Next Day

Early morning

Sid was the first one to wake up only to find Savi's face inches apart from his. Horrified, he let out a scream and tumbled down the bed waking the rest in the process.

Ansh found himself unable to move and the reason was two girls sleeping on him as if he was their personal teddy bear. Savi had no such problem neither did Subh as they both get up sleepily, looked at each other with confusion clouding their gazes then  stared at Sid lying on the floor groaning in pain.

they both looked at him as if he had gone nuts then looked back at each other and then they burst out laughing like maniacs.

Sid got up cursing Savi to infinity and back then all of them looked at Ansh who was pouting as his eyes silently begged them to save him from the girls using him as their personal Teddy bear.

The guys again burst out laughing watching Ansh but after receiving one deadly glare from Ansh they thought it was in their best interest if they helped him escape the deadly clutches of the girls. They tried to separate the girls from Ansh without waking them but that plan failed utterly. so, they decided to wake up the girl's.

Subh woke Dhriti gently who was really embarrassed after waking up when she found herself cuddling with a sheepish looking Ansh on the other hand Kashi stated firmly lemme sleep as she snuggled more closer to Ansh. After some more tries they succeeded in waking Kashi up. All of them looked at the clock to find it was 7: 40 in the morning.

They all immediately got down of the bed, Kashi and Dhriti rushed to Kashi's room to get ready while the guys moved around Ansh's room like headless chickens in panic but somehow all of them managed to get ready in 20 mins.

Grabbing the breakfast from the kitchen. They all rushed out of the house.

Ansh sped the car towards Kulfi's house while Savi sat on the shotgun seat and Dhriti sat on the backseat.

Sid, Subh and Kashi drove their sport bike's to college.

In Kulfi's house

Tevar was sleeping peacefully on his bed. Kulfi tried to wake him several times but failed. So, she jumped on her father who woke up while making an oomph noise. Kulfi giggled hearing his muffled groan.

"Betaji aapko badi hassi aa ri hai " he said while tickling Kulfi making her laugh whole heartily as she tried to break free of his grasps.

They both ran around the room throwing pillows at each other and then decided to get ready for the day.

Breakfast was served to the father and daughter duo as they sat their grinning at each other.

"Dad aaj aapka new song release ho rha h na" an eager kulfi asked her dad

"Hnji beta ji" Tevar replied chuckling lightly watching his daughter's excitement.

"Areey papaji dekhna aapka song blockbuster jayega" an excited Kulfi declared happily

"Accha betaji itna Vishwash" Tevar asked her smiling softly watching her blind faith at him

"Hnji akhir mere papaji ho aap meri tarah superhit songs hi doge" Kulfi replied cheekily looking at him as Tevar laughed heartily hearing her reply.

"Papaji aapna mere superhero ho, sbse best." Kulfi stated firmly love shinning in her beautiful doe shaped eyes.

Tevar looked at her with so many emotions shinning in his eyes. He never knew how he became so lucky and fortunate to have her as his daughter. How can he ever tell the girl  sitting in front of him that he wasn't the super hero she thought him to be, he wasn't as great as she thought him to be. He was a man full of mistakes and demons. She was his light. She was the first ray of sunshine in his dark life. she was the one who inspires him everyday. She is his solace. Her innocent eyes unaware of the world's evils gives him hope and a reason to not just survive but to achieve something just to see her beaming smile and to hear the pride in her voice when she happily yell for the whole world to listen that she is Tevar's daughter. She is his hero. She is who makes him human and control his demons. She is his world.

He was saved from answering her why his voice suddenly turned hoarse by the  sound of doorbell.

A house helper opened the door and invited the guest in which turned out to be a sheepish looking Savi.

"Good morning, Uncle sorry for interrupting your breakfast", he greeted Tevar while apologising for interrupting the most important meal of the day.

"It's alright son and good morning to you too, why don't you join us for breakfast" Tevar asked Savi inviting him to eat with them

"No thanks uncle, bhai is waiting downstairs" he rejected the offer politely

"Dad, I'm done. See you latter " Kulfi told him getting up from the table to go grab her things and wash her hands.

"So, what are the future plans son" Tevar asked Savi as he looked around nervously

"To become a doctor" Savi answered confidently

"And why this aim, son" Tevar asked the confident guy standing in front of him

"Their should be someone caring for others health too and with my families past history I'm sure they will trust no one but one of their one with their health. I want to be their for them always and forever." Savi answered determined a fire blazing in his eyes which was so uncommon in people now days.

A fire to go through hell happily for his family. A fire to protect his people from everything. The bond that could be seen through his eyes was so strong, this was something else.

"Good" Tevar replied happily till then Kulfi come back.

"Ok dad see you latter, love you and all the best for the release." Kulfi stated happily kissing Tevar's cheek as she hugged him around his neck.

"Love you too, betaji" Tevar said as he watched her go out with Savi. Chatting and laughing at something he said.

Tevar watched as the two of them disappeared from his sight, talking and laughing like without a care of the world. He knew love and he can clearly see a love story blooming in front of him. He knew his daughter hasn't realized her feelings yet but God prohibits if the boy breaks his precious daughter's heart no one will be able to save him from his wrath.

Ansh dropped the three in front of their building

"Shoo....out of the car kiddos, God I'm feeling old dropping you guys like this" Ansh stated jokingly

Savi stuck out his tongue at him while the girls got out of the car waving byee smiling softly at Ansh.

After yesterday's drama, Aru woke up late today and hurriedly got ready. She wasn't even in mood to have breakfast today but Ananya won't let her go without having proper breakfast.

"But mumma, I'm getting late na" Aru whined pouting lightly as she glared daggers at the plate full of waffles placed in front of her.

"Well, you can miss your first class then" Ananya stated firmly as she sat beside Aru sipping her coffee.

Grumbling Aru started eating her breakfast while the family looked at the mother and daughter duo with bewilderment clear on their faces never realizing when this two got so close.

"So, how are you today Aradhya" they all heard Shivaaye question Aru who looked back at Shivaaye shock clear in her eyes as she replied with a single word "fine" ending the convo before it even begin.

"Mom, Abhi bahar wait kr rha h. I'm going" Aru told her mother as she noticed Abhi's text on her phone

"Aradhya" Ananya stated but Aru cut her off in mid stating "Mom"

"I'll tell Ansh to feed you then" Ananya warned Aru

" he will treat me anyway, he already thinks I need to eat more along with Subh." Aru whined cutely thinking about her half brother

"They think right than now aren't you getting late" Ananya questioned her

"Yeah, byee mumma see you in the evening." Aru stated happily as she rushed towards the door only to meet Abhi standing on the door with a bored look etched on his face.

"Good morning janeman" he greeted her in his flirty tone

"Good morning dhakan" Aru replied cheekily

"Dil tod diya yrr, itne handsome bande ko dhakan bolte huye sharam ni aayi" he questioned her with raised eyebrows

"Bilkul ni, chl ab late ho jayenge." She stated dragging him away with her.

Shivaaye watched as Abhi followed her happily letting her drag him away. He couldn't even have a proper converstaion with his own daughter while these guys are already trying to snatch his daughter away from him. He still remembers the first day he meet her. First time in his life he saw genuine happiness in someone's eyes after meeting him. First time someone was not judging him for the man built with sins he was someone was really happy to be with him the way he was, someone who didn't want to change him yet his own heart forced him to change for her to be a better man. To be the father she wants him to be yet destinity snatched his that chance from him too. They say Krama is a bitch and it really is as his past won't let him rest in peace ever. This society doesn't allow a chance of redemption for the sinners. A monster will always be a monster. His mother had once told him little girl's soften their father's heart and his little girl has soften his heart yet he will never able to tell her how much he loves her. He will die fighting for her without her knowledge. He will sacrifice his all for her and he never wants her to know that, he was always their for his family but now he is not cause for him his daughter matters the most. He will make sure she is always protected, safe and happy. He will make sure no monster like him reaches her.

Kashi had a free period for the rest of the day so she thought to go to Utopia to grab some drinks and taste some new sweet dishes prepared by their chefs.

Elated she drove towards the cafe. On her way their she saw a car following her. She gave the car way to over take her but the car didn't over take her it hit  the back part of her bike and dragged her bike with the car. She couldn't control her bike and fell down her bike skidded on the road dragging her with it until it halted to rest. Her whole body was numb with pain, she was certain her hand got a deep cut as her leather jacket was tattered so was her jeans. She couldn't get up because the bike was on her and her head was mostly uninjured all thanks to the helmet. In short words she was in hell pain.

A man in t-shirt and jeans has just come out of his office building when he saw the accident, a hit and drive case taking place in front of his eyes. He saw as the bike driver with the bike skidded on the road for few meters before coming to halt and he was sure that the biker must be hurting a lot and may have some broken bones. After all the bike looked heavy. He rushed to the aid of the biker along with few more people present on the road that time.

He pushed the bike away from the biker
He keeled down next to the biker and opened the helmet so that the biker could get some much needed oxygen only to get the shock of his life.

"Kashi" he called panic clear in his voice as he saw the girl starring at him with squinted eyes, a busted lip and a small cut on her forehead

"M kay (I'm Okay)" Kashi tried to say hearing the familiar voice, she didn't want her family to watch her in pain.

"Shh....Don't speak baby, driver get that damn car here. Kashi baby, we are going to hospital, you will be fine" the man stated trying to reassure himself more than the girl lying in his arms.

"Kn, ter ( know, water)" the girl tried to say as her uncle carried her bridal style to his car. He laid her down on the back seat and sat with her holding her close. He helped her drink some water and asked the driver to hurry to hospital.

On the way he called Rv and told him about the accident.

A panic stricken Rv reached the hospital and rushed towards the familiar doctor's cabin. He entered the cabin nodding towards the nurse to see his daughter lying on the bed.

The doctor holding her hand as he prepared to stitch her cuts and the man who brought her here sitting holding his daughter's hand.

"Kashi" he exclaimed the fear engulfing his heart suddenly crumbling all around him. This girl lying in front of her was capable of making him afraid to death without even realising it.

"I'm fine dad" the girl stated smiling reassuring never letting her strong facade to fade

"I can see that princess." He stated as his eyes analysed her injuries plastered ankle,Bandaged forehead, bandaged knee and then the doctor pierced the needle in her soft skin stitching the skin together. She closed her eyes in pain while tears silently trickled down the eyes of both the men sitting beside her as if it's they that had been hurt.

Her fingers intertwined with Rey's hand trying to tone down the pain while Rv said soothing words to her.

The Doctor prescribed meds for Kashi and told the men that Kashi needed strict bed rest for 3 weeks to let her ankle heal properly. The men nodded listening to all the instructions carefully while Kashi fell asleep due to tiredness.

Rv carried a sleeping Kashi to the car and placed her carefully inside the car. He sat beside her placing her head on his lap, not once disturbing her sleep while he waited for Rey to come back with meds.

Rey took the shotgun seat as he asked the driver to drive towards Rv's home.

"How?" Was the only word out of Rv's mouth as he looked towards his injured daughter

"Planned not an accident. They wanted to harm her that's for sure." Rey answered calmly when he was anything but calm,how can he be calm when someone tried to hurt his child. The girl lying on the backseat injured was the same girl who called him chachu happily. The same girl who didn't saw him as the man full of mistakes he was but as a human being deserving and in need of love. She was the one who saw him suffering and slowly slipping away from the world around him. She and Ansh were the one who accepted him without any conditions. They loved him, they accepted him and they held him when no one was their for him. When he was burning and drowning in his mistakes simultaneously. They saved him, they showed him every saint has a past and ever sinner has a future then how could he see his little angel in this condition. He had been a saint for so long but now they tried to harm his little doll they will face the monster buried deep inside him.

Rv looked at the fallen angel sleeping in his lap.

"You know she was just a month old baby, when I held her for the first time in my arms. I promised her father who died saving our nation, saving our team that I'll take care of his little girl. I don't know when his little girl became mine. I just know that this girl is my daughter. I remember the sleepless night I spent with her, trying to calm her down. I remember how she couldn't sleep without hearing my voice. I remember the first step she took, the first word she spoke. I remember the way she flungs herself in my arms yelling daddy after every mission and my tiredness will disappear just like that. She is my daughter Rey. She is my lifeline. She is the one who gets ready to fight the whole world for me. She can't hear a single word against me. She is my daughter Rey and I know I'm being selfish here but she is my daughter and she will always be my daughter. Her one smile was enough to lighten up my dark world and you know she laughed toothlesly at my rambles not understanding even a single word I said to her yet her toothless laughs meant the world to me. I could never get angry on her. I know her Rey, I know how much she is hurting yet she won't let us see as she doesn't want us to be hurt. My girl is strong I know that but I prefer her not having to show how strong she really is. She and Ansh stopped the monster from unleashing his warth on the whole world after Anika and Swayam's demise. And these people are nuts enough to think that they will hurt my girl and survive the wrath of the devil. I think its long time that people of this city had forgotten what Ranveer Randhawa is really capable of doing." Rv promised to himself

" they will face the wrath of the rulers of this city Rv, do the girls know about this yet." Rey questioned his friend

"No, not yet" Rv answered still looking at his daughter

"This city won't survive their wrath you know we wont let them get away with this right" Rey asked Rv

"Yeah, shit....Ansh is alone in the college unaware of all this. they could attack him too" Rv stated afraid realizing Ansh was in college without security, he was vulnerable

" don't worry, I'll inform Shar, she will look after him and get him to safety immediately" Rey stated calmly even though panic was clearly visible in his eyes.

"Do it. I'll tell the girls they will kill me for not informing them" Rv stated trying to hide his fear

Nodding Rey called Shar while Rv conference called Taani and Omisha not wanting to repeat the details again and again.

The kids were their lifeline, they were the one who put the devil's inside them to sleep and now when this city tried to hurt their princess, their daughter. They woke the devil sleeping inside them, they will never know what hit them.....
