Joe's pov:

Early in the morning, I decided to pay Bella a visit. She really needed me, I knew. Bella was an amazing and very hardworking person and she did not deserve to go through all that. Her past was painful enough. She should not be punishing herself for those mistakes. She was just a kid, who did not know what life was. I love Bella to pieces and could not bear it if anything happened to her. We are supposed to marry one day, have kids and I really want that to come true. Seeing those cuts on Bella, I could not help myself. I thought maybe she was punishing herself again but when she told me about Thoughts, I thought maybe she had gone mad over thinking about her past, but it turned out that he actually was true.

He was powerful, no one could harm him. But he had to go after Bella. This is all so f***ed up!!!! I thought bitterly. I did not want this to happen.

I knocked on the door. She opened it immediately with dark circles and puffy red eyes.
"Bella!" I exclaimed as I pulled her close to me. I wrapped my arms around her body and held her like that for a while. I could feel her heartbeat and it was an amazing feeling. I let go of her and examined her face carefully. There was a very faint, thin, red scar running from her eyes to her neck along her cheek. You would not see it normally until you look closely.

"Thoughts?" I asked.
She nodded revealing my suspicions correct. Man, how I hate that guy.
"That's it!" I exclaimed. "I'm staying with you till this sh*t is all sorted out."
"Joe, baby, you don't have to," she protested weakly.
"But I want to," I replied cutting her off with a kiss.
I knew she was relieved to have me there.

"Get ready, we are going out," I said. I wanted to distract her from her current situation. She smiled at me and went off to get ready. She came a little while later having bathed and dressed. She looked fresh and absolutely beautiful. There was the Bella I knew before Thoughts.

She grinned at me, "Shall we?"
"We shall, my queen," I replied, bowing in front of her, offering her my arm.
She giggled as she took it, " Why, thank you."
My heart just melted when she giggled. I really missed the old Bella. I did not want her to go through all that. It hurt my heart. It hurt me.

We left her house after locking it. I decided to take her to a nearby fair. We got a taxi that would take us there for a fair price. We got there in about half an hour and boy, was it amazing. There was a huge ferris wheel, roller coasters, arcade games, food stands, and so much more.

"Where do you want to go first, baby?" I asked her.
She looked around, her eyes lit with fascination and joy.
"Candy floss!!" She exclaimed.
"Candy floss it is," I replied. We walked over to where a man was spinning candy floss. She decided she wanted hers in blue and that's what we got. She looked absolutely beautiful eating her candy floss. She got some on her cheek and when I licked it off, she blushed looking absolutely beautiful.

"What next?" I asked.
"Roller coaster?" She asked.
"Roller coaster," I replied.

We walked over to where the roller coaster was and paid for the tickets. We stood in the queue and waited for the ride to end so we could be next. There were quite a lot of people in front of us but I hoped we got this ride. The ride ended and the queue started moving. There was one last pair of seats remaining and just when we were about to get in, two guys pushed us from behind and got in. The roller coaster started moving.

What the heck was that?  I wondered in disgust.

I looked at Bella and to my surprise, I saw her eyes flash with intense anger. Then they switched to becoming filled with horror.

"Bella, Bella, what's wrong? Are you okay?" I asked her urgently shaking her shoulders.
Her face was pale as she shook her head.
"I...I. ...wi....wished b..bb..bad," she muttered. "I wished for him to fall off the roller coaster. I didn't mean to. I don't know where that came from. Thoughts is messing me up." She looked up and let out a blood chilling scream as one of the guys fell off from the roller coaster.

Everything seemed to be in slow motion as the guy fell. It seemed ages till he fell to the ground with a loud sickening thud, bounced slightly, and finally lay still, dark red blood oozing from underneath him.
