It had been a couple hours since the fight between Voldemort's forces and Hogwarts students, teachers, and alumni had began.

You and Hermione had went down to the chamber to retrieve the fang. (changing some things)

The two of you had grabbed the fang and were heading up and then you bumped into Malfoy. Malfoy grins and then a spell flies right in-between you and Hermione. The ground in- between the two of you explodes separating the 2 of you.

You get up and see Hermione laying there, her wand had been knocked out of her hand.

Malfoy launches another spell at her, you jump in front of her, and take the hit, your wand rolls in front of her.

-5 minutes later-

You had been knocked out and and were beginning to wake up. Your head rested on Hermione's lap. She smiles brightly as you wake up and then she kisses you.

"You didn't have to do that. I can take a hit." She says

"Didn't want take any risk...I'd go to hell and back for you 'mione" You reply

She punches you lightly and then hugs you," You big dummy." she then says
