Neil was totally broken, he was weak physically and mentally by passing each and every second, he held avni's hand and cried continuesly, others family members didnt have any way to convince him, they didnt expect this react from neil bcz when they married not he was in love even like bt seeing their tillu like their heart also breaking, ali know if he now told that his bhabhi is no more then he will get a hard slap still he moved to neil and keep his hand on his shoulder

Neil come back when doctor said she breathed again, his happiness was no limited bt again doctor mention a word "coma" once again his heart stopped for a while bt seeing neela ma he get some courge and went, he completely believed in his and her love, he went with a determinate anyhow he will get her back.

Neil- jaan how long will you sleep, i know its very short spam bt it is becoming very difficult to stay without your talk and (smile) your iritate session plz woke up na, i cant handle this any more plz avni
