Finally, Avni stepped out of the bathroom. She was wearing Neil's shirt with her shorts. Although, she has bought a lot of clothes to wear at night but still it was her habit to wear his shirt. It gave her a sense of peace, it made her feel like he was always there with her.

Neil smiled at her and gestured her to sit on the bed in front of him. She complied. She sat there knowing that she has to reveal everything to him. The mere though of that incident scared her but she was confident enough that as long as Neil is standing by her side, nothing will happen to her.

Neil: Tell me...
He said softly holding her hands in his.

Avni: Vo... Actually...

Neil: You know you can share everything with me, right?
Avni nodded her head like an obedient child.

Avni: I went to the hospital because I had my appointment with the gynaecologist. The one that you had booked.

Neil: But I made sure that it was a lady doctor. I knew how uncomfortable you would feel while discussing about it. Then how come you got that bastard as your gynaecologist?

Avni: When I went there, they told me that the lady doctor is busy with a delivery so my appointment has been shifted to another doctor.
I didn't say anything as it was a genuine reason. When I went to that doctor's cabin, he greeted me with a smile and made me feel quite comfortable. I didn't doubt his intension. He seemed to be a nice person.

Avni's eyes had tears now. Neil gave a gentle squeeze to her hand asking her to continue. He didn't wipe her tears as he knew it was important for her to let that pain out.

Avni: I asked him that I wanted to get some contraception. He nodded his head and asked me about my medical history and if anyone in my family ever had any sort of heart diseases. I told him everything. Then he asked me to lie down on the bed so that he could do a checkup.
At first, he checked my B.P. then he did my ECG. I felt it to be a normal checkup until he....

Neil cupped her face.

Avni: He tugged at my salwar. I felt so scared Neil. I removed his hands and asked him what was he doing. His reply scared me....(sobs)... He said, " I want to see your precious possession which will pleasure your husband. I don't mind pleasuring myself as well" he said and winked.....

She started crying loudly. Her tears were unstoppable. Neil hugged her tightly. He kissed her hair,

Neil: Sshh.... Bass. You don't need to say anything. Just remember I love you, okay.

Avni nodded her head and settled herself in the crook of his neck.

Neil: I will make sure that he gets punished. I'll not spare him I promise you that..
And after that I'll resign from my job.

Avni looked up at him in a confused manner.

Neil: This city has given a lot of pain to both of us. I just want us to start everything afresh. A new life, just the two of us.

Avni: No.
She shouted
Neil was taken aback.

Avni: I mean you, me, humara  pyar Aur in future our small little family. Our small world.
She said smiling.
Neil nodded and gave her a kiss on the forehead.

A few days later ....

The doctor was punished and sent to jail. Neil and Avni packed up everything and left for a new destination....
