All the Grians had found something to do, whether it was farming sea pickles (CB) or giving Mumbo a hand with Sahara (Blue).

Xisuma had explained what Asks were in as little detail as he could, and the Grians were still waiting for the first to roll in.

smart876 Hi! I wanna ask if Gria (female grian) could tell us more about her universe? Like... what are the characters there like? Is there any major differences? etc.

Gria paused for a moment. She and Grian had been setting up beds for the other Grian's for when night rolled around. The Ask blinked in front of her, waiting to be answered.

"Well, it's not too far off from this one, aside from the whole genderswap thing." Gria answered. "I guess one major difference is some of the clothing changes. I and this Grian don't really wear anything different, but some of the other hermits I've caught glances of have surprised me." 

She giggled a little. "I never expected Mumbo to be in a formal suit, that's for sure. Back home, she wears a black dress and grey blazer, with a white necklace. She also puts her hair up in a bun using a red ribbon. The ribbon's become kinda a meme, since her hair's always a mess when not pulled up with it."

"Really?" Grian asked. "Here, it's Mumbo's mustache that's become a meme. Let me guess, you stole your Mumbo's ribbon?"

Grian nodded. "And I assume you stole your Mumbo's mustache."

The two laughed a little before going back to work.

boi_nooooo Blue, does your Mumbo just fly in and cause you to jump?

"All the time." Blue answered, placing a bit of redstone back in place. "He's scared me more times that I can count!"

"I know right!" Mumbo chimed in. "Grian's always poking in while I work. Once, he scared me really bad during a livestream."

Blue snorted. "I know the one you're talking about. 'It wasn't me, it was the man in the chicken costume!' and all that. I'd accidentally dropped an observer in lava, I'm such a spoon."

"For me it was a hopper." Mumbo replied, chuckling.

moji964 Hmm. To all: what are all of your worlds like? How weird is it to see the "same people" but slightly different?

CB set down the bonemeal. "It's certainly strange, everyone suddenly being land-dwellers. Back home, I lived on a coral reef with lots of hermit crabs, which is where the name 'hermit' came from. I'd always been curious about land-dwellers, so I built my home on the edge of the reef, near the shore and the trenches near the lagoon."

Green, who was storing the sea pickles in a chest piped up. "It's still hard to believe there's no school here. It's also weird, being the youngest. Everyone here is in their mid-twenties, and I'm only sixteen and a half." He paused as CB handed him another stack. "It is interesting, since I'm basically getting a sneak peak to what my friends will end up doing once they graduate."

Grian and Gria paused their work to answer the ask. "Oh it's strange alright, it's weird being around so many boys."

"It's not too weird for me, since I've had my experiences with Robot me and NPG, so seeing my face on another person isn't as bad as I thought. It's still pretty weird, I guess." Grian answered.

Fae was sitting in the atrium, practicing is glamour when the ask appeared for him. "Well, back home pretty much everything's the same. But coming here and seeing so many other me's..." He trailed off and shivered a little. "It feels like a strange dream."

Blue didn't notice the ask for the first few minutes, since he was so invested in his work. When he did finally notice, he answered by simply saying, "Everything feels backwards" before going back to his work.

Soon night fell, and the Grian's gathered in the bottom of Grian's base (CB ender pearling into the fish tank) just in time for another Ask to roll in.

Silvistris CB, what's your crowning prank? Gria, what do you do in your free time? Green, what was the worst homework assignment you had to do? Fae, favorite spell, prank, or such? Blue, favorite redstone contraption? And Grian, what do you think of all this?

"Well, my crowning prank would probably be the time I covered Xisuma's base in sea pickles and left a sign saying I gave his base a 'glow up'." CB answered, earning some snickers from the other Grians.

Gria answered next with a shrug. "I usually just glide around the server in my free time, or add to my builds."

"Well, my worst homework assignment would be that one english paper." Green shuddered. "Six pages, all due the next day. I didn't get to bed until Four AM!"

"I'm pretty bad at any spells besides Glamour, but I'm trying to learn this really cool spell where you can summon a ball of light in your hand." Fae answered. "But I can only manage a faint glow at the moment."

Blue was the next to answer. "Well, uh... My favorite redstone contraption would probably be the item sorter. It makes everything so much more accessible and organized, and it's really easy to build."

"Easy for you to say." Grian answered with a grin. "As for what I think about all this? This is pretty dang weird."

The ask blinked away, and the Grians chatted amongst themselves. Then, Green suggested something that made them all get excited. "You know, the other hermits don't really know about this situation, so what if we prank them?"

"That's genius!" Gria exclaimed. "It could be like, we confuse a hermit and make them think they were seeing things!"

"We could casually go around the server and ask other Hermits to find each other, and then when those hermits meet up, they'll be confused as to who was asked by Grian." Fae suggested.

Blue awkwardly cleared his throat. "We should probably get to bed, we don't want phantoms after us. We can continue planning in the morning."

The other Grians nodded in agreement and headed to their sleeping spots. Most were on the same floor as Grian, though Gria got to sleep a level higher (for privacy) while CB and Fae slept in the Atrium.

Breadsmexual Aye yo CB, do you have a preference on the different water in each biome? And Blue, are you any good at flying or at you an absolute spoon?

Blue fluffed his pillow before lying down. "Oh, I'm an absolute spoon at it. Can't land smoothly to save my life, and taking off usually takes a few tries."

CB thought his part of the Ask over before answering. "I do prefer warm water, but I'm honestly fine with any type besides Arctic. Too cold." He tossed a well-aimes ender pearl up to the atrium and pulled himself into the pond there, saying a couple hellos to FISHHHHHHH and IAMAFISH. "And if you're wondering why I sleep up here, it's cause the ocean here gets too cold for me at night."

Fae nodded. "It's interesting how trees and parrots could affect the temperature. Have enough sand and less water, and the temperature will be hot. Have a lot of snow, and it'll be freezing. The atrium is nice and warm, and high up as well."

"Well, night everyone!" Grian called from downstairs. The other Grian all answered with "G'dnight!" before they all drifted off to sleep.
