The next year in the college started with inauguration function. Rithick, Neethu, Rahul and Mithila met after a week and they talk about random stuffs.

"Rithick! You are looking so adorable" said some one from back.

"Of course Rithick! You are looking too handsome" Neethu added made Rithick to blush.

"You too my angel" Rithick stretched the word angel.

"What Angel?" Neethu pouted.

Meanwhile the program was started and the schedule was arranged grandly. The chief guest was the great business tycoon Mr. Sanjay. Everyone presented there was excited to welcome the honourable cheif guest. Rithick was not aware of it until he saw his dad on stage. He gave his motivational speech and followed by that he presented the awards to the toppers. Neethu was awarded with gold medal for securing first marks in the examination. She was recognised by everyone presented there. Next to Neethu, Shantra was appreciated but Neethu was unique as queen. Shantra was very much angry with her. She waited for the chance to make Neethu's life to be in hell.

Neethu's POV

As I never expected that I would get award from Rithick's dad. I was very much happier and it was the most unforgettable day in my life. Rithick's dad resembles as Rithick. He was the man of excellence and his hard work gives him this place. I am proud to get an award from him.

Rithick's POV
My happiness has no bounds, as Neethu was topper and she got medal from my dad. I took photograph to make it memorable. What is God's plan now? Will he gives Neethu to me? Of course! Neethu is mine.

But, why didn't dad inform me about his arrival? He never show off about me to others. Why was he behaving weirdly? Even he didn't meet me. I never question him these many days because he is my super hero. I wish my life to be like him. He loves mom as same as before. He showed balance love to all. How is it possible? How is he managing family and business perfectly? But Still I can't forgive him, I was very much anger with my dad because he didn't even meet me.

"Hey Rithick! What happened?" asked Rahul.

"Nothing Rahul. I am alright"

"Are you sure?" Asked Rahul. "Don't worry for uncle didn't meet you" he said like hearing my mindvoice.

I saw surprisingly. How could he guess me correctly every time?
"Ok Rahul" I said with smile.

In between Neethu came and we together went to our new class.  One more year to complete this course, it's not at all a matter to me. Within few days I should propose my love to her and make this year worthy that matters me.

We entered the class. The class in charge was presented in the class. She congratulated Neethu at the moment she saw her. We had our respective seats. Neethu was sitting right to me and Rahul at my left.

"I congrats all the students who passed in last examination. This is the first batch with all clear students.
I am proud of you students. Keep it up for this semester too" said our class in charge.

"Thank you Madam. We will achieve," said students in chorus voice. I looked at Rahul and he gazed at me back with a smile.

"That's the spirit. Keep it up students. Well, I would like to select two representatives from our class. One from girl side and other from boy side. Any volunteers? Please raise your hand" said the in charge.

I looked at Neethu. She looked at me. As she had no interest as that of me, We were quite.

"Mam! Let me be the representative for Girls" Shantra accepted voluntarily.

"Ok Shantra. Good. For boys, any volunteers?" Asked Class in charge and she looked at boys. I and Rahul were not interested. We didn't show any sigh.

"No one is interested. It's okay! Shantra, you select anyone who will be a best companion and supportive to you," said in charge giving her full freedom.

She looked at everyone. I didn't look at her because I didn't like her from the beginning.

"Tell me Shantra? Or else I will point out," said the In charge

"Mam! I like to select Rithick, he will be my best companion forever" she said without knowing my interest. How rude she was to tell my name. I couldn't control myself.

Everyone started yelling my name, "Rithick! Rithick!" I looked at Rahul and Neethu. They didn't show any reaction because they didn't expect this.

Rahul could understand that I was tensed and he said, "Be cool! Rithick. Let's see"

"Rithick! Get up" said the in charge.

I didn't get up. I was irritated and without my permission how could they select me?

"Rithick! Don't you have manners? Get up first" said In charge angrily.

Neethu and Rahul asked me to accept but I refused it. Neethu said, "Rithick! First obey our mam. Next, we can see later. Please, Rithick"

Rahul said, "I am with you Rithick. Nothing will happen wrong. Don't behave like this. Get up please"

"No!" I replied.

"Rithick! Will you accept or not?" Asked the in charge.

Immediately, I came out from the class without responding. Rahul came out next to me.

"Rithick, please listen to me. If you are not interested, inform it to our mam. Don't behave like this Rithick. Everyone will mistake you" said Rahul gently.

"Who is the hell to tell my name? Did I gave any rights to her? She was always doing something to me even if I didn't cross her way. What that idiot is thinking in her mind? Why did she pointing me always? I know that, she is always hurting Neethu. I never leave her. I will show who am I?" I said angrily.

Meanwhile, Neethu came out. She looked at me. Her look takes me somewhere else totally I forgot the current situation.

Unexpectedly, Her eyes became wet and she started crying, it brought me back to normal.

"Neethu! What happened? Why are you crying" I went nearer to her and tried to wipe her tears but she jerked my hand. She didn't reply instead she was crying more. I looked at Rahul as I couldn't manage.

"Neethu! Please tell us?" Asked Rahul.

"Mam is scolding Rithick and students were telling something bad about him. I couldn't hear such blame about him so I came out" she said innocently.

"Oh my poor girl! Don't cry for this. People will be like this only. This is not at all a matter," said Rithick looking at her.

"I can't bear if someone scolds you" she said and immediately she hugged me.

I placed my palm in her face and lift her face up to see my eyes. "Don't worry Neethu. What did you want me to do now? Tell me I will do anything for you" I said lovingly.

Rahul gave me a naughty smile,"Rithick! Ok ...ok ok ...ok" kidding me. I smiled at him back.

"I and Rahul will be always with you. Please! Accept the representative post. If you behave like this people started thinking you as rude. I don't want anyone to think my Rithick as rude," she said.

Rude? May be but I never bothered. I don't want to see Neethu in tears. So I am accepting it.

"Ok Neethu! I will accept it" I promised her and we entered the class.

"Pardon me for my ignorance madam" I said to class in charge. This is the first time I am flexible and slipped from my own decision. I did it only to see smile in Neethu's face.

"Ok Rithick. No problem at all" said in charge.

The In charge officially announced, "Shantra be the representative for girls and Rithick be the representative for boys. Both of you please come to stage and take the pledge"

Hesitantly, I went to stage and I took the pledge. Next, she took it. I didn't even look at her. I looked at my sweet Neethu. She gazed me back with a smile.

"Good. Shake your hands" said the in charge.

I looked at the In-charge angrily. What is she thinking in her mind? Shantra stretched her hand straight towards me.

"Don't make me rude" I said to Shantra through my angry eyes.
