It's early in the morning at Ponyville, where most ponies are still sleeping. At the outskirts of town near a forest, a big red wingless crocodile-looking dragon, covered in golden spikes and curled horns is seen running towards a self made obstacle course.

🎶You run, run, run away
It's your heart that you betray🎶

🎶Feeding on your hungry eyes
I bet you're not so civilized🎶

He jumps to the first platform and runs forward, avoid getting hit by spike balls moving like a pendulum. After getting to the other side, he stops with his paws a big tree trunk that was gonna fall on top of him before using it as a shield against wooden arrows shot at him.

🎶Well, isn't love primitive
A wild gift that you want to give
Break out of captivity🎶

🎶And follow me stereo jungle child
Love is the kill
You're heart's still wild🎶

Then while carrying the tree trunk, the dragon runs on his hind legs on a tightrope over a huge cliff.

When reaching to the other side of the cliff, he drops the trunk and carries a massive boulder in front of him before starting to climb up a mountain. When he finally makes it to the top he runs by a wooden sign with his face poorly drawn on it. He then throws the boulder on the air and punches it, blasting it into smithereens.

[Song Stops]

Y/N (Narrating): I know what you're thinking. What type of maniac would be carrying around giant rocks and smashing them at 6:00 am?
I'll tell you who. My good pal, Blaze the dragon.

[Rewind time]

Y/N: It all began when the poor guy got tricked into releasing King Sombra to the world, I'm sure most of you remember him. He was on the hunt for a magic gem that belonged to my mom and picked a fight with moi, which went very badly for him by the way.

A scene is shown where Y/N got punched in the face by the dragon with such strength that made a massive hole on his and Twilight's castle. Then the scene changes to another where Y/N shoots a powerful magic beam at him, but the dragon counters with fire that pushes back his magic, then suddenly got smacked in the head by a big spike ball from the dragon's tail, causing a shockwave and making a small crater on the ground.

Y/N: Hey! Wait a minute! This is the wrong footage! Why are we showing this!?

The scene then fast forwards to an ancient temple where Y/N and Blaze are fighting while Sombra is stealing the emerald from them.

Y/N: Eventually, we punched out our differences and teamed up to defeat King Sombra and recovering the emerald, hence saving the universe. Hooray! And you're welcome.

That's how we became friends and we also offered him a place to stay as our roommate!

Y/N: Now with all the hero stuff out of the way, Blaze's only mission is to relax and enjoy his time in Ponyville ... which might be a little harder than it sounds. He's like a wild beast wanting to battle all the time! That's why I asked for help from somepony who has experience when it comes to taming beasts, and who better for the job than my girlfriend Fluttershy? She has been struggling lately so she could use some company and maybe he could help her as well.

Twilight wasn't all too happy with the idea, but I already assured her that everything is gonna be fine. I mean, what could possibly go wrong?

Back to the dragon.

Blaze: HA! A new record!

The dragon slowly turns around and looks at Fluttershy staring at him next to her pet, Angel Bunny.

Blaze: Now you do it.

Fluttershy: ... eh?

Y/N (Narrating): Okay, that escalated quickly, but trust me when I tell you this the best for both of them. Fluttershy can help him get adjusted to his new home and teach him to relax and enjoy life while he can help her focus on her physical and mental health with the hopes of boosting her confidence in herself. This can be the start of a fun new friendship so yay... let's just hope he doesn't go too hard on her.

Fluttershy is doing push-ups with her wings while struggling. Blaze looks at her and then puts Angel bunny on her back as extra weight, only for her to lose all strength and falling on her chest exhausted, getting a disappointed look from the dragon.

The scene changes to Blaze running up a hill with bags filled with boulders on his back, while Fluttershy is struggling to keep up with him while carrying bags with marshmallows.

Blaze tied a rope around two dead tree trunks and had Fluttershy trying to walk on it with her wings tied and a broom holding two buckets of water. She looks at Blaze and her animal friends staring at her, which makes her nervous and loses her balance, spilling the water on Blaze's head. He got even redder from anger and steam started coming from his body, immediately evaporating the water.

Near a lake, Blaze placed 6 platforms for her to jump around them with her wings tied so that she doesn't cheat, and to make things harder, he and Angel were throwing acorns at her to distract her and make her fall into the water, which they succeeded the first few tries

Blaze hung up an apple to a tree and pushed it, making it swing from side to side. Fluttershy had to stay in place but move her head in order to avoid getting hit by it, but her reflexes were not so strong and ended up getting bonked on the head multiple times by the apple

The scene then changes to Blaze standing on top of a hill with Angel by his side, they both started pushing tree trunks and boulders at Fluttershy while she tried jumping them or running around them to get to the top. She didn't got injured, but she slipped a lot of times and fell.

Fluttershy kept doing all these exercises and failed over and over again, but as time went by, she was starting to get a better hold of it and so she had to add more difficulty.

Her push ups went from having Angel on her back as extra weight, she had now more critters like squirrels and birds on her back, making her struggle even more but she kept doing them as much as she wanted to give up.

She jogged up the hill with bags with apples now instead of marshmallows, which made her take a few stops in order to catch her breath, but continued either way.

She also was now able to keep her balance on the rope but still struggled to being able to walk with the buckets of water, Blaze also learned from past trainings so he kept his distance so that he didn't get splashed.

Fluttershy now had to avoid getting hit by various apples hanging from trees, reacting faster and moving in time before she could get hit.

The jumping on platforms part was the easiest since she only had to keep jumping but also learn to dodge and not get distracted by the acorns being thrown at her.

And for the hill trunks and boulders being thrown at her, she learned to jump over them just in time and even use them as platforms for her to jump even further, showing more and more progress as time went by and she kept doing her training.

After days of training, Fluttershy was now standing at the start of the obstacle course Blaze had made. To say she was nervous was putting it very lightly, but she wanted, no, she NEEDED to show her friends just how much she's improved.

Angel gave her a nod and rose a tiny flag before waving it down, indicating her to start.

Fluttershy ran forward and jumped the first few platforms while also avoiding being hit by the swinging spike balls. She jumped to a further platform while going through some hoops made of branches and when she made it to the last platform, she immediately ducked to avoid getting hit by a tree trunk that was heading her way.

She took a chunk from the trunk and used it as a shield before wooden arrows were thrown at her. She ran to avoid getting hit by them but took the wooden shield just in case more projectiles were thrown her way.

With the shield on her wing, she started running to the tightrope and crossed it as fast as she could without losing her balance nor having to depend on her wings to get to the other side.

When she got to the end of the rope, she dropped her shield and saw a big boulder in her way. She wasn't able to carry it so she started rolling it uphill which took a lot of time and effort for her to reach to the top, but she did get to the top where Blaze was waiting for her. She let go of the rock and ran towards a wooden sign next to the dragon with Fluttershy's face drawn on it with the word "Champion" written next to her face.

Blaze smiled at her, filled with joy and pride while Fluttershy was tearing up happily, not believing that she actually made it on her own so she hugged him. After letting go, they both smile at each other and jump, ready to high five each other before the screen stops
