Many people fail, because they tried to copy others; not realizing everyone has a different question paper.

~Lucy's POV

We were in the cave, searching for gems. We had lights with us. We warned that there will be animals in this cave.

I was still anxious about losing my key so my head wasn't with me sometimes. Wendy closed her eyes sometimes.

Dragon Slayers could feel the things around them I heard. She breathed out and then swiftly opened her eyes. "Under us."

We went further, but came to a dead end. I pulled out my key.

"Open! Gate of the maiden, Vir..."

She appeared, totally tied up, her hands, her legs... even her mouth.

"...go?"

I sweat dropped, knowing she punished herself. Wendy's soul on the other hand left her body. I chuckled and Virgo untied herself.

"Please make a hole in the ground for us." She nodded, did a little bow and did what she does the best.

We all groaned when we had to go through the small hole, but there was not an other way. Unless you want Erza to destroy everything....

We shone the light on the wall of rocks and saw the gems. I touched it and immediately I retreated my finger. "Guys, those gems contain a powerful energy!" I yelled.

They nodded and we began to pick our special gloves.

We picked the most we could get and went back.

After getting our reward I immediately went back. Trip was nice, losing a key, not so.

I looked everywhere where I last walked. Nope, I asked other people, went into magic stores. Everything! Only to get nothing.

I saw the team behind me, searching for it too. After an hour I sighed and sat on a bench in the park. I felt like crying. This is not the time to lose not only a friend, but also such a valuable key. If the one who has him knows anything about celestial magic, we're dead. They could open the gate by forced.

It didn't happen often, but the serious experienced could manage to do it.

Happy flew to me. "Want some fish, Lushie?"

I shook my head, eyes softening at his effort to comfort me.

Suddenly I realized something and scowled at my ignorance.

"Open! Gate of the goat, Capricorn." He appeared in front of me, looking serious like always.

"Is Natsu in the celestial world?" I asked, if he isn't, that means someone summoned him.

He went to mind-link someone in the celestial world and after awhile he shook his head. "I believe someone saw him the last time was two hours ago."

I cursed in my mind. "Guys! Someone stole it!"

Their faces paled.

The person has the strongest fire spirit in his possession...

"Let's go back to the guildhall and inform everyone." Erza's voice broke my thoughts. We nodded and went to the guild.

We were there and explained everything. It was chaos here. Master soon stepped forwards. "Do you know who could have stolen it?" I asked him.

He was thinking and shook his head.

I let my head fall and went to the counter. I asked Mira to make me a strawberry smoothie.

I can't give up. Natsu's key can be everywhere. And if it means that someone managed to summon him... I may never find him back again.

I went to my appartement, being tired after the job and searching for him. I clenched my hands so hard it pained me a bit. I bit my lip as a tear fell.

How careless could I be?

I decided I would look further tomorrow. Tomorrow it will be Sunday...

I drifted to sleep slowly.

My eyes shot open the moment I heard a loud bang. I looked at the clock and it said 4:00 am. Erza bursted through the door.

"Wake up, Lucy! Someone attacked our city!"

With those two sentences I was wide away. Our team was already in my room.

Nobody can lay a hand on this city. Not while Fairy Tail protects it. I put on an oversized shirt and some pants.

Without further ado whe went running through the city. I looked in horror at the sight. People were screaming and buildings were on fire.

Fire?

FIRE!!!

There is a possibility Natsu is the cause of this, but why?

Immediately we began to search for wounded people. "Gray, Juvia, try to put the fire out." I commanded, half if Fairy Tail was here.

They nodded, and ran to the biggest part of the fire. "Back them up!" Erza yelled

You never know if there is an enemy waiting for them.

I saw a puddle, she would be mad, but I don't have any other plan now. "Open! Gate of the water bearer, Aquarius!"

She looked at me with her glare. She leaned close to my face. "What did I tell you about summoning me in a puddle?!! Huh?!"

I paled like always. "Not now, please."

She sighed and put out the fire around us. We already found some people who were severly injured. Suddenly, there stood a man in front of us. With us I mean Wendy, Erza and me. The rest split up.

And he had a wicked look on his face. Meaning he was the one behind this.

"Who are you?" Erza demanded.

The man chuckled, "Your greatest nightmare..." pause for dramatic effect, I think.

"Kidding. That line is so cliché." He said, chuckling at himself.

"I am the one behind this," he said darkly. Wow, not even denying it.

That was all it took for Wendy to roar at him. We stood in a fighting stance, ready for him.

When the wind cleared up, he was unscratched. "Aquarius!" I yelled and Aquarius came from behind him and tried punching him.

But what happened next shocked me.

He blocked her attack and said a spell. In the next second her gate closed. Fuck he's trouble.

I glared at him.

He smiled evilly at me. "Aren't you going to help the people in this city?" he asked.

We all were confused, the fire already was blown out.

Too soon...

Explotions came again and fire started surrounding areas again. Erza immediately ran swiftly to him. And damn, she was fast.

She swung her sword at him, but all she hit was air. I saw him swiftly moving too. He was a runner. Erza looked slowly around her and concentrated.

She swung her sword at her right, and she almost hit him.

"Dark Lightning!" he barked and a laser directed itself at Erza. We were watching, knowing we only would be an obstacle to her.

Erza jumped back and dodged it. The man stopped running and appeared in front of her. Both staring at each other, trying to intimidate one another.

Erza put her sword in a move for her. "Go! I got this!"

We nodded and advanced to the explotions.

We went into a building, in search for people. We saw an old couple.

"Go, we are here to save you," I spoke calmly and helped them out of the building. We put every civillian into a safe building.

Gray and Juvia came back, looking very wounded. I had my eyes wide, I know for sure they wouldn't give up that easily.

They fell on the ground. "Gray! Juvia!" I screamed and immediately came to their side.

They were barely conscious. Wendy tried to heal them, it only worked partly. "Are you okay? What happened?"

"Enemy... attack... fire," Juvia breathed out. I saw in the distance other members injured.

What happened?

Who the fuck was so strong to do this kind of damage to them?

Wendy and I looked at each other. We couldn't help but feel slightly scared. It was night, buildings in fire and members injured. "Eyes open, Lucy-san," Wendy warned, being on guard.

I nodded and we stood up. We brought Gray and Juvia to the side and looked around us.

We saw Erza coming back. She had some scratches. "Did you win?" I asked.

She shook her head. "The man ran away."

She said and then looked at the side, seeing the injured members. "Who did this?"

We shook our head, meaning we didn't know. It was still night, and the fire was out.

Suddenly there was an explosion right behind our backs.

We fell to the ground and looked behind us,

My eyes widened from the sight,

It was terrifying,

It was Natsu, I know he was it.

He had horns, wings, a tail, scales... he looked more than dangerous. But his eyes... they were purple.

"N-Natsu-san?" Wendy stuttered.

He had a smirk on his face.

"Well, well, well, look what we've got here."
