~Elizabeth's Pov~ 

King was able to push me and Elaine to the ground, getting hit by both Gilthunder and Hendrickson. Elaine and I both shouting his name in fear as he fell to the ground. He was bleeding out badly. "It seems the Fairy King was the first to reach the castle" Hendrickson spoke as Elaine had tears rushing down her face. Gilthunder looked at Gulia and Jericho who had dealt with roots that Elaine had summoned. I got push myself to stand on my feet. Hendrickson turning around to look at me.

"Get to him, Elaine" I spoke moving forward as Hendrickson only started laughing. Everyone's eyes on me. Hendrickson calmed himself down asking what I was able to do. He was mocking the fact I was so weak. I wasn't sure on what I was doing. I was following a feeling I had. I stopped once I was in front of Hendrickson. "Show this Kingdom what you really are" I answered as Hendrickson pulled the pendant out of his pocket. The same one that he used before. I just somehow knew what I had to do.

"How do you plan on that? Everyone knows you are a monster" Hendrickson asked as the pendant started to glow. I stepped back hugging myself in pain. Elaine shouted my name worried as I stood standing. Hendrickson laughed once more as soon I coughed up blood. "STOP IT!" Elaine shouted as green vines came from the ground, heading toward Hendrickson. Sadly the three Holy Knights stopped the vines before they could hit their target before rushing at Elaine. I soon was breathing heavy, closing my eyes.

"MELIODAS" I shouted getting everyone to freeze up. That was when I felt a burst of wind in front of me. I fell forwards into someone's arms. My eyes opened as I saw Meliodas looking at me worried. "I knew...you would come" I whispered as he smiled slightly picking me up in a princess hold. The three Holy Knights in front of us were looking our way. Elaine moved past them to King. "Do you think we would let you get away, Meliodas?" Gilthunder asked the pain in my chest was getting worse.

"No, but you three threatened Elaine. Ban's girlfriend" Meliodas then spoke as Ban showed up in front of us attacking the three knights. Gilthunder being the only one able to block the sudden attack. "Elizabeth, please hang in there" Meliodas soon whispered to me as in seconds the other Sins showed up around us. Merlin reminded Meliodas we needed to find the druid that placed the insurance spell on me before we would be able to leave. "Hendrickson" I soon heard Margaret and Veronica as we all turned to see the two walking over.

Gowther asked for what they meant. "Hendrickson was the one to plant a spell inside of Elizabeth" Margaret answered as I hugged myself tighter. The pain getting worse as Meliodas and Merlin both nearly shouted my name worried. Margaret and Veronica ran over. I heard Gilthunder shout Margaret's name worried. "All Holy Knights are heading this way Captain. We don't have much time" Escanor spoke as I saw Elaine helping King get on his feet. He was awake smiling toward her.

I was glad. He was alright. "Captain you stay with Elizabeth. I can collect the blood then return to transport us someplace safe" Merlin soon spoke as I noticed Meliodas was looking at her with a thankful look. Escanor agreed to be by Merlin's side while they get the blood. The others were soon telling Meliodas to take me to the Boar Hat. He soon listened moving fast, jumping from the roofs of buildings to stay away from the knights below. With how fast Meliodas was running, it wasn't long for us to be back inside the tavern. 

Meliodas walked to my bedroom. "I shouldn't of let you stay in that town for that long" he was mumbling as I saw he was blaming himself. My body moved on its own. My hand moving up going onto his cheek making him look toward me. Pure worry and guilt in his eyes. I only smiled toward him. "I...had...fun" I whispered between deep breaths as he only smiled slightly helping me sit on the bed. Meliodas was in front of me, begging for me to stay awake until Merlin returned. He was worried about me.

Then again when I thought about it, he was my husband. Elaine and Merlin both said it. I knew they wouldn't lie about it. "Meliodas" I whispered getting him to look toward me. I didn't want him blaming himself for this. I understood what that did to someone. Always blaming yourself for these type of things. Because of that, I got used, I lost my memories and now am under this spell of pure pain. "What was our wedding like?" I asked able to say a full sentence. Meliodas was in utter shock from the question as he smiled toward me.

His eyes watered as he put his forehead on mine. Some of the worry and guilt started to fade but not fully. "Y-you know about us being married?" he asked as I nodded in answer. He only smiled more putting his forehead on mine. He soon chuckled slightly closing his eyes. Some reason the pain in my chest was starting to die down. I was wondering if it was Merlin. "You know. I remember the first words you said when I finally found you again" Meliodas spoke as I looked at him slightly confused. 

"I don't have a wish.....I don't have the right to wish for anything" he soon spoke reminding me of when he got me out of that tower. How he finally found me again. Meliodas pulled his head back taking my hands. He opened his eyes smiling fully toward me. "I do hope, you won't ever think that way again Elizabeth. You have every right to wish for anything and as your husband, I will grant it" Meliodas spoke as my own smile grew. I saw the worry and guilt finally fade as Meliodas kissed my forehead. 

"So I ask you this. What is your new wish, Elizabeth?" he soon asked afterwards. My wish? What I really wanted to wish for...I wasn't sure for a second but it wasn't long until I knew my answer.
