Sabine's POV

   I woke up today feeling a little more exhausted then normal. I felt different but the same. My neck felt a little sore too, which was strange. I walked to the freshener and looked at neck with curiosity. There was two marks that I must have gotten last night somehow. I washed my face and got in my armor.

"Morning Sabine." Ezra greeted while walking by.

"Morning Ezra." I said back then took one more glance in the mirror, happy that the neck on my armor covered the marks. I headed to the kitchen and grabbed a protein bar with some fruit then sat down.

"How are you doing this morning, Sabine?" Kanan asked, as he sat down with his cup of coffee.

"My neck is a little sore, other then that I'm doing good. What about you?" I asked him.

"I'm doing just fine." He answered. Hera walked in and sat beside Kanan.

"Have you guys seen, Ezra?" Hera asked.

"No." Kanan said.

"I saw him run outside this morning. He seemed to be in quite a rush." I explained.

"Strange." Hera mumbled.

Ezra's POV

I got some raw bantha at the deli then went to my tower. I drunk the blood and then I sat at the bottom of my tower. I finished putting of the sunscreen then relaxed.

"Well, well, well if it isn't Vamp Kid." A voice said. I jumped up and looked around.

"What do you mean?" I asked, well aware they knew my secret.

"We know your a vampire. You got away from us multiple times as a kid." It spoke again. I quickly got on my speeder then went back to the Ghost. I got there and was greeted with a not so amused Hera and Kanan.

"Hey guys." I greeted.

"Where were you?" Hera asked.

"I was getting breakfast." I said.

"Tell us next time. I have been looking for you all day." Hera said pointedly.

"Okay, I will." I told her.

Time skip

I walked in to the common room and saw Sabine. She was looking at something on her data-pad. I sat beside her as she put her data-pad down.

"Hey Ez." Sabine greeted.

"Hey Bean." I said, being sure to keep my distance from her, so I didn't have a breakout.

"Hera was sure not happy about you leaving this morning." She laughed.

"Yeah, I already got a pre lecture." I laughed.

"Where were you anyway?" She asked still smiling and face still flushed red. My throat burned a little so I looked at the ground just in case.

"I got some breakfast." I told her.

"I'm not buying it." She said.

"It's true. I also went to my tower for a little bit." I admitted. I looked back at her as she moved to my ear.

"I won't tell." She whispered. She was so close, her sent radiating off her and I could feel her warmth. My throat burned worse, it was hard not to take a sip of her sweet blood. She moved back then left the room. I felt around my mouth with my tongue in search for my fangs. I realized they were throbbing and aching. I said it was a one time thing, but I wanted more of Sabine's blood.
