Abir :)

We all gathered in our regular hang out place. Maanvir was yet to come, I didn't want him to bring Mishti. But she is coming. I really want to keep a distance between us. First I was scared what if I would fall for her, now I am scared because she's already falling for me.

I want her to lead a happy life, I want her future to be bright. I don't even have a future, so I don't want to involve her in my life. I don't want her to yearn for me for her whole life. If I can't keep her away, then I would make her hate me to such an extent that my existence won't affect her by any fucking way..

She's been calling and texting me from last night, I didn't respond to any of her calls nor did I message her.. I don't think after this she would ask me anything.. "Let both of them come, then we will start the game! " Sharanya said, she was arranging the table..

My life has become a game..

They both arrived, my eyes travelled to her to check whether her mood was light or she was off.. But to my surprise she was happy and unbothered, she didn't even take a glance of me.. I didn't like it, but I was happy about it. She sat between Mivan and Mrinal.. They had some cousins talks then we started the game..

We were playing Never Have I Ever.. Someone will ask a question, if you take a sip from the glass then you have done it. If you won't take a sip, then you haven't done..

"Okay, so I will start it, " Sharanya said, we all agreed.. "Never Have I Ever beaten someone! " it was more like a mock, we all glared at her.. Everyone here has beaten somebody or someone , so we all took a sip from the juice including Mishti .. "Violent people! " she commented, I rolled my eyes..

Next Mishti..

"Never Have I Ever killed someone! " she said, I sighed. Both of these girls were just demeaning us.. We all men took a sip from our respective glass and they both giggled.. "Murderers ! " she commented, we all shrugged off..

Next Rohan..

"Never Have I Ever kissed someone! " Rohan said, it reminded me of Mishti and my kiss.. Everyone took a sip, because everyone had their first kiss and were in a relationship .. Mishti didn't take the sip, she thinks she didn't kiss, but she had! When I pulled the class and everyone stared at me.. "You have done a lot of projects, kissing your opposite lead doesn't count here! " Mivan said.

"Hello? Abir have signed no-kissing contact for every music video.. He has never kissed anyone in his projects! " Ruhan defended me, I gave him a side eyes.. Mishti took a breath of relief and it didn't go unnoticed by me.. I took a glass of sip & everyone were shocked again..

"I belong to the entertainment industry , so yeah I had kissed girls not on screen but off-screen , " I lied, Mishti's eyes was on me, but when I looked at her she tore her gaze away.. If creating a playboy image would make her hate me, I won't step back. Ruhan was just staring at me unbelievably, this guy knows a lot about me..

Next Maanvir..

"Never Have I Ever lost my virginity! " he said proudly, bhai and Sharanya took a sip. I looked at Sharanya, she gave me an evil smile. They both aren't vergin? Being her brother I was being protective, but she has her freedom to do anything , moreover I trust Mivan .. I again pulled the glass towards me and this time Ruhan held my hand..

"No way you have lost virginity without informing me! " he said, it made me laugh, everyone laughed at him .. "Why are you sounding like his boyfriend, Ruhan? " Mivan bhai said and everyone burst out laughing. I took a sip from the glass, Mishti's eyes were glued to the table.

"Abir? " Sharanya was out of words, "You never had a girlfriend! " she stated me.. "I already told you that I belong to entertainment industry and it's so common there! " I stated, she looked at me unbelievably.. "So you fuck around random girl at random places? " Ruhan said mockingly and I nodded positively..

I am good at acting..

He chuckled, "So what is your body count? " he asked me, "Max Fifty, I have forgotten the count! " I lied, his eyeballs came out of his socket. Everyone were equally shocked, Mishti was just expressionless. "Guys, it's about me, my personal life. Let it be! " I said, I didn't want all of them to judge me on the basis of my lies..

"Never Have I Ever fallen for someone! " I said, though I have, but I didn't take a sip. Because I wanted to say her I have no feelings for her , even though I have! Everyone took a sip from the glass, except me and mishti.. "You have never fallen for someone? " Mivan bhai asked her softly and she said no! Jhutii!

"Wait, wait! An update from Adrene! " Ruhan said and checked his phone. "He has come back, I have to go and you all have to go back to your acting! " he said, being his PA he became allotted.. "I will talk to you later, " he grabbed the car key and left.. "Is there something going on between you & Ruhan? Why is he being possessive for you? " Mrinal bhai said and everyone made fun of us which I ignored royally ..

I was not even feeling like to laugh seeing Mishti's face.. "Abir, you have to drop Mishti at home. Because if I will drop her and Adrene would get to know then it would be a problem! " Maanvir bhai said, I agreed to him.. In front of Adrene we are trying to keep a relation, where Mishti doesn't share a good equation with his brothers .. And we are pretending like couple..

"Okay, then we should leave for her house! " I said & stood up. Before leaving she hugged his brothers, I went outside.. Sharanya came behind me.. "When did you turn into a playboy? " she asked me in disbelief, I saw Mishti coming towards us. Her eyes and ears were on us, but I pretended like I didn't see her..

"Playboys play with feelings.. I don't ! I am just a Casanova! And see , you won't be able to understand it.. Being a good man costs you nothing. I want to enjoy my life in my own way,so leave it on me.. " I expressed, Mishti stopped on her way, I could feel her eyes on me.. Sharanya scrutinized her eyes, "You are lying, my brother is not like this! " she said making a pout, she has a lot of trust on me and I am glad I never broke it. "Take care, bye! " I got in the car avoiding the topic , Mishti came and sat in the passenger seat.. She waved at Sharanya and our car left the place..

Adrene has no idea about the place, so taking the backgate we went on a small road, after 6 kilometers it joined the national highway. Adrene doesn't have this much guards, he won't check from where the car came. Moreover Ruhan is taking care of it, so he will handle..

Mishti was looking silent throughout the journey, she was just staring at outside. We were never this much silent together, nor awkward.. I stopped the car in front of her house, she was about to leave when I locked the door..

"I want to confess something! " I said, she nodded & looked at me..

I let out a deep breath, what I would say next would definitely make her hate me and she will feel disgusting..

"The night you were drunk, I came here to drop you and -" I took a pause, my heart beat just kept increasing.. She turned towards me, I gathered some courage to say the lie.. "I kissed you, on your lips! " I said, she just stared at me in shock.. "You kissed me while I was drunk? You want me to believe it? " she said , sarcasm dripping through her voice.. I expected a slap from her..

"Yeah, I kissed you.. " I said, she glared at me..

"Why would you kiss me? If you would have said that I kissed you, it would make some sense because I was drunk. Why would you kiss me? " She said, keeping herself calm & composed..

"Why can't I kiss you? You are a girl any man can get mad for! You have the perfect body, alluring aura.. You were drunk and you were just so close to me.. I couldn't stop myself from kissing you, " It's so disgusting to even hear from my own mouth, she was still calm..

To make her believe, I added more lies.. "You are just a random girl, it's a random night and the kiss was just a random thing for me.. It doesn't bother me, but I confessed it to you because you should know! " I added, how the storm was still calm . "Did you enjoy the kiss? " she asked me, I blinked my eyes in disbelief and turned my head to face her..

"I hope Mishti Agarwal didn't disappoint you and reciprocated your kiss. I hope it did satisfy you! " she said & walked out of the car. Damn it! What was that? I stared at her disappearing figure, after she went inside I too left for Rajvansh house.. My mind just fucked up the way she responded.. I thought she would slap me, her will just hit my head or will just kill me..

This girl is something!

I said I literally kissed her, that was her reaction? That's it? How was she so casual with it?

I parked the car in the parking lot of Rajvansh House and headed inside. Ayansh bhai and Ruhani di was in the hall.. "Hey Abir, " he approached me as if he was waiting for me.. "Tomorrow we are going to attend a business award festival! So I want you to join us, " he mentioned, I refused at first.. "I am tired of these gatherings bhai, it's better if I won't go there! " I denied clearly..

But then I remembered that papa was telling me that our company was nominated in a category. It feels delighting to see them getting awards. So I decided to go..

"Yah I know, I can understand. Actually Mishti would be there, adrene would be there also. So I suggest you to attend it with us! It's better for our plan! " he suggested, she would be there, right! "Okay, I will accompany you! " I said & went to my room.. I informed my designer to choose an outfit for tomorrow's event..

Whatever I was doing, I wasn't happy with it. Making a bad impression of me in front of her would help her to move on from me, but it's not making me feel good. I don't have any options either..

From the day I have taken a break , I have started working and attending events more. What's the need to put that story even!

It's the award ceremony day, papa & bhai's company were in the nominees, so I had to attend it .. It makes me proud seeing dad winning awards, maybe it's for the last time I will witness the precious moments. A table has been booked for us.. The award ceremony was going on.. Mom hasn't come to attend it due to her health, so Ziya didn't come either.. I was relieved..

Agarwals were sitting around a corner, my eyes were roaming all around the population to find Mishti, but I couldn't spot her.. Papa's company, Agarwal's company & Mishti's company were nominated in many different categories, both Agarwal's and Rajvansh's won two awards respectively.. Mishti's name was being called, my eyes travelled around..

Her name was being called again, and I finally spotted her.. Jeevika stood near the stage holding the phone camera, both were late.. It felt like she arrived just now .. I noticed her outfit, she was wearing a bodycon one piece and definitely slaying in that look..

Her eyes sparkled as she grabbed the award, it felt happy to see her getting the award because she truly deserve it. From a very young age she started working without any privilege, I could have never.. The way she always stood strong and faced all the difficulties, it amazes me..

After taking the award, she left the stage . Our eyes accidentally met with each other, but she didn't hold the eye contact.. She was so confident and chilled! She is the youngest female business tycoon of Australia who have achieved this much.. Mivan was saying that Mishti was expecting to be the winner of The Young Entrepreneur Award of this year..

When the category's name announced, I finger crossed.. Agarwal's were looking equally hopeful.. Mishti's eyes were fixed on her trembling hands, prolly she was praying to God..

"And the award for The Young Entrepreneur goes to -

My heart beat increased, my eyes shut and I was just hoping for the best, she would definitely get it..

And it goes to Adrene Jackson! "

My eyes wide opened, that bastard got that award..

"We would like to welcome Myke Jackson to present this award! "

Both the father & son happily went to the stage and that fucking smiles on their face was killing my heart.. Mivan walked out of the venue followed by Manvik uncle & Mrinal.. Mishti was just staring at the stage, her face has dulled up.. Jeevika had more expressions, like she wanted to kill that bastard on the stage itself..

I wonder how were they giving these awards? Adrene has every privilege, while Mishti doesn't even have any. I wonder it's Myke Jackson's action, he can do anything to make his son happy. You will get the karma very soon Mr Jackson..

My inner voice screamed in anger, today I was burning in anger more because she didn't get the things she deserved.. They were done with giving awards.. I didn't approach her nor say anything because it would create a soft spot in her heart for me.. Some were in drinking counter, some were giving interviews, some were taking poses for pictures. I had no interest in anything..

I headed towards the washroom.. When I came out, I overheard the conversation between Mishti & Jeevika.. They didn't see me..

"I am hundred percent sure mam, Abir sir doesn't have this character .. I don't know why he said all these, but I don't think he have this fuckboy personality! " Jeevika mentioned, I shut my eyes and sighed. Who told her to give clarification.. I went to the cocktail counter and grabbed one shot. I had no idea about how to convince her that I am not good for her. She should stop all this..

I saw her coming towards me, I pretended like I didn't see her and grabbed the wrist of a random girl who was drinking.. Mishti stopped on her way, I made the girl stood in front of me.. It's the same girl who tried to seduce me before a year, damn it Abir. "Hey darling! " She said in a seducing tone & roamed her finger on my face, I smirked, a fake smirk!

"It took you a year to respond me! " she almost fell upon me, she was completely drunk.. I grabbed her hair angrily and brought her face close to mine.. "You woman! You remember my face in drunken state as well, " I gritted my teeth in frustration, mishti was far from me, so she couldn't hear anything..

She suddenly hugged me, nuzzling his face in the crook of my neck she started kissing me.. I nuzzeled my face in her hair, Mishti turned her heel and left. I pushed her right away. "Stay in your limits! " I said and left. That girl stared at me in disbelief, I was just being hypocrite..

I bumped with Adrene, he smiled & hugged me..

"Hey you did all that in front of Mishti, to break her heart right? Now she will trust me that you are actually a bad boy! " he said, one arrow two targets!! Not bad Abir..

"Yeah! Now I broke her trust, so it's your time to build it.. She must be in her vulnerable state, she will easily trust you! " I said, he smiled happily. I felt like punching his face. I can't believe that in this war, our heart was getting played .

I opened the WhatsApp group and sent a text;

Adrene just saw me messing around with a girl, and he thought I was doing it to break Mishti's trust. So @mishti better act like I broke your trust and pretend to believe his words against me..

Everyone saw the message in seconds including Mishti..

Ruhan: you were messing around a girl.. ?

I chuckled..

Yeah.. I am taking her to a room now.. Good night, don't disturb me!

Mishti was just reading the messages, it's better for her to cry now. It's better for her to hate me the whole life rather than crying for me..

After giving the award to Jeevika I sent her home.. I thought to have a conversation with Abir. But when I go near him, I saw him with a girl.. He was so comfortable with her, when he started kissing her neck, I stepped back.. He was actually true about himself..

I was just walking aimlessly on a empty road. I was sad for not getting the Young Entrepreneur award , but this particular moment broke my heart.. I got a message on my whatsApp..

Adrene just saw me messing around with a girl, and he thought I was doing it to break Mishti's trust. So @mishti better act like I broke your trust and pretend to believe his words against me..

Abir sent the message, a tear dropped from my eyes unknowingly. He really doesn't care about me..

Ruhan: you were messing around with a girl..

Abir: Yeah.. I am taking her to a room now.. Good night, don't disturb me!

I just kept staring at the phone, here I was messing my mind with his thoughts and he is having a night with a random girl? I wiped my tears harshly, I don't know why the fuck I was crying.. Imagining him with someone else was making my heart bleed. I was irritated & frustrated.. I clutched the phone tightly and tried to have a grip over the overwhelmed emotions I was feeling..

"Hey sweetie! " I became startled and looked up.. Two drunken men were ogling at me.. "Do you think you guys are strong enough to even touch me? " I said with full confidence, the second person took out a spray, but before he could do something I kicked his hand and flipped in the air.. "Don't you even dare to mess with Mishti Agarwal, I am already frustrated, I doubt if I will do my first murder tonight! " I shouted in anger..

They both still didn't get scared and walked to me, I started beating them. But as I was wearing a high heel, my heel got broken making me lose my balance.. I stumbled over my feet, and the next moment I landed on the rough road as some of them pushed me.. "Ouch! " I groaned in pain, my back hurt.. I wasn't able to get up..

He hovered over me, pinning my hands against the road.. "You bastard leave me! " I shouted , he was actually strong. Before I could push him, someone kicked him, resulting in him falling on the ground next to me.. I looked up, it's Maanvir bhai.. He made me stand and started beating them.. I threw my broken heel, they both ran away.

Bhai pulled me into a hug, "Are you okay? You shouldn't have come to an empty road like this! " he became a little angry, I broke our hug and smiled.. "Take a chill bhai, it's not for the first time I am facing something like this.. Once ten people tried to come close to me and I alone beat the hell out of them.. It's just today is my bad luck and this fucking heel! " I murmured, he just stared at me and gave me a half smile..

"I am sorry, you got a traumatic life for us! " he said in guilt, I hugged him and patted his back. "Everyone was suffering their part of trauma, don't victimize me. Let's go! " I said , he gave me a dry smile. I made a call to my driver and he reached me in no seconds.. We both took the backseat, everything was covered.

We didn't want Adrene to spot me with bhai. I was just looking outside through the little gap, tears automatically beamed up in my eyes. That particular moment of Abir was traumatizing me.. I was still not able to believe it.. I wiped my tears when the driver stopped the car a little distance from my house.. There's no cctv..

"Driver will go to the petrol pump, you will leave from there. I don't think Adrene will follow this car after I leave! " I said, "Have you talked with adrene? " he asked me and I nodded..

"I messaged him to meet me.. He will be coming here anytime soon.. I will do some melodrama to make him believe in me, " I said, bhai's eyes widened.. He sent a text to the group about me.. I took his phone to check if Abir saw his message or not, but he was the first one to see the message..

Wasn't he with that girl?

I rolled my eyes and gave the phone to bhai.. "Don't get scared of him , I am here only. Just give me some sign, if anything will happen! " he said, I assured him with a smile.. We waited for half an hour, I saw a black Lamborghini stop behind my car, in a little distance..

"Abir is here! " Bhai said drawing my attention, I snapped my head at him..

"But it's Adrene's car! " I mentioned, "Abir is behind the tree, he will watch you. So it's better for me to leave. What if Adrene will come here and see me! " he said, I nodded & came out of the car.. I could see Abir's presence there, he was standing in the dark beside a tree towards my side.. He has changed his clothes, so he was actually with that girl?

I put all this nonsense thoughts aside and walked towards Adrene.. There was no guard around him.. I don't know how and why I started shedding tears, Abir's presence was making my heart clenched in pain.. "Hey darling, you are crying! " Adrene asked me, I hugged him making him startled.. I was supposed to act, but here I was actually crying..

"You.. you were so right about abir! " I said while crying, just when he wrapped his arms around me, I stepped back but didn't change my facial expressions.. "He is such an... such an-" I was not able to even say any bad word against Abir, even though it's just for the sake of the mission. "He is such an asshole! He is selfish and manwhore. He was just manipulating me.. Everyone is so bad around me including my family and Abir.. I am a stupid to trust them all! " I said and started crying again..

I was hiccuping real bad, he brought a watter bottle from his car and gave me.. I took a sip and gave it to him.. The fact that today I was actually crying, Abir things have hurt me alot, to an extent that it's making me weak. I stumbled over my feet, my blood pressure has been decreased.. "Hey, " Adrene held me, and kept me close to me..

"It's okay. Better late than never, sweetheart. It's good that you saw his true colors before he could damage you more! " he said, I nodded silently and wiped my tears.. "I am telling you Abir was just using you to take revenge from Agarwals, but when he realized that you are in no contact with your family he started showing his true colors! " he mentioned, again a tear rolled down my eyes..

Why the fuck I was crying?

Last time I had cried this much when I left everyone, my family and my home.. My heart was extremely triggered today. "Thank you for coming here. But see, I don't trust my family nor Abir. So it's better if we won't meet regularly or in public places. What if they will try to harm you, I don't want you to suffer for me! " I said, he nodded..

In reality we don't want Myke Jackson to know about me. If tomorrow anything would happen to Adrene, his first doubt will be on me. So we played the game in order to keep me safe first. His father will never allow him to date me, because he is intelligent, he will catch our plan easily,unlike Adrene who's just madly in love with me .

We were sure that Adrene won't say anything to his dad related to me..

"I think I should go now, I am feeling terrible, " I said, my voice was low and rough.. "Come, I will drop you! " he said, his fingers gripping around my wrist. "I told you na, I don't want anyone from my family to know about you. If they will see me with you, it would be a problem. My house is just half kilometre from here, I will manage! " I said gently. His presence was suffocating me..

Before leaving he hugged me , damn this bastard! I patted his back and we parted away , he got in the car.. "Good night! " I said sweetly, he smiled at me and turned his car to leave.. I stared at the back of his car till it vanished to the darkness.. I turned my heel to go back, but all the street light went off.. I was dragged into the side forcefully, I knew it's Abir..

"There was no need to hug him! "

I pushed him back in a force, I could see his angry face in the dark.. "You should know that he is our enemy! He will take it as a green signal, " he voiced, I crossed my hands above my chest.. "Wasn't I supposed to send him green signals? It's my work to manipulate him, so I will do it by myself! " I spat back..

"And there was no fucking need of hugging him , he would have trust you blindly with this crocodile tears! " he shouted, it made me more angry and sad when he addressed these tears as crocodile tears.. "Why are you even barking in front of me? You have normalized sex, if sex can be normal then why not a simple hug? It's just a fucking hug? Why are you overreacting.. " I mentioned , his jaw clenched and his palm turned into a fist..

"When I say green signal, I mean to say that tomorrow he will demand to kiss you .. Would you do that too! Would you kiss him for the sake of this God damn mission! " he stated angrily,  pressing each of his words.. I stepped closed to him, holding his intense gaze and making an eye contact. "Even I have to do sex with him, then also I don't care. Because nothing matters to me more than the mission! " I hadn't even completed, he pulled me against his chest..

For this mission I had to stay away from my family for a decade, I wanted it to end soon..

"Watch your words Mishti! You have fucking lost your mind for uttering something so disgusting, " he screamed, "What happened to the girl with whom you were making out? Your make out session ended so soon? " I mocked him, he let out a chuckle.. He pressed my upper body against his chest and decreased the distance between us..

Our face was literally an inch away from each other, I could feel his heavy breath. "You know, that girl could not satisfy my hunger. I have reached a level where these random girls aren't able to match my energy. Abir Rajvansh has never touched a girl twice, one night and I am done with her ! And with each passing night I always get a girl of an upgraded version! So you should not worry about my make out session. I have my own ways to deal with it,you better focus on yourself! " he uttered..

His words felt like a knife which pierced my heart.. The light came up, I got a clear view of his face. My eyes were welling up, I tore my gaze away and my eyes fell on the lipstick mark which was on his neck.. I distanced myself.. "I will handle Adrene, just keep me updated with your plans! " I said and left. He didn't stop me nor say anything...

I was walking without looking at anywhere, I was not able to see anything properly due to the fucking tears.. I felt so distant with him.. He turned out to be a man, whom I can hate only, using girls like an object. I was feeling disgusted after hearing what he just said.. I opened my house door using my finger print on the sensor , someone was sitting on the sofa, the lights were off..

"Who is that? " I muttered, my tone was shaking. I wiped my tears seeing Maanvir bhai.. "Bhai, you didn't go back? " I said in a chirpy voice after clearing my throat. He came to me and pulled me in a hug.. I became startled due to his sudden move.. He dragged me towards the sofa and made me sit above it...

"Tell me, what's happening? " he asked me, I furrowed my eyebrows in confusion.. He kneeled down in front of me & held my hand.

"When Abir reached us, we were connected with each other through the call.. I heard the conversation between you two because he had forgotten to hang up the call! " he stated, I looked away.. "Nothing, he was just scolding me for hugging Adrene-

" Why does his Casanova image affect you so much? You were targeting him in your every question and now you were crying.. Mishti, better you tell me what's happening? " he said softly, I let out a deep breath.. My eyes welled up . I pulled him and hugged him again..

"I don't know why I started behaving like this.. Why it's affecting me so much.. I am just behaving like a stupid. It's his life, his fucking life. I don't give a damn, but I don't know why it's affecting me so much! " I cried, he started brushing my hair.. I moved back & bhai wiped the tears ..

"The most successful youngest business woman who doesn't give a damn to her surrounding, who has kept herself caged in papers & work, is crying for someone today! " Bhai said, I sobbed silently, my fingers were crossing around each other .. "And you want me to believe that You don't have feelings for Abir? "

I snapped my head up and gulped. "I don't ! How much even I know him? He came to my life recently, we have been spending a lot of time together and somewhere I have created a soft spot for him.. So it's just I am attached to him, there's no romantic feelings in me for him! " I confessed, without breaking into tears. I was done with crying. Bhai smiled.

"If you don't have feelings for him then it's good for you, but if you have just let me know! I am one call away. For me, you matters the most right now! I will keep everything aside and hear you out, " he said, I smiled brightly. I love how he was so calm about this topic.

"You don't have a girlfriend? " I asked him and he refused, "Nope! I think it's only me who is single or don't have feelings for anyone, " he chuckled, "Who is Mrinal bhai's girlfriend? " I asked him, a glass breaking noise came from the kitchen. We both ran to the kitchen, "Oh My God Jeevika, you fine? " I asked her, she gave a node..

"The glass just slipped from my hand, " she said nervously, I studied her facial expression. It's literally 2:00 in the night and she hasn't slept yet. I didn't even see her coming to the kitchen. "Go & sleep, it's midnight already! " I said, nodding her head at me she left..

We both came out of the kitchen after turning off the lights, I forgot what I was asking bhai.. "Okay, you should go now! I will turn the lights off, you take the backgate! " I suggested bhai , he hugged me and caressed my cheek before leaving..
