1: Mumbo was a tiny baby and kid

You look at him now and he's a giant, but when he was a baby he was premature and was quite small growing up.

2: Mumbo has anxiety

It doesn't always shine through but if he does something wrong he'll panic for a moment before calming down. Sometimes they can be bad, other times not so much.

3: Grian was a tall kiddo

So I kinda stopped growing so I'm tall for my age, so I'm imagining this for Grian. He's really tall then he just stops growing.

4: Mumbo used to wear glasses

Idk where I'm pulling this from but it's cute, of course his eyes fixed themselves over time but for a good 14-15 years he had glasses, so when he began HermitCraft he had glasses then didn't need them after the third series or something.
