"Stop it! That hurts! STOP!" She cried, tears streaming down her slightly bruised face.

The laughing continued as the punches were continuously thrown. They looked down at her bright orange hair and snorted in disgust.

One girl grabbed it and pulled it up, her head coming up with it, "How many times have you dyed it, Freak?" She hissed, her eyes burrowing into hers.

She kept quiet, her tears still streaming down her face. The girl growled before throwing her to the ground and kicking her in the stomach.

"GET LOST!" She yelled, her bystanders joining in.

The girl cleared her cheeks of blood and tears and slowly pushed herself up. Every limb in her body aching. She sniffled before slowly limping away.

She heard the other kids laughing at her as she tumbled away, out from behind the school. There, she sat down under a tree and cried, grabbing her cracked phone and shakily dialling her mothers number. Her hands shook like earthquakes as she put it up to her ear. It rang once, twice, three times, then a sweet voice answered.

"Hello? Ellestial? Where are you? Ellestial?"

"I-I'm... I'm here.." She answered, trying to hold back tears. Her hair falling over her eyes.

"What happened, baby? Why aren't you home? Didn't you take the bus?"

She coughed slightly, putting the phone to her chest. She wheezed in a breath before putting the phone back to her ear.

"It.. H-happened again.."

"No... Not again.. Really..? Oh Hun! I'm coming to get you! Stay where you are, I'll find you!"

After that she hung up and her mother was on her way.
