Noah Ackerman was a 5'1", dirty blond haired, slightly pudgy – even though he insists it's just baby fat – Hufflepuff. He was a lover of all living things, mostly plants, and dreamed of one day becoming a travelling herbologist. Noah thought that would never happen though, considering his anxiety prevented him from interacting with others. Many didn't appreciate the panic attacks he often he'd have just from talking to someone, either. It seemed as if he could never get away from his anxiety and he would never get away from his demons. Noah Ackerman was just a boy dwelling on the past.

Regulus Black was a 6', dark-haired, thin – not lanky yet not muscular – Slytherin. He aimed to make his family proud and hoped joining the Dark Lord would achieve that. He was intrigued with the Dark Lord and his beliefs for many years and planned to join him as soon as he could. Regulus Black was just a boy fantasising about the future.

Together, short and tall, lean and stubby, Hufflepuff and Slytherin, past and future, they found themselves in the bliss of what was to come. And it all started with Herbology.
