I wake up feeling with my head having its own rock n roll party inside.

The urge to immediately sleep again hits me as i clutch it hard.
I had cried way too much last night and now i regretted it. No boy is worth having this headache for.

I am done with guys. I am done with all this drama and I just wanna focus on studies and earn big n show these assholes what an opportunity they r missing.

And also i want to stop feeling guilty about being a boyfriend stealing hoe.

As usual that idiot came barging right through my door as he again as usual took no heed to the definition of privacy.

I changed into a low cut red top and black shorts.

" Too much clevage. ", he mentioned with a bit of anger but he needs to keep his nose out of other peoples business and shldnt care what I fucking wore.

So i oh-so-maturely ignored him and dashed to the dining room to have breakfast.

" Shammy! ", Sia screamed a bit too excitedly for my liking. Like seriously girl you see him everyday.

I knew my mom wouldnt approve of me wearing this top so i had also worn a jacket on top of it. I planned to get rid of the jacket while stepping out of the house.

" Princess! ", Sam said matching his excitation level with hers.

I wanted to melt at the cuteness but too bad my heart was now made of stone. Okay fine Ill stop being melodramatic.

My mom came in bringing all the goodies which is coffee and the last nights pizza which was left.

Sam helped mom in heating it up before he came to my room.

Great. I know what plans to do. He plans to become a part of this family n share the wealth my mom n dad put in their wills. Haha mister. Not gonna happen.

" Mom doesnt this guy have his own house where he can have his own breakfast? ", i sweetly asked my mom.

" Ana! ", my mom gave me the evil eye. She calls me 'ana' sometimes as in the 'ana' in 'Ariana'.

I quietly glared at him and she look like a lost puppy. Again he should stop looking that damn kissable all the time!

We finished our breakfast and said our ta tas.

As i was about to step out of the door, Sam blocked my way.

" What? ", I asked harshly.

" You are not stepping out wearing that. ", he said looking at me with anger in his eyes.

" I can do whatever the fuck i want. ", i matching my anger with his.

I pushed him aside and walked towards the elevator.

He followed me and quietly stepped in. There tension in the air and it increased with a random man stepped in.

He was staring at me and now i felt a little uncomfortable.

God Ari! You shloudnt have worn this top. Okay i just wanted to make Sam jealous....and now...

Sam stepped in front of me blocking my view. I felt a bit relieved now that the man wasnt watching me.

Shameleslly, I took my time to appreciate his sexy back, his silky hair, his ass.

Bad Ari! You are mad at him.

The elevator pinged and we arrived at the ground floor.

Sam didnt move while i struggles to get past him.

When Sam got out the man was no longer there.

He turned to me holding out his jacket, challenging me to say something against him.

I quietly took the jacket and wore it inhaling the scent.

I felt little embarrased that my ego had been crushed to peices but i also felt a little giddy inside god-knows-why. Maybe because i saw him smiling a bit, unable to conceal his anger.

I didnt hold back and smiled back, making my way to his car.

I felt a little guilty for saying thise things to him at breakfast. I mean he does drive me to school everyday.

I was about to appologise until he went " Lau needs a ride to school so we are picking her up. "

And my smile went back to being a frown.

" Ari...", Sam sighed. " Why are you mad? ", he said grasping my hand and tuning me around.

I sighed and contemplated over telling him the truth.

Finally i gave in. " Because Sam if I dont blame you then Ill have to blame myself for ruining our friendship. And I dont want to be responsible for breaking something so beautiful. "

I got in the car and he soon followed with a puzzled expression.

He knew i would say no more and so he didnt ask anymore questions.

We made our way to the school picking up Laura on the way.

" Quiz time. ", our professor announced while everyone including me gasped.

Shit! Chemistry is not my strong subject and i hadnt even studied.

" I shall be giving you 10 minutes to revise the first three chapters. ", he announced while everyone started scurrying to their seats, frantically looking for their books and hurrying through the pages.

I had lost hope that I would be able to do anything in 10 minutes.

" Hey ", Jay said pusing me in and occuping the seat I was earlier seated on.

" I am going to fail. ", I said sulking.

" Not if we divide the work. " maya suggested.

" Yea lets each do half of each chapter. " Deepika encouraged.

" Eight people n 3 chapters. Chop chop guys. ", Aryan added.

" I call dibs on the periodic table. ", I said coz that was the only chapter which was easy and plus I knew the periodic table by heart.

" You dont have to call dibs on anythin g Mr 100 on 100 in Chemistry. ", Natasha said refering to Jay.

He rolled his eyes but didnt argue or oppose.

My eyes twinkled as I jumped on him amd kissed him on the cheek.

" What was that for? ", he asked looking schocked.

" For sitting beside me n making me pass in chemistry. ", I winked.

After revising, the test began and needless to say I was ' rechecking ' my answers from Jay's paper.

My ninja skills hid me from the teachers view so i was good.

Actually we all had occupied the last benches so the teacher rarely looked here.

As a team we got through the paper and I must say I was proud of my team and the teamwork they had shown.

" How did it go? " Jay asked me as we made our way to the cafeteria.

" Aced it. " i said hip bumpimg him.

He hip bumped me back, only with greater force.

I revolted and pushed him and he revolted back.

Soon we got into a pushing fight but he won because he had muscle and i didnt.

I fell to the ground with a thud. But i wasnt going to give up.

I tangled my leg in his and pulled him down. What I didnt estimate is that he would fall on top of me.

" Is this the part where we look intensely in each others eyes and kiss? " Jay asked me but i knew he was kidding.

" Duh u fool! " I said and we both laughed.

" Next time you fall on some girl and she doesnt make a move to get up just kiss her. "A I adviced him.

He leaned in and kissed me on the cheek.

I laughed. " Okay now up. Your heavy. "

He got up and so did I.

" Well that ought to be a show. " someone said from behind.

Shoaib was leaning against the wall smirking which is what these guys do all the time.

" Oh give the love birds some privacy. ", Natasha said slapping Shoaib on the head.

The others just came out of the class snickering.

" Well the fest is not over yet and we have got work to do. ", Shoaib said slapping Jay on yhe head.

" Hey why did you do that? ", Jay asked rubbing his head.

" Because you are out here kissing girls. Not even any girl. Ariana. Ariana is off limits for everyone. ", Shoaib said as if it was the most obvious thing in the world.

" One. Jay was just playing around and we werent kissing. No offence Jay but I think of you as just a best friend. And two. Since when am i off limits Shoaib. " I asked glaring at him.

" None taken. Feelings are mutual Walters. " Jay said least bothered.

" Since I took you under my wing. No one dates you without my permission. I, Ayan and Sam will interview that guy and then decide if he can or cannot date you. And you are not allowed to kiss anybody either. ", he said in all seriousness.

I looked at him in disbelief.

" Believe me girl we all have gone tbrough that. ", Mehika said feeling sympathetic.

" Hey I talked Sam into letting you date. According to him, you were to be off limits for everyone. ", Shoiab said expecting that I would feel thankful.

" Thank you. ", I said in a sarcatic tone which he obviously didnt catch.

" Well then you will be unhappy to hear that a guy asked me out yesterday and I said yes. " Natasha said feeling rebelous.

" Who? " Shoaib fumed.

" Some guy I met online. " Natasha shrugged.

Shoaib went from angry to relieved to laughing helplessly only in a matter of seconds.

" Like any guy would date her in real. ", he said catchinh his breath.

Ouch. Harsh.

Natasha looked angry but didnt say anything while Deepika elbowed Shoaib.

" Sorry. " he said not meaning it.

We entered the cafeteria while Shaoib pulled Jay to do some work.

We all took our usual seats.

It was nothing different, Shamika kissing the hell out of Rohan, Deepika fuming to this, Ayan and Maya looking at each other intensely, Mehika blushing to somethin Rahul( Rohan's brother ) said, and Sam chatting away with Laura.

Shoaib was not here to bicker with Natasha so it was me Deepika and Natasha for today.

The pang of jealousy hit my chest like always and I ignored it, like always.

" So I am throwing a dance and pool party at my place as my parents arent home this weekend. ", Laura announced smiling wide.

Everyone on the table cheered.

" College friends plus a couple of people from other colleges too are going to be there. So feel free to socialize. ", she winked. " Only condition is bring a date. "

I groaned because I had no luck in the dating department.

" Come on Ari! You have got Jay right? ", Lau tried.

Yea right.

" No. ", this time it was Sam who spoke.

" Who are you going with? ", Ayan asked.

" Is that even a question? Of cource Sam. ", Laura stated the obvious.

" About that....Lau..I think you should bring a real date this time. I mean how long will you hide like this? You need to date. ", Sam said looking at her.

Needless to say everyone was shocked, except Ayan.

Oblivious to this shock he kept eating his lunch.

" Why would you say that to your own girlfriend? ", Shamika asked in disbelief.

" Girlfriend? ", Sam asked looking puzzled.

" Laura of course. ", Shamika said in complete shock.

As a reflex, Sam chocked on whatever he was eating and then started laughing.

After a while he sobered up and looked at everyones confused faces.

I knew she wasnt his girlfriend but he liked her right? I mean they were kind of dating or something. Right?

Sam looked at Shamika in disbelief. " Is that what you think? ".

" That is what everyone thinks. ", it was Ayan's turn to reply.

Sam darted his eyes towards me and i looked everywhere expect at him.

Now he probably understood I was mad.

" We are just friends. ", he stated looking directly at me.

This was too much to take in. Why did Laura show that she was his girlfriend. Why didnt Sam ever say something? And now that he doesnt like her where does this put us.

I could stand being around this drama and so I excused myself and ran to the parking lot.

A drive may perhaps clear my mind.

I heard footsteps behind me and it didnt take a genius to know whose they were.

" Ill be back in an hour. " I said not even looking back.

Well now that I had said it, what if it wasnt Sam but some random person im the parking lot? Shoot. Must have thought I was crazy.

But thankfully it was Sam and he held my shoulders from behind and made me face him.

I looked at him but the intensity in his eyes made me look down.

" Is that what you thought? ", he asked softly.

" Yes "

" Is that why you were mad? "

" Sorta "

" Why didnt you say anything? I gold you I did not have a girlfriend didnt I? "

" What was I supposed to say? I din know if you liked me or not. I thought you liked her and she made it obvious. If she was just a friend then why have I caught you two kissing in the corridors? This is all so comfusing. And now that you know I like you, you may as well run for the hills. Why didnt you leave me alone in the first place. I didnt ask for drama when I came here and now...."

I was cut of when my a warm feeling against my lips. On cue my hands and legs started tingling and I had to hold onto him to stay on the ground.

It was a slow kiss and was short lived much to my dismay.

My heart my beating rapidly in my chest wauting for him to say something.

" I like you princess. Really really like you. ", he said kissing the top of my head.

Now this should be a romantic moment but my fear for cockroaches didnt allow it to be.

I screamed scaring the hell out of Sam spotting a cockroach not even 5 cm away my leg.

After surving my scream, Sam looked where i was pointing and burst out in laughter.

" Are you scared of cockroaches princess? ", he asked smirking.

" duh! " I said jumping two 5 feet away from it.

" Well you may not want me doing this then. ", he said picking up the cockroach and running after me.

" Forget I ever said that I liked you. I hate you to my core. You stay away from me. ", I shouted running as fast as I could.

" Aww love you too princess. ", he said  not quiet far from me.

So the next half an hour consisted of me running around in the parking lot shouting swear words and him running  behind me while laughing his ass off.
