Lucy's P.O.V

The mysterious but oddly familiar boy held out his hand "lets go on an adventure" he said, his pink Spikey hair twirling in the wind and his dark onyx eyes staring at me wide and wondrous. "Okay, lets go!" I yelled and grabbed his hand. we were off somewhere. Until...

BEEP BEEP BEEP!!

Oh dammit! I've been having that same dream for a few days now. It all seems familiar but I just can't put my finger on it.

I'm going to have to forget about that for now. I just moved here to Magnolia, and right round The middle of school.

Unlike most people I take joy in school, I'm just nervous because it's my senior year and last year at my old school everyone just knew me as the nerd no one talked to.

I live on my own, kinda weird but when I was really little my mother died, I don't remember what happened to my house or my father. It was as if I had little to no memory of my past.

The only thing I have left of my mother is a necklace, it might not be much but it's all I've got.

I live in an apartment by myself, I just moved here so I'm going to apply for a job at a cafe or something similar.

But anyways, it IS my first day at the prestigious school Fairy Tail High.

I put on my school uniform and put my hair up in a stylish side ponytail and was out the door.

I walked into the school and went to the office where I assumed someone would be showing me my classes.

I spotted a girl with long red hair who looked to be about the same age as me, she seemed to be the person I was looking for, so I took the chance and walked up to her.

"H-hello, my n-name is Lucy Lockheart" (Lucy was told her last name was Lockheart)

"Why hello Lucy, my name is Erza Scarlet and I will be showing you around to your classes. As a matter of fact, we have all the same classes"

"That's great!" I said and flashed a smile.

"Come this way Lucy, classes start soon and you can't be late on your first day."

"Okay!"

Erza showed me all my classes. Turns out I didn't have to officially start school until tomorrow and today was just a prep for tomorrow.

~end of school day~

"And that's everything you'll need to know, I assume you're caught up with everything we're learning as of now" Erza said

"Yup, I understand all of it." I replied.

"Wait until all the students come out and I'll show you this classroom"

I nodded my head.

The bell rang signaling school was over. Erza and I were standing outside of our last class, students started piling out the door.

Once the coast was clear Erza and I popped into the classroom.

"Natsu Dragneel, you failed your test, again! At this rate you won't be able to graduate."

"But Mr. Guildarts you don't understand. I haven't had time to study because my Dad is always putting so much pressure on me to "be a good business man and take over the Dragneel realestate​"

"You will not be able take over the Dragneel realestate if you do not graduate."

"Ahem, Guildarts Sir this is our new student Lucy Lockheart." Erza inturputed.

"Ah yes. Fairy Tail Highs new honor student, I assume you already picked up on what we're doing school wise" Mr. Guildarts said and raised an eyebrow.

"Y-yes I was able to c-comprehend everything" I stuttered. I was really nervous about all this. I just hope my anxiety doesn't kick in.

"Hmm, could I ask of you a favor Miss. Lockheart"

I nodded, I didn't want to stutter again.

By this time "Natsu" was almost out the door.

"Wait a minute Mr. Dragneel"

Natsu stopped and looked back, a little curiousness in his eyes.

"Miss. Lockheart I would like you to tutor Mr. Dragneel sometime after school. I don't care when or where but get it done. You are both dismissed."

What?!

"Come on Lucy, Natsu. Let's get out of here" Erza said.

And with that. We both followed her out.

"I gotta get going now. You two discuss how your going to get your tutoring in order. Bye have a nice day guys"

With that, Erza walked away leaving me with Natsu.

He just kinda studied me for a minute. I decided to brake the silence.

"S-so um maybe tomorrow a-after school y-you could swing by my p-place and well start from t-there"

"Stop stuttering. It's annoying"

"So I've been told" I said a little more confidently.

At my response he just looked at funny. I shifted, this was making me a bit uncomfortable.

"Fine, I'll swing by your place tomorrow. Address?"

"Strawberry street 143"

"That's kinda far, do you have a ride home?"

"Nope, bye" I said and started to walk away.

It was only a 45 minute walk anyway. Better than last year's one hour.

"Hey wait!" Natsu yelled. I didn't turn around though.

I felt a pull at my arm.

"I'll drive you home c'mon" he said and grabbed my arm pulling me along with him. For some reason. He reminded me of the little boy from my dreams.

I doubt it could really be him though.

We both got in the car. The drive was silent, but it wasn't a awkward silence. It was kind of nice.

Natsu pulled into the driveway of my apartment.

"Are your parents not home? There aren't any other cars in the driveway." Natsu noticed.

I gave him a sad smile and said "I'd rather save that story for another time, see you at school tomorrow, Natsu. Bye!"

"Bye Luce" Natsu said casually

"Luce?" I questioned the odd nickname.

"Yep. From now on im gonna call you Luce" Natsu stated.

He flashed a smiley grin at me. I blushed a little and my heart race sped up a little.

What is this feeling?

"Well, bye" I chuckled and ran into my apartment.

All night I only had one thing on my mind.

Natsu.
