It was hard opening that letter, I opened it slowly and with no emotion on my face.

"Dear little one,

We regret having to write this so soon in your life. The fear we have for what is to come is greater than anyone may know. If you're reading this it means we are no longer with you. That we can no longer say hello, goodbye, I love you or send you off each few years to Hogwarts. Truly sorry for what is to come, but we hope you live it all well for us, for me and your father. Inside the letters envelope will be our will that you must follow to a T or we can't give you the things within the letter. We are beyond proud even if we didn't show it or weren't around to say it. Your father and I will be there whenever you need to talk just know that.

Will of Gabriella and Cordell Hawthorne

Upon the Hawthornes death the following list of things below will be required to be followed.

1) Thee Hawthorne manor will be given to the eldest child the heir or heiress upon turning 18 if the death of both adults is before that age.

2) The children and or child of the Gabriella and Cordell Hawthorne are required to stay in school until graduation.

3) Gabriella and Cordell request that their child or children learn to apperate upon their death if they don't already, in case of emergency and such.

4) The entire family inheritance will go to the eldest child from the Hawthorne and the gaunt bloodline. The vault key will be given to the eldest child and will be expected to be kept safe upon receiving the key.

5) All house elf's and staff are to stay at Hawthorne manor to keep it up to date and clean for the return of the eldest child and others if any.

6) Upon death of the Hawthornes the child or children will be sent to Washington to a family of supernatural beings that will watch and care for them until they are of age.

7) Upon their arrival in forks Washington they will be expected to listen and part take in anything they are told within that household.

8) Pets any and all kinds are welcome to join the heir or heiress to Washington upon permission from the family they will be with for their time until they are the age of 18.

9) The eldest child of the Hawthornes will be given the heir looms such as the Slytherin locket, all expensive gowns and accessories as well as the ravenclaw crown.

10) The child and or children of the Hawthornes are required to marry or become engaged to one of the suitors within the black book of Cordell Hawthorne.

11) Upon death of either of both Hawthornes, they request to be buried in separate graves.

12) Both Gabriella and Cordell request to have portraits made up, one for each of them and they shall be placed above the main fireplace.

13) Following Gabriella and Cordell's death the funeral will take place in England one month after their death.

14) Upon departure of the child or children, all staff are to keep all entrances locked and or covered from outsiders until children are of age.

15) If all requests are not kept or made then the eldest child and other children will be on their own until requests are met.

16) All duties that the Hawthornes did will be passed down to the eldest child and they must continue such duties.

17) Upon death the eldest child will receive on their 16th birthday the responsibility to their bloodline if they do not follow through, punishment will be set.

18) After all requests are met and kept the eldest child will receive a gown upon picker their suitor they are then required to wear said gown to the engagement party.

19) All parties, balls, engagements and marriages will be taken care of by Mrs. Malfoy, Mrs. Berkshire, Mrs. Zabini, Mrs. Riddle, Mrs. Nott, and Mrs. Parkinson, if anything goes wrong under their care they are responsible.

20) if no suitor is picked by the fifth year at Hogwarts then it immediately falls upon Lucius Malfoy and Narcissa Malfoy's son Draco to marry the daughter of the Hawthornes.

"What is it? Why that face?" Theo asked

"The tenth requirement is that I'm to marry one of the suitors my father listed in the will of his black book" I said

Theo's face seemed to show a glimpse of hurt before it became emotionless.

"Who are your options?" Theo asked

"When I was little I saw them so I know them before even having to look at the second page, but Draco, Blaze, Enzo, Tom, Matteo and you, those are my options all pureblood well except Matteo and Tom, but half blood and pureblood options only" I said

"Your going with Draco then?" He asked hurt

"Blaze isn't an option he and Daphne fancy one another, Enzo is too sweet and also had a crush on this hufflepuff girl in our year, Tom is a no go just for various reasons same with Matteo, but Draco and you those are my two choices left" I said

"But you want Draco don't you?" He said sounding hurt

"No I don't, I umm I want you" I said looking up for any sign that he didn't agree

"Oh" he said shocked

"It's ok, you don't have to agree I'll go with Draco if I have to or Enzo but i dont know I just want to be with someone I know well enough, someone who knows me just as well, but that's only you and Draco, Tom rather not involve himself same with Matteo, Blaze he's not my type and again you and Draco know me the best, but I don't think Draco is going to agree and if you don't then I don't know that this request is possible" I said

Before he could say anything I stood shook Dumbledores hand and went to leave.

"Miss Hawthorne before you leave me must inform you that you have two weeks of vacation time, within that time you will gather your belongings and move to Washington as well as be responsible for keeping up with your schoolwork do you understand?" Dumbledore asked

"Yes professor I understand, but I won't need two weeks" I said and with that I left leaving a shocked Theodore behind
