Over-Hermit Acadamia A.U Concept

Hermit
- Quirk -
Quirk Description
- Flaws/Checks/Balances 

A lot of the Hermits have powerful quirks that assist them. And they are also very heavily balanced out or nerfed. You'll understand why in a bit. That's why it took a bit longer for this concept chapter to come up. I was trying to think of proper nerfs while trying to keep everyone balanced.

Note : Some hermits are meant to have stronger quirks than others. For plot reasons and because of what they represent.

TinFoilChef
- Colossus -
TFC can turn into a colossus and he can even summon a colossus to aid him. These colossus' aides are like holographic clones of TFC.
- Turning into a colossus is easy, but it limits his maneuverability. And summoning colossus aid takes a lot of energy. And by nature, Colossus' don't like to work with others. So by literal nature, TFC finds it difficult to work with others. He has a short fuse and has a very snappy like attitude. 

XisumaVoid
- Command Magic 5 -
Xisuma has two pairs of large sized bee wings which allow him to fly. His magic is also very powerful, it gives him the ability to basically summon anything he wants. He can control a day and night schedule and he can rearrange area/terrain placement. X also has slightly enhanced senses.
- Command magic is very very hard to master and use, it requires a lot of stamina and it requires a fairly high intelligence. Xisuma can only summon things that he knows really well, such as a sword or a very basic pistol. He can't summon anything overly complicated and it can only be a certain size. And his slightly enhanced senses only cause him sensory overloads from time to time. 

Grian
- Jinx Magic -
Grian has a pair of large purple wings which give him the ability to fly. He has the ability to jinx anyone's words to make it become a bad luck reality and he can fire purple flames from his hands as a projectile.
- The purple flames that Grian can fire burn him which scar his hands and arms. His jinx quirk can only do minor things, such as cause someone to trip or for someone to bump into them. 

Cubfan135
- Karma Magic -
Cub has a pair of imp looking wings which he can fly with. His quirk gives him the upper hand in fights, especially when there are others with him to back him up.
- His karma magic only works in a very specific way. Karma comes to those who dare hurt one of his friends while his other friends are still standing. Cub's magic gives others a boost in whatever their quirk is, but it simply drains him of his own energy, not to mention his personality makes him distasteful to others who first meet him and are unfamiliar with him. 

GTWScar
- Jester Magic -
Scar has a pair of imp looking wings like Cub which he can fly with. His jester magic gives him a wide variety of spells to cast out at opponents, such as the basic elemental spells, like fire, ice, earth and water.
- Scar has to memorize all his spells and he has to memorize hand gestures as well to cast the spells properly which can be difficult for him. 

Welsknight
- Paladin Summoner -
Wels can heal others with practically a wave of his hand. He can summon a sword and shield and he can summon holographic clones of himself to aid him in battles.
- Summoning clones takes energy/stamina. Otherwise he's almost a normal human like a handful of the other hermits. 

Joe Hills
- Poets Tongue -
Joe can speak in rhythm and rhyme to increase will, hope, strength, ect. He's a huge team player and he can greatly turn a battle in favor for his allies.
- Joe has to memorize every rhyme he speaks. If he stutters or if his speaking is cut off by someone, whatever chant he was trying to do will backfire to an extent. Either creating a force wall that would shoot allies back or straight up expositions. 

Keralis
- Command Magic 2 -
Keralis has a pair of bee wings that grant him flight. He can summon simple weapons like knives in larger quantities and he can change terrain in a 35 foot cone in a single direction.
- Keralis' command magic is far weaker, but he has far better control over it than X. Basically Keralis has to constantly make a choice, Size or Quantity. If he wants a thing bigger, there are less of it in numbers, but if he wants a thing smaller he can summon more. 

ZombieCleo- Gesture -
Cleo can create duplicate limbs from thin air. She can create holographic like hands or whole arms that she can send out to the front lines of battles to aid others. These holographic limbs can float and grab at things as well for as long as Cleo wants them too.
- Cleo can't make complete bodies like Wels; who can make clones of himself. She can only really summon arms/hands. Meaning she's not all that great for front line fighting, she's more of a civilian/crowd control type of person. 

Hypnotized
- Hex Magic -
Hypno can cast out charms and speak commands to people that would cause them to willingly do as he asked. He can say these commands and still keep them as commands to 4 people.
- Hypno's commands become suggestions if his max is exceeded over 4 people. So a fairly large group of people would be difficult to try to trick with a hex. 

TangoTek
- Plasma -
Tango has two demon wings that allow him to fly. He can throw fireballs from his hands and he is very very resistant to immense heat and he can stand in flames. He can also breathe plasma out of his mouth like a dragon can breathe fire.
- His worst enemy is himself. If he breathes plasma for too long he loses his voice. If he burns himself up he'll become weakened and tired. He isn't very much affected by water or ice but he is affected by radiation. 

StressMonster101
- Shattered Ice -
Stress can cover entire areas in ice if she wishes. Her ice powers are more for offensive use. When she hugs someone she can heal them.
- Stress easily freezes over if she exerts herself too much. She's weakened by immense heat temperatures and her ice powers are difficult to fully control. So she's more heavily elemental affected. Also her healing is very slow and in order for her to properly heal someone she has to be physically hugging them. 

Ethoslab
- Shadow Frost -
Etho can shoot out black ice from his hands. He can also turn the black ice from his hands into sharp projectiles that he can throw which will explode on impact and coat the surroundings with black ice.
- His black ice can only spread out so much and he struggles to move after awhile in the cold. 

ImpulseSV
- Radioactivity -
He can weaken metals, make people ill (like drowsy), and shoot little ray blasts from his fingertips like a raygun would.
- His radioactivity is dangerous and he has to wear a special type of glove so he doesn't accidently cause one of his friends to get sick. And to shoot ray blasts from his fingers takes energy/stamina. 

FalseSymmetry
- Copy -
False can copy anyone's quirk just by touching them.
- False can only keep a persons copied quirk for up to 4 minutes max and once she has copied someone's quirk she gets all the limitations and weaknesses that person has. Also quirks don't stack; so if her 4 original minutes are up and she touches another person to copy their quirk, the original quirk goes away and the 4 minute timer resets for the new copied quirk. 

ZedaphPlays
- Angelic Spirit -
Zedaph has two angel like wings which grant him flight. He can also heal others and he can create shields to cover people.
- Healing others comes with a price. Whenever Zedaph heals someone, he gains a minor version of their major wound. So if he healed a nasty cut on someone's arm, he'd get a minor scab or still slightly bleeding wound of that cut. 

xBCrafted
- Haste Effect 4 -
xB has enhanced super speed. He can break the sound barrier and it's like he almost teleports since no one can really see him move about.
- Despite the super speed, xB has less stamina than most. He also can't take as many hits as some of the others as well. And people can track where he's moved because of a colored particle effect that he leaves behind. 

Mumbo Jumbo
- Red Tracer Effect -
Mumbo has super speed and can blink himself forwards and he can blink himself and one other person backwards in time, 5 seconds. He can also shoot lightning from his fingertips
- Mumbo's super speed maxes out at 80mph. Blinking forwards and backwards takes a lot of energy and he can only do it for so long. And the lightning only happens when Mumbo is over max energy. 

Docm77
- Explosive Lightning -
Doc can shoot lightning from his hands which explode on hit when willed to do so. He's basically a living energy conductor that can hit like a truck.
- Doc may beable to throw around lightning that would hit any normal speed person, but he can't really hit faster moving objects or people like xB, Biffa or Mumbo. It's also very difficult and dangerous for him to go up against other students with his quirk because everytime he goes to shoot lightning he has to constantly tell himself to not have it explode. His quirk is also very difficult to predict, even for him. 

Biffa2001
- Haste Effect 1 -
Biffa has super speed and a stronger endurance than xB.
- Biffa is slower than xBCrafted and he can just barely break the sound barrier but he struggles to do so. He also is very susceptible to strong melee strikes that do manage to hit him. 

iJevin
- Transfiguration -
Jevin can shapeshift into anyone and anything. He can also stretch to a fair distance, enough to become a human slingshot.
- Jevin can only shapeshift into anything that's physically possible for him. So he can't shift into skyscrapers and he can't shift into a semi truck. And to turn into someone else, iJevin would have to have time given to him to examine the person's features closely. 

Rendog
- Rage Transfiguration -
When angry or angered Ren can transform into a hyper werewolf that will grow in height and size with each level of rage. This will grant him insane levels of physical strength and basically allow him to become the Hulk.
- Ren is not someone to be overly angry all the time, he's a sweet person and that holds him back. During his rage, if Ren is ever broken out of it, he'll shrink and return to normal and cower like a kicked puppy. 

Iskall85
- Dragon Hearted -
Iskall has two large dragon wings that allow him to take flight. He can also summon a dragon shadow/spirit, breathe fire and he has gravity magic.
- Iskall's wings make it difficult for him to move around and even do basic ranges of motion, like laying down, ect. His dragon shadow/spirit summon has a mind of it's own and the two disagree on many things. The spirit could also be counted as evil if Iskall's own pure intentions didn't overpower it. His gravity magic also takes a lot of energy and will power and it's only best used when he's mad or had a spike of adrenaline. And he can't breathe fire for too long or he'll lose his voice. 

Bdouble0100
- Phantom Fury -
Bdubs has two phantom wings that attach to his arms that allow him flight. He can scream at sonic levels and he can see in complete darkness.
- Bdubs burns pretty easily and he can become tired after flying for so long, why's that he prefers to glide. He also can't carry anyone because he uses his arms to fly. He also has to be careful when sonic screaming because he can scream out his voice. 

PythonGB
- Fire Serpent -
Python can transform into a gigantic red snake that can breathe fire and has a scorpion stinger that can attack as a melee. Out of his snake form, Python can bite people to give them nausea and numbness.
- He is pretty weak to the cold and he isn't too physically strong in his human form. If he bites too many people he'll become dizzy from releasing too many toxins. 

VintageBeef
- Bullrush -
He has an increased amount of physical strength. He can rage and charge at opponents like a bull and he's got a pretty high tolerance of pain and a high endurance.
- To rage for Vintage is like having a breakdown, it completely drains him and he gets tired and sluggish. Also if he ever is knocked out of a rage moment, he can't return into a rage for at least 45 minutes. 

Jessassin
- Shadow Stealth -
Jess can turn into a shadow and become one with other shadows. Jess can also darken an area of 15 feet of his choosing to gain the upper hand.
- While a shadow, Jess is very vulnerable to light. If he gets blasted with too much light while in his shadow form he will return to normal and collapse. Darkening an area larger than 15 feet takes energy/stamina.

Second Offense - Grian, Cub, Keralis, Stress, Ethos, Biffa, Python, Cleo, 

Support (Final Offense) - Scar, Joe, Hypno, xB, Mumbo, iJevin, Bdubs,

Combine Overwatch's plot with the powers of My Hero Academia and the persona's from Hermitcraft and you have Over-Hermit Acadamia.

Boom.   Over-Hermit Acadamia = Big Brain Times 

Plot 
The world has been overrun by villains. Society plans to do something about it. With the assistance from government funds, old pro heros start to gather up students with powerful/useful quirk to train them to become the next generation of heroes. 

The story would join Grian as he gets to know the rest of his team to help save the world.

This would take place in a real work environment and not so much in a school environment.
