Out of an alleyway, a emerald colored, gem-like projectile then fires towards Archer. EMIYA looks at it with a slight widening of his eyes before narrowly redirecting it into the side, before it momentarily explodes into a cyan explosion. Rin, in Saber mode, then bursts from the shadows in a sudden burst of Mana and barrels towards Archer, holding something concealed inside invisible air in a swinging motion, exclaiming "Noone should be able to deflect my emerald gem bomb!" to which Archer says "Redirect, not deflect" while dodging and parrying SabeRin's attacks.

Archer then smirks, before remarking "Rin, if you didn't use Mana Burst to rocket at me, you could've used it to get the jump on me."

Rin then inwardly curses at herself, knowing Archer was right about it, before continuing her attack. However, as good as Rin's presence was to turn the tides, the advantage soon went back to Archer as he keeps Rin away with a barrage of swords." Shirou grits his teeth while thinking up ways to help, despite being cornered by swords himself. His girlfriend was being attacked and sorely outskilled by Archer, only just about keeping up due to Saber's Intuition skill, and slightly superior base stats.

Shirou then hides behind a wall, before forming a throwing axe, one of the random weapons Archer shot at him, and then throws it at Archer with a reinforced arm before covering himself once more from the barrage of swords aimed at him. He then runs out, and flanks Archer while throwing multiple throwing knives at Archer, shouting "Follow me!" to Rin who quickly nods and used a Mana burst to momentarily disperses Archer's sword barrage before moving towards Shirou.

Shirou then uses Reinforcement magic on his legs and bolted towards his house with Rin keeping up easily with the class card's power.

"Shirou! Where are we going?"

"If this place is a recreation of our town, then I may now of something that I could try and use to even the odds a bit at my old home."

Rin suddenly carries Shirou after seeing Archer running at them. She barely outspeeds a nonserious Archer, giving them a few seconds head start. They both then go inside his house as Shirou starts looking around the place.

"Shirou what're you looking for?!"

Meanwhile, Archer arrives outside the house and stops before chuckling, saying "Shirou Emiya, if you think I'd hold back just because this used to be my home as well, then you're sadly mistaken. As a counter guardian, I have had to do harder things."

Archer then jumps back and runs up a nearby building before summoning his black bow. He then summons an ever so familiar drill-shaped sword.

"My core is twisted in madness..."

Suddenly a voice was heard chanting out "Hammer of the wind king..."

As Archer fired his arrow, he shouts out "Caladbolg!" however, Shirou's voice could be heard from the opposite side, shouting out "Strike Air!" as a powerful wind whips forth. Two projectiles grazing against each other, a silver sword deformed into the shape of a bolt, covered in a vortex of energy and an invisible arrow which seemed almost undetectable even to Archer himself.

However, it is made clear what it was when the ability exploded into a gust of wind, showing a mundane arrow, with various spell cards of the same type scotchtaped on it. However, as the wind explodes, so did the spell on the arrow. A powerful, colorful explosion then occurred. When the smoke cleared, Archer was stoked as Caladbolg was, in fact, redirected enough for it to only graze the Emiya house. He smiled and said "Not bad."

His danger signs flare up as he was forced to block multiple invisible projectiles. He was made even more weary when said projectiles explode in a violent gust when he hit them. Although not enough to damage him, these were enough to distract him from the real threat.

He then sees Shirou getting lobbed at him like a projectile making him exclaim "What the f-" before Shirou clashes an especially big stone sword he threw at Shirou earlier. Without time to react, EMIYA was forced to use, and shatter, his bow to block the attack. However, Shirou merely somersaults over him, and summon his own bow against him, albeit smaller, firing three arrows in rapid succession. As he was about to attack Shirou with Kanshou and Bakuya, he then finds himself ironically in front of Shirou's smirk as his younger self then falls off the roof while pointing back at the house. Shirou then lands on an air conditioning unit making a pained grunt as he did.

Archer then looks at the house only to see Rin standing at the doorway, holding a sword, suffused with Invisble Air.

"Archer, take this. Our false noble phantasm, Excalibur..."

Archer immediately widened his eyes as he held up a hand before him. Rin then shouts out "TOHSAKA!!" to which Shirou gives her a deadpanned "Really?" face as she throws the 'Excalibur Tohsaka' in conjunction with mana burst, and strike air. The sword sailed through the air, unconcealing itself only to be revealed as a nameless ornately designed sword.

However, it still moved at a speed which makes even the Caladbolg II from earlier have a run for it's money. It then glows as the multiple spell cards duct taped to it's pommel, glowed in a rainbow spectacle of light. However, Archer, reacts quickly enough, pulling out his strongest shield. "RHO... AIAS!!!"

The sword then clashes against Rho Aias, slashing into it as a blinding projectile with various elements exploding out of it, most notably, fire. Due to the sheer power of the attack, it shattered one of the layers of Rho Aias only to get stuck on the second layer.

However, this was merely a distraction as Archer then felt something drip from his side. As he looked down, he saw Shirou shank him with his own sword, Bakuya, the every same sword Shirou shanked him with the last time, in the exact same spot. Archer smiles and raises his hands in defeat. He was clearly the foolish one to have holstered Kanshou and Bakuya on him... just as planned.

"It's over... Archer."

"Very well, you two won that fair and square."

Rin fell weakly onto the pavement, as she involuntarily unequips the class card due to lack of mana. Artoria then materializes and picks her up, saying "You did well master. I apologize for not being allowed to directly assist. MY EMIYA wouldn't allow me to."

They then enter the fake world's Emiya household and sat on the table. "I'm sorry, I cannot serve food here, fake world and all."

Shirou huffs in disinterest while Rin nods as Arthuria sighs. He then comes back with tea and poured it for them. Rin then said "But you said- what?!"

EMIYA then says "Oh, it's actually a gift... from Gilgamesh of all people. Would you believe it? He muttered something about manners even to mongrels or something before throwing me this piping hot pot of tea." He then returns back to the kitchen to put away his apron and change to something more fitting the occasion.

Shirou then drank a cup and widened his eyes, saying "Th-this is amazing!" to which Artoria nods, saying "I may loathe him, but I do appreciate that he is willing to do this much."

Rin then downs her cup of tea before saying "Alright, now that we have the time... Tell me about you two." which caught both servants off guard, as Artoria nervously said "W-what do you mean?"

Rin then smiles teasingly and said "W-well, you seem to be awfully close with Archer, even going as far as calling him "My EMIYA". Now tell me Saber, what's that about."

While Saber tries to stammer an answer, Rin was just smiling wryly at her and Shirou, well... Shirou was kinda just... there, just staring at the whole scene unfold, more captivated by the tea and it's surprising restorative ability and taste than the actual conversation. When Archer got back, Artoria then runs to him and hugs him with her face buried on his chest, saying "E-EMIYA... could you e-explain our... thing?"

Archer raised a brow and then made a silent "Oh boy..." sound, grasping the situation.

He then sits down on the futon and then says "Me and Artoria here are in a relationship", non-chalantly dropping a bomb at Shirou and Rin who simultaneously spit their tea.

Saber then retracts behind him, with a sudden timidity in her actions. Saber's ahoge then starts moving like a tail as she explains "Y-you see, whilst in the Throne of h-heroes, I learned that EMIYA-kun was actually an alternate Shirou of a world where me and him were lovers... but he apparently couldn't save me from my regret of being a king. S-so, n-now that he was partially freed from his duties because of this new world, I-I decided to approach him about it... besides... I admittedly DID like you... Shirou. So... here we are... even if I'm not the Saber he knew." Archer then chuckles, saying "More like you forced me into the relationship. Not that I mind, mind you."

Artoria then pouts, saying "Y-you're so mean..." while lightly jabbing at his side. After she stopped, Archer then says "Alright, now to get what you both came for."

He then holds his hand over the legendary card deck and mutters out "I am the bone of my sword..." as deck's gem illuminated with a smokey orange color. It then unlocked his class card 1st stage Ascension. He then turns to Shirou and said "As for you, I don't need to give you anything."

Shirou glares at Archer, saying "Why not? I thought you have already put that hate between us away already during the final part of the grail war?"

Archer then rubs his temples, muttering "Idiot... " He then sighs as he said "To save time, I won't even start another argument. Look, I've already GIVEN you what I have to during our fight earlier since I fired at you, all the weapons and Noble Phantasms your current mana can handle. Well, at least I hope you traced them all. If you didn't, then that's on you."

Artoria then smiles as she says "Now both of you wake up now. Your journey awaits you two."

Both then stand up, say their farewells and then walked out of the house, with a blinding light engulfing them, as they wake up to the birds chirping and the flowers blooming. The sun beats down on them from an open window as Naofumi was already finishing up preparations, saying "Hey,  you two slept too well, so i figured I'd make breakfast today instead. It isn't on Emiya's level of cooking, but it's good enough... I think. Oh and we need to get going soon. We need to find a place that's both harder than the plains and not quite that snake marsh."

They both eat their fills and then changed their clothes. Then, after a bit, they then went out with Shirou and Rin looking around the new tools ready to them.

Which was quite a bit to take in, considering the amount of weapons thrown at both them last night. Shirou swears he didn't see half of that list fly at him, so he shrugs it off as him passively downloading those when he clashed blades with Archer.

Rin, however, was slightly disappointed, seeing as all she unlocked were:

But brightened up after seeing:

However, Shirou is confused on why she was disappointed seeing his future self on her servant list when that basically means she probably has access to all his weapons and probably then some. Well that's if he still works the same that is.

Naofumi then stands in front of them and says "Okay, preparation recap." He then begins listing down the various things they still have on hand, making notes of where to go next and what to do next. And next stop? The blacksmith!
