~Nobody's POV

Natsu stared darkly at Lucy who was lying underneath him. It was dark so Lucy could only see a fraction of his face.

She was frightened. Natsu was hurting her and she wasn't allowed to say anything at all. Only screaming. Not that she is screaming all the time.

Natsu grabbed her hair and brought her up. He came close to her face. "Enjoying everything I give you?"

She glared at him hissing at the slightest movement. "I will never give you the pleasure of hurting me."

Natsu smirked at her. "I am already enjoying myself, sweetheart. Hurting you until my master comes back... is fun."

Lucy swallowed, her throat dry from all that screaming. Her eyes were glinstering, still hoping that he comes back.

Natsu chuckled. "Here, my present for you." He said and threw Lucy to the wall. She coughed up again, feeling the same pain as when she fought him.

Natsu was still in his menacing form, meaning not a day has passed by. Natsu was standing in the same spot, watching Lucy slowly stand up.

She breathed out calmly, making Natsu slightly surprised. "What are you waiting for?" Lucy asked, struggling to stand up straight. There was something different about her aura now. A soul so done with the world that even they won't let themselves be fucked over again.

Natsu leaned against the bars and crossed his legs. "Nothing, just wondering why in the world I agreed to make a contract."

Lucy tried to grab the wall or something that helped her stand up. She found a stick and used it for support. Then she walked to where Natsu stood.

A look of surprise consumed him, not expecting it. After a while Lucy stood infront of Natsu. "Because I remind you of my mother, the one who was there for you. You think I can do the same job she did."

It seems like that angered Natsu and he grabbed Lucy's throat. A hatred in his eyes and his claws around Lucy's throat. Lucy felt her airway slightly being blocked.

"Don't you ever disrespect Layla Heartfilia with your bullshit. She was thousand times better than you'll ever be."

Lucy was soon released and she ended up coughing. She knew it, only she and her friends were bad in his eyes. The man controls his thoughts and body, but he can't control the people who played an important role in the past.

Lucy was quick and kneeled Natsu in a his crotch. He immediately broke down and grabbed it. She stole her keys from his pocket and ran away.

Or at least, tried to run. With her bruises and scratches she didn't get far. It wasn't a few minutes before she heard Natsu running behind her, cursing himself for being taken off guard.

She didn't get far before Natsu caught her.

He was beyond furious and held her painfully tight. "You bitch." Lucy hissed from the pain, but Natsu didn't loosen his grip.

Natsu was interrupted from snapping Lucy's arm by an explosion. His eyes narrowed in confusion, but Lucy immediately relaxed in his hold. This didn't go unnoticed by Natsu, but he didn't give it much thought.

Lucy calmed down slightly because she knew who it was.

Or who they were.

She smiled, hope in her eyes.

Fairy Tail has come at last.

Natsu growled and picked up Lucy and went to Mr mysterious. He found him and he was for once looking scared. A little bit. But hey, progress, Lucy thought.

"They have found us," he said and put on some gloves.

Lucy couldn't talk because Natsu's hand was covering her mouth. And she couldn't bite because Natsu put a cloth in her mouth.

Soon the walls were destroyed and a few members appeared. They all saw Lucy and looked furious, rightfully so. Erza was one of them. "Let her go," she demanded

The man stuck his hand in the air and soon thunder came from the sky. Lucy looked with wide eyes as the thunder crashed down on the group of five members. She saw more and more members appearing around the city.

Either being invisible for now, protecting civilians or following them.

She sighed in relieved once she saw Laxus blocking all of it. "You are going to pay, Obian." The man's eyes widened. They knew his name.

"I have come so far to give up. Natsu, give me Lucy and hold them back," he ordered and Natsu threw Lucy without any care.

Lucy was exhausted. She kicked everywhere but to no avail. The only thing she saw before this so called Obian ran, was Natsu attacking her friends.

Soon they felt a gust of wind, making them move through the air. The man didn't seem worried at all. Wendy was there and roared at him.

He held up his hands and the gloves sucked in the magic. Lucy knew what they are, black hole gloves. It absorbs all kinds of magic except... celestial magic.

Lucy cursed in her head, but then remembered that she has her keys. The man still held her tightly while fighting back Wendy and Gray.

Gray attacked him with his ice spell, as distraction. Wendy was as fast as the wind and wanted to attack him from behind. That idea failed however when he dodged both of it. All with still holding Lucy.

Lucy screamed instantly when she felt herself being tazed with electricity. "One more move and I will kill her when I make it stronger. Her heart will give up." She was on her knees while the man held her by the throat. Lucy breathed loudly.

They both gritted their teeth and stood still. Lucy cried out and felt that she couldn't move. But this moment is so crucial to win, so she will have to get over the pain. She used her arms to punches around her and managed to take him off guard. Lucy punched him in the face. The shock died down and she felt herself relaxing a little bit.

She immediately stood up and Wendy was quick to get her to them. Gray instantly attacked him and so did the members who were secretly following them.

"Lucy-san! Are you okay?" Wendy asked and began casting her healing spell. Lucy only nodded, though she was no where near okay. The members stood no chance against Obian. The gloves are a pain in the ass. She put the cloth out of her mouth, and groaned when she saw red on it. Blood from forcing her mouth too wide open.

After Wendy restored some of her energy she could stand. Her bruises were still there, but she could bear with it now. She still feels the electricity around her body from the attack.

She grabbed her keys. "Open. Gate of the Scorpions, Scorpio," she whispered, hoping to have enough energy. And immediately someone with a big tail appeared. "Lucy! Are you okay?" he immediately asked and she nodded... almost.

Lucy was still in pain, but she refused to stand by and watch them fighting. As long as those gloves were on they are helpless.

There is one weakness and now that Lucy can be useful.

"Attack!" Lucy said and Scorpio waved and sand came straight headings towards Obian.

The man thought it was from another wizard, but he was wrong. All the sand came in his face and pushed him back. Making him fall ground. "Now! Attack while he isn't able to use his arms!"

Sand was holding his arms on the ground. Gray, Gajeel, Levy, Kiana, Macao all attacked him with magic and now he was the one helpless.

Lucy soon jumped on him with her whip in his hands. She began punching him repeately, while he begged for mercy.

"This is for hypnotizing Natsu! For daring to destroy my friends! For wanting to plan something evil! For destroying the city! For bringing innocent people in danger!"

But never once did Lucy said something about herself.

Soon Erza came with the rest, "That's enough!" She boomed and Lucy jumped back, away from him. She picked those gloves and gave them to Gray. She was looking down and her hands were clenched.

"Did you win against Natsu-san?" Wendy asked, with hope, because none of them were damaged bad.

They nodded. "But he isn't back to his normal self. Evelyn got something to get him black-out."

Though Lucy had no idea who this Evelyn was, she didn't question. Erza went to Obian and kicked him in the guts, making him faint immediately.

Lucy had her jaw dropped. "I was ordered to stop and you went there kicking him?"

Erza gave her a stern look, before it turned to a soft smile. "Are you okay, Lucy?"

She nodded. Soon the magic council came and arrested him. They looked around the city and must I say, it was damaged badly. Then the soldiers looked at Fairy Tail in annoyance.

"Thanks for taking out a wanted criminal. But you guys seriously had to destroy everything while doing so?"

Every member laughed awkwardly and looked away. Master Makarov came in front and told them it wasn't their fault.

...

Once Lucy stepped into the guildhall she fainted. Everyone surrounded her, "What's wrong?" Everyone asked.

Wendy walked in front of them and looked at them assuringly. "She needs to rest."

When she was laid in bed they all looked at Natsu's body. He was not moving and looking in peace.

"Evelyn, what can we do to get him back?" Makarov asked, knowing Lucy cares much for him.

She sighed sadly. "Only Obian can undo the spell."

In the meantime they were tying up Natsu, making sure once he wakes up he isn't going to attack them. "So you mean that it's hopeless?" Mira asked.

She shook her head once more. "There is one other solution, but we can't do that. He has to gain more control than the spell has. Once he has that control he wins."

They all stared at Natsu in silence. Gray  went with his hand through his hair. "Is there nothing we can do?"

"The one closest to him have to make him control it. Only she can make him turn to normal by encouraging him."

Cana came jumping in front of them. "What's with the frown faces? We won! Natsu will come back, we have to have faith in him! But let's turn up those frown faces to a smiling one," she said and threw wine bottles.
