Hi everyone! A quick moment of introduction for those who do not know me.

My name is Khushi and I have been writing this series for some time now. It started with Dare Trilogy (completed) on Arnav and Khushi followed by a spin-off for Armaan and Riddhima (completed). After which, Heir & Heiress continues the story of Aarav Raizada (ongoing) and now, Her Splash of Color is its sequel.

So, yes, there is a long history of books before this one but you do not have to read those in order to read this one and understand it. It can be read as a standalone. Any overlap between the two books will be explained briefly in here for you to get a basic gist. If you do decide to read it though, much better as it'll help you understand their entire family line and background, and I promise - they are good reads!

After Dare, this is another attempt of mine to shine light on some of the psychological disorders. We may believe there is nothing wrong with us/are not actually 'diagnosed', but I would say that in life, all of us go through our ups and downs. 

We lose loved ones. We drown for some days in a gloomy feeling. We get anxious when stressed out over some major life event. We all have our moments. 

At the end of the day, even the positive changes in life can have a major impact on our mental health and a second person, an outsider, may never know exactly what you are going through. Hence, a take on how to always be kind to even strangers, to never judge a person falling under stereotypes, to not give up on those we love and to always, always, be human and not fall in our own eyes.

Quick point: This is not a fanfiction. Dare started as one but since then, in Heir and Heiress, I have created my own characters and as such are Sanya and Rihaan. Even when the actors portraying the main character have been seen sharing screen space in shows and movies. There is a reason the names are Rihaan and Sanya, not Manik and Nandini or one of the many character names played by Varun and Alia.

Second, as you can see above, I have chosen two different set of actors to play the teen and adult roles respectively. Should you choose, ofcourse, you are more than welcome to imagine one set playing both roles! (Meaning, in your mind, Parth & Niti or Varun & Alia can play teen & adult phase respectively.)

If anyone is only interested in reading a MaNan FF, then you'll have to wait. There is a half-written story in my drive that I wrote back in 2015 but stopped after few chapters & never shared anywhere. With KYY S3 news coming up, I felt inspired again so there are very good chances I will share it if I can recall its plot again (:

PS: For now, the cover shows only Parth & Niti as the story starts in their teenage days. After the leap (not anytime soon), I will change the cover to reflect the new phase.
