men. "Oh shit." Jill breathed out as we got closer. She scanned greyson and one of the men.

I tapped Greyson on the shoulder. "Hey Greyson, remember me?" I smiled softly.

"How can i forget?" He growled.

"Now, now Greyson. Be nice." A tall, broad, brown eyed lad grasped his shoulder.

"I am being nice." Greyson stated.

"Jill." The same lad beamed at Jill.

"Jesse." Jill breathed out.

"Woah, woah, woah. Jesse? As in the Jesse i need to batter the fuck out of?" I pushed though grit teeth.

"You dont need to, you want to." Jill started. "And to answer your question...yes." She sighed.

"Oh little man. Id be careful what you say. Say or do the wrong thing and i will make you regret it." I threatened Jesse, who visibly gulped. I smirked at the impression iv made.

"Now, now, now Greyson. What do you have to tell us, you have information we need. You ganna tell us willingly or... do you want me to beat it out of you." I grinned maliciously. "So what will it be?"

"Ahh, Asteria. Allways so charming." The other man turned towards me. In that moment i wanted the world to swallow me up.

"Well theres a blast from the past." I nervously rolled my ring. "What are you doing here Nayyar?" I didnt dare look into his eyes. They held so many memories, as did he. My first kiss, my first date, everything yet we never got together. We was bestfriends thats all. Nothing more, nothing less.

"Its a ball Star, i was invited." Nayyar glanced at me. "Was you?"

"No, we walked through the door and gate crashed." I stared at him with a playful smirk. "Only joking." I added, lieing.

"What happend to the sweet and innocent Asteria?" His eyes were the color of deep sienna, with a mischievous glint that seemed to reflect the corners of his mouth, which were fighting a smile.

They were every shade of brown you could imagine, a raw umber and caramel mix, dotted with bits of dark chocolate. They glow with humor and playfulness that gives you shivers and wraps you in a warm embrace at the same time.

"She died." I stated emotionless. My stormy blue eyes hardened like hail.

"And Lily? Wheres thing two?" His eyes creased in confusion. My heart clenched at the name of Lily.

"Shes dead. She died a few months ago. Which reminds me, Where is their new base Greyson? They have something of ours and we need it back." I stated boredly.

"Wait you meen to say..." Nayyar started but i inturupted him.

"Not now Nayyar."

"Im not completely sure, they have a few bases now. They've exspanded in security as well, after...well you know." Greyson trailed off, looking anywhere but at us.

"What happened?" Jesse and Nayyar stared at us in complete confusion.

"They broke into an organisation to steal something and one of their own got taken." Greyson filed them in.

"What did you steal?" Nayyar shot daggers at me. "This was never the star i knew." He said shaking his head.

"It wasn't stealing if it was ours first. And anyways it was needed to be done." I shook my head smirking. "I need the locations and the amount of security for safty pecautions." I glued my eyes onto Greyson. With a sigh he agreed.

Were on step closer to getting Tyler back.

"Can we help? Im guessing your all su-" I cut Nayyar off by clamping my hand over his mouth.

"Thats a yes." Jesse grinned; I groaned. "Stop thinking of ways to kill me." He stated, flicking his eyes to me.

"How did you..." I trailed. Oh my angel. He has the telepathy like me. I looked at him with wide eyes. He just smirked and nodded.

"Well, lets get out of here. We need to talk all of us and you..." I pointed to Greyson. "Your coming with us." We all placed on a smile and walked out of the ball.

"So lets talk about powers." I could tell Jesse was grinning from his yone of voice.

I was in the kitchen making coffee's. I grabbed a frying pan and drcided to take a Repunzel aproch. I snook up behind him, ready to wack Jesse at the back of his head, when suddenly the frying pan flew out of my hands. I turned slowly, scowling at Xander.

"Trust me, you'll thank me later." Xander frowned at me.

"Yeah right." I muttered and walked into the kitchen.

"Hey Vel. Is there a reason why you want to constanly assasinate Jesse?" Samuel sighed, taking the pot of coffee from my hands.

"No. Yes. I dont know." I sighed. He gave me a pointed look.

"Spill the beans." He grinned shoung me the coffee pot. "Get it? Beans, as in coffee beans." He laughed his derrière off.

"Fine, months ago..." should i tell him? He asked but its not really my secret to tell. I contemplated wether telling him. "Im sorry i cant, not until i speak with jill. Maybe another time." I held a fake smile on my face.

He frowned but nodded anyways. "Come on. Lets give them their coffee. Your not the same when your thirsty. Get some coffee." Sam grinned, his eyes crinckled and his dimples poped out.

He looked so cute when he smiles.

"I dont think thats the saying." I laughed grabbing some mugs, passing them around.

"-doesn't Astra has some insanely cool powers?" Jannet smiled warmly to me. "So what are yours?" She directed her question to Jesse and Nayyar.

"Are we just going to forget about Greyson being unconscious?" Jesse gave me a pointed look.

"Wait what?" Concern flashed across Nayyars eyes. Jesse shouldnt of known.

I may or may not have nocked out Greyson for not following us?

Is that Kidnap? Yes.

Do i care? Not in the slightest.

Oh of course, he read my mind.

"Stay out of my mind...or i will make you." I beared my teeth to Jesse.

"Why princess? Is it because you dont want Lucas knowing about the sex fantasy's you have about Xander or Sam?" Jesse tried riling me up.

I laughed and laughed.  I don't know why I found myself laughing so hard, but all of the sudden, I couldn't stop. My breath came in quick gasps between my unstopable giggles. Tears gathered in the corners of my eyes, threatening to spill over. After a solid ten minutes I sobered up.

"Or maybe i want the way of killing you to be a surprise. And puh-lease, Xanders an ex and Sam is a friend. I dont have no sex fantasys of anyone." I smirked.

"Oh really...what about when you have that dream. You know that one where you had that red lacy bralette and matching thongs on for Lucas but he never showed up?" My face turened beat red at what Jesse described.

"That wasnt a dream." I muttered quietly, turning my head away.

"What was that?" He smirked. That evil, conniving prick!

"It wasnt a dream." I muttered once again.

"I dont think they heard that." He stated boredly.

"It wasnt a fucking dream!" I growled out.

"So that actually happened? You waited for me in that and i didnt show?" Lucas looked at me in disbelief.

"You said you was busy. I waited for two hours in them, on your bed and eventually...I got bored and upset and decided to call it a day." I sighed. "You didnt miss out on owt, Im a heartless bitch remember." I gave Lucas a sarcastic smile and turned to Jesse.

"Now Jesse, seems as you spilled my love life...how about you spill about your powers?" I snarled at him.

"Fine so my power is...."

Dun, dun, dun clifhanger...well not really. So lately i havent been posting, not because i couldnt be bothered but because i wanted a few chapters to be posted continuesly. So todays my 17th birthday... Ik im getting old, right? But i thought what better day to publish 10, thats right 10 chapters but today.
