UPDATE ON THIS ONE!

We all know Impulse stated twice he was uncomfortable with shipping, but Intanpatr has given me another, much more recent statement that shows that he is now comfortable!

Now, what does this mean?

He says "Yeah, I know, it doesn't bother me... although some of the stuff on, y'know, Tumblr... gets a little crazy... I had to stop myself from reading that, *laughter* as long as it don't get- as long as it don't go too far with the shipping, y'know,"

So, boundaries change. Though he's said "hey guys don't ship me!" twice in the past, this one is more recent, so I'm simply gonna assume it's an update.

Back to unraveling the statement.

My personal interpretation? No smut or lime or any other citruses. But it could also mean 'don't get too into it', but considering that it was Tumblr of all things (oh god, unleashed fandom where we think we're away from creators eyes-), it may just be the former.

But hey, this is my personal interpretation, not necessarily facts! After a little more discussion, this whole "don't take it too far!" can be read in a plethora of different ways. Bottom line here is that, at least in places where CCs are able to see it (Tumblr, maybe Ao3, actual books on Watt, etc), appear calm about shipping. More of a "oh that's cute. ship." approach! While in more private settings (Small Discord servers, maybe Wattpad convo boards, Watt/Discord DMs, etc), you can screech as much as your little banshee hearts desire.

I try not to leave these chapters open-ended or up for interpretation, but this one is less of a clear statement.

You can ship Impulse, but don't take it too far, that's what I'm getting.
