Hermione P.O.V

           we apparated into a beautifully decorated garden .

everything is beautiful and perfect , when i studied in muggle school i went to these parties after that i usually celebrate my new year with harry and weasley family

charlie lead me

"Here comes our newly married couple " said Eric

Everybody's attention were on us

i felt nervous , i hold charlie's arm tightly 

he lead us through the crowd causally 

" hi guys , this is my wife Hermione " said Charlie

" wow your wife is beautiful " said red shirt guy

" congrats " said middle aged man

" Hermione , Meet Mr Timo , he is my chief" said Charlie looking at the middle aged man

" nice to meet you " i replied 

the chief nodded his head and said " your are lucky to have beautiful wife , Charlie" he said

i blushed at his words 

next josh and Eric came to us

" its nice to see you again Hermione " said josh

"same here josh" i replied

soon charlie introduced me to everyone 

after some time Charlie is talking to his colleagues while i'm having a drink

there came a beautiful girl , she looked young

" are you the lucky girl who married  Charlie ?" she asked me

i confusingly looked at that girl

" hi, i'm Jessica , Eric's sister"

i thought to shake her hand but she hugged me

" Charlie is like a brother to me, i'm very happy that he is married........................" 

she kept on talking 

i really liked her

maybe i found a new friend here , she introduced me to group of girls

they said everygirl there has crush on Charlie , but he refused everyone

they said i'm very lucky to marry him

soon the music start playing , couples began to dance

Eric came near me and asked for dance

i started dancing with him , charlie was dancing with Jessica

in turn i danced with few of his collegaues

everyone is very nice and kind to me , even though some try to flirt with me 

when i started dancing with Josh 

" can i have my wife back ?" we both turned and found Charlie

" sure " Josh stepped out

Charlie and i started to dance , but there is a new feeling when  he hold my waist tightly as if someone going to steal me away from him.

" do you like this party ?" he asked

" yes, i love it "

" hmm......"

i feel he is drunk

he came very close to me , my heart beating faster

i closed my eyes

but bursting crackers interrupted us

" Happy new year Charlie "

" happy new year Hermione " we stared into each others eyes for some time

we leaned forward and his lips covered mine
