Emily walked briskly towards Scar's volcano, the cold, crisp air hitting her cheeks and nose, making them go slightly pink-ish.

The winter had hit the server fast, so fast that Scar managed to catch a cold. And that meant he'd be knocked down for weeks, sadly. But his daughter was soon informed by her dad, and now she was speeding over to check on her pops.

Emily suddenly halted, her cheeks growing even more pink if it was possible. She had spotted Sam sitting against the glass of the Concorp: Coffee Shop, her black and red hair flying with the wind. She was also sipping a reusable cup, which she decorated with an Avengers pattern.

Emily quickly hid behind a tree near her and looked down at her clothing to make sure she looked okay. She was wearing black tights with light blue shorts, which were barely visible by her poofy pink jacket. She was also wearing pink boots, matching said jacket. Her hair, half black half magenta, pink and white was tied into two buns which showed the different colors and she also had a candy themed bag.

The artist sighed in relief and smiled, walking slowly back to the path to Scar. But Sam noticed her, of course she did, and soon stopped her to talk.

"Hey Emily! Where are you going?" The bird lover asked, tilting her head as her hair fell with her. "What's in the bag?"

Emily's smile fell a little. "Well, with the winter coming, Scar fell ill... I'm taking him medicine..." Sam felt saddened by the news. Cub, AC and her must be really tense. She decided she'd accompany her to cheer her up.

"That's terrible!" She exclaimed. "Can I go with you? I.. I wanna k-know if he's okay!" She wasn't lying, Sam was concerned about Scar, but it wasn't the whole truth. She wanted to cheer Emily up.

The artist's smile grew and she nodded, starting to walk again, Sam following beside her.

"So.." Sam started. "Apart of that, how've you been doing?" Emily thought for a moment before replying. "Pretty good! My birthday's coming up and I cant wait! How '

'bout you?"

"I've been pretty alright top say the least! I just found out that my pet birds are addicted to water, I was watering my garden, then decided to spray my chickens with water, and the ducks ended up trying to drink it!" She commented.

Emily's face lit up as she laughed, the image of a duck going crazy because of water in her head. "Also," Sam kept going, letting out a few giggles at her mental image of crazy ducks. "There's an author party coming up soon, will you be there?"

Emily smiled. "I dunno, I'll only go if you go.." Sam looked the other way to hide her blushing face.

Finally, Scar's volcano was right in front of them. They put on their elytra and took off, flying to the small city in the middle and looking around the houses till they found where Scar, Cub and AC were at.

The sight was... not great. It was eerie quiet, which didn't happen often when AC was in the room. Cub was sat next to Scar's bed, holding his hand as a tear or two fell from his eyes. AC was crawled up next to him, her head in her knees.

"I'm here!" Emily announced, quickly leaving her bag on a nearby chair and grabbing the medicine. AC only gave her a small, teary smile while Cub stood up quickly and took the medicine from Emily, waking Scar up.

"Hey baby... Here's the medicine, I need you to take it..." he mumbled, checking his lover's temperature with his hand. Scar smiled a little and gulped down the medicine, requesting a glass of water which was brought to him by Emily.

Emily let a tear or two fall from her eyes as he saw the weak state her builder father was in. Sam pulled her and AC into a hug, rubbing circles onto their backs.

Sam, being the amazing person she is, pulled them both away from the house, walking them to the nearest park, which, surprisingly, was the new winter fair!

"Girls, look!" She announced. "The winter fair is here! Let's have some fun!" AC gasped dramatically, smiling wide as she pointed at a cotton candy stand. She quickly ran off.

and Sam both laughed, and the artist managed to collect all the change she had to buy one for the three. They sat at a bench and started feasting on the sugary treat, chatting between them. It was incredibly peaceful... Well, until Lucy arrived to see.

She walked straight to AC and whispered something in her ear, which she fangirled at and nodded. "Guys, I'm gonna go with Lucy to uh.. Ride something! Yeah! See ya!"

They both ran off, not before Lucy winked and smirked at Sam, who got red quickly. Emily asked, but she said it was nothing, so they dropped the subject.

They went to many rides together. Some with Aqua, some with AC, some with other hermits like Zloy and Pixl, who were adorably holding onto each other while screeching by fear and excitement and also with Lucy, who was always teasing them.

But finally, it was the perfect time for the ferris wheel. You wanna know why? 'Cause the sun was setting over the horizon and, up there, it would be really beautiful.

So they payed for their trip and got on, laughing about something Zedaph and Tango where doing.

"If only Impulse was there to see it!" Sam wheezed. "Haha! Yeah!" Emily replied as their cart slowly got higher.

The two stopped for a moment of silence as they looked over the horizon. The sun was finally setting, and the skies turned pink beyond the orange that drifted over the waters nearby.

Emily and Sam admired the gorgeous view. They've seen it before, but never on top of a ferris wheel, alone together.

As the sun finally disappeared, their cart slowly descended. Sam realized that this was the best chance she could get for tonight.

"Uh... Hey, Emily...?" Sam asked. Emily drew her attention off the now dark blue sky and turned to her friend. "Hm? What's up?"

Sam inhaled sharply, keeping the breath there for a while before finally sighing and looking down. "Uh... Um... I need to tell you something important..."

Emily tilted her head, her hair following the motion. "Is there something wrong? You kn

ow you can talk to me, right...?" Her eyes showed confusion

"Yeah" Sam smiled and nodded. "But before I talk, um, do you promise not to... dislike me?"

Emily held her hand. "I'll never. Unless you commit a war crime. Which I hope you haven't" She laughed at the end.

"Well..." Sam started "I've noticed that I've uh, enjoyed our conversations a lot... I don't know if the feelings are shared but... I... I l-love you..."

Emily smiled "I love you too! I mean, you're an amazing friend!-" "It's more than... friends..." Sam cut her off, looking away.

"I-I... love you more than friends..."

Emily started to blush and smiled, taking Sam's hand and giving her a hug, placing a hand on her cheek. "I do too..." she whispered.

(Me and Sam were writing together, and I had a little problem...

They both started leaning in and met halfway, the feeling of other lips on theirs. The kiss was short, but enough to make them both pretty flustered after.

"S-So... What are we...?" Emily spoke quietly, like if someone else could hear. Sam thought for a moment before muttering a quiet "We could be girlfriends if you'd like..."

Emily nodded happily and they shared another sweet kiss, holding hands after and enjoying the little that was left of the ride.

When they got out, holding hands and talking while giggling, Lucy was fangirling quietly. 'Cause her OTP had come to life.

Yeahhhh Lucy found out that I broke up with my GF and asked if she wanted to help me out with this account, and I was grateful for her but Emily also asked. Soooooo this is about to be a joint account now XD

Though right now the password changing button thing appears to be broken for me and the password i already use is like... the password for every single account in everything I have apart from Minecraft soooooo we'll have to wait on that!
