On a floating island, there's a red dragon with golden spikes all around his body, walking on the ancient temples of the island. He seems lost in thought while exploring the ancient ruins, he then stops when he sees a statue of a Feathered Serpent-like dragon. He stares at it for a few minutes before closing his eyes as memories came back to his mind.

🎶Idolized you long ago🎶

🎶Like a match that ignites my soul🎶

🎶I don't care how far I have to go🎶

The Serpent is seen sparring with a 5 year old dragon who keeps losing over and over again.the grown dragon helps the cub get back up before they both continue training.

🎶I WILL BE THE GREATEST!🎶

The young red dragon is now a teen, fighting alone against a stone golem that's twice his size.

🎶Mark my words, oh!🎶

The golem throws its fist at the dragon, but he manages to avoid just in time.

🎶I won't stumble🎶

The golem swings again, this time hitting the dragon and throwing him towards a huge rock, smashing it into pieces.

🎶Stone will tumble down🎶

The dragon gets out from the rubbles and glares at the golem. His emerald green eyes now change into a crimson red color, indicating he is now mad.

🎶I will wear the crown🎶

The dragon's paws start glowing slightly an orange color before he rushes towards the golem and then jumps. He readies his fist before throwing a punch that is followed by an explosion, blowing the stone monster into pieces.

🎶You will all see🎶

🎶At the end of the tunnel🎶

🎶I will be standing🎶

🎶While you are crawling on your knees🎶

🎶They will all look to me!🎶

The dragon is now seen under the rain, fighting a lot of ponies that wear ragged clothes and hold weapons such as daggers and bows. He swings his tail, throwing some of them aside.

🎶Or to be what these ponies need🎶

The dragon throws a fireball, injuring a lot of ponies that went for him. The he could feel a rope tying his mouth as other group of ponies threw more lassos at him, trying to hold him captive. The dragon pulls the ropes, dragging the ponies with it and then starts smashing them to the ground, hitting other ponies that headed towards him. The dragon then took off the rope from his mouth before releasing a powerful roar.

🎶I'm not afraid🎶

The scene changes now to a kingdom beyond Equestria, slowly closing up on a coliseum.

🎶Nothing will tempt me, we can go all day🎶

There's a pony with a wig, sitting on a throne. On his right side there's a massive green gem. Showing it off like some sort of prize.

🎶Think I will fold and join your little game?🎶

The pony tyrant spits orders to some ponies with gladiator outfits. They all nod and grab some weapons, looking at a gate where nothing but shadows can be seen.

🎶Let me loose and I'II show you pain🎶

The gates slowly open, only to reveal a pair of emerald green eyes glowing in the dark.

🎶You're a joke, so pathetic, it's easy🎶

🎶Think again before you come near me!🎶

The dragon rushes out from the cage and without a second thought slams his fist on one of the ponies' face, throwing away and crashing to a wall.

🎶You will all see🎶

🎶At the end of the tunnel🎶

The dragon then slams his tail against a second gladiator, throwing him towards other two and knocking them down.

🎶I don't believe🎶

The dragon then gets attacked from behind by a female earth pony wearing heavy armor. He kicks her away to gain some distance, they both glare at each other before rushing towards the other. They start clashing hooves and fists until the dragon shot a powerful fireball towards her, sending her crashing to a wall.

The pony on the throne looks unpleased and orders to open another gate. The dragon is looking directly at the giant emerald until something big hits him and throws him away. The dragon gets up and looks at the one responsible, only to realize it's no pony, but an angry creature with a Saber-toothed tiger's head and front legs, a goat's head and hind legs, and a snake's head for a tail. Both beasts glare at each other before running towards the other.

The goat head hits the dragon as he grabs its horns while hanging in there. He swings his body, making the creature loose it's balance but before it could fall, the snake tail grabs the dragon and throws him away. When the dragon gets up an orange paw hits him in the face, more specifically in the eye, getting thrown away to some stone pillars in the middle of the arena. The pony gives an evil smile while looking at the dragon buried under the rubble.

The ground starts shaking lightly before the rubble glows slightly red before exploding in pieces. Everypony on the arena cover their eyes and then look at it, only to see that the dragon is still standing. He puts a paw in his left eye and notices a red liquid coming out of it. His eyes narrow and change from a emerald green to a bright red color, meaning he is now beyond pissed.

The chimera growls and runs again at the dragon and swings its tiger paw at him, but the dragon thinks faster and curls into a ball, letting himself be hit only to bounce with the wall back to the monster and hitting it on the ram head with such strength that broke the creature's horns. The tiger head tries to bite his head off, only for him to grab the creature's mouth and rip it's saber-teeth off. The Chimera releases a howl in pain and the snake tail launches itself towards him. The Dragon backs up immediately before rushing and stabbing it in the head with the tiger's teeth. Then small sparks start coming from the dragon's front paws before he throws a powerful punch followed by a huge explosion, sending the creature away, crashing into a wall. The chimera tried to get up but it fell unconscious, meaning that the dragon had won.

The pony looks scared as the dragon glares at him, he then grabs the huge gem and makes a run for it. As he runs through the halls he ends up bumping with something big and scaly. When the pony looked up he saw that the dragon managed to catch up to him, who was giving him a death glare. The dragon's eyes flashed again from green to red and then...

BOOM!

A massive explosion covered almost all of the coliseum as the dragon is now seen walking away with the giant emerald.

The dragon is now back on his island, standing with his hind legs in front of a shrine where the huge gem is lying. He closes his eyes and then smiles with his arms crossed. Above him, the figure of the feathered-serpent dragon looks down at his son with a proud smile before slowly vanishing.
