She ran from there . She went to her flat and entered her room and closed the door . And began to cry .

After sometime she heard a knock followed by a voice

" Pragya ..... are you ok?"

Pragya by sobbing says " I'm ok bulbul . Please leave me alone for sometimes "

Bulbul took a deep breath and went from there.bulbul is her best buddy , she is married to her love , Purab Khanna .

She spent the whole day in that room crying and remembering about Abhii.

Pragya came out of the room very next day only to find Purab was in the living room reading the newspaper.

" good morning Purab "

" good morning "

" where is bulbul Purab khanna?"

" you can guess ?"

" kitchen? "

He nodded. She left for the kitchen .

" good morning bulbul"

" Good morning , you wake up. Here is the coffee you will feel better "

"Thanks bulbul....... oops sorry for saying thank you "

Bulbul shook her head .Pragya took a sip .

" Pragya .."

" ha..."

" .......it's been six years ...."

Pragya 's face changed . She knew what Bulbul was going to say .

" no bulbul ... not today "

" then when Pragya ...when ? . How long are you going to live in the past ? ...ha ?"

Pragya reminds quit .

" speak up, how long ?..... Look, Pragya, it's been six years and you have a future . Why don't you think about your future ?. Move on ....Pragya .... move on "

" I'm trying but...." she wiped her tears .

" but what ? I am seeing you from the past five years . You are still the same . You know what it's hurting us .....it hurts us ..your unexpected crying for the whole day . And destroying your life .... we can't see that .... why don't you think of being in a relationship ..."

" Bulbul" Purab called her name .

" No Purab , I am not going to stop . Look at her ... do you ever see happiness in her eyes .She is faking...."
Bulbul sat on the chair depressed .
Pragya came to her.

" I am sorry, Bulbul . I am really trying to forget h.....him ...but...( she wiped her tears ) ....all that time i realised that how much i loved him that it became impossible for me ....."

She started to cry . Bulbul became panicked . Purab looked at Bulbul at 'why did you say that ' look.

" Pragya , don't cry. Please... i'm sorry ...i just "

"Drink this Pragya " Purab gave a glass of water and Pragya drank it.

" I can understand . My life is hurting you. Because of the love you have towards me , you said that. But trust me, bulbul ...I'm trying it ...."

" ok ..ok..ok ..no more discussion about this topic and bulbul where is breakfast ? I'm hungry . "

" wait a moment "

As usual Pragya went to the office . She wished others and gave a smile to others . But no one can identify that her smile is fake . That time her eyes met with Prem. She remembers yesterday's incident . Her smile changed . She turned and began to leave from there .

" mam , ..stop"

Pragya stopped her walk and turned towards him. She dont know what she will answer if he asks about yesterday's hug .

"Shall we talk there?" Prem said by pointing towards a corner.

Pragya became more nervous just nodded her head .They went to the corner.

" that...." Pragya began to say something but stopped by Prem's gesture to stop by showing his palm.

" I know you are about to talk about yesterday's matter.....I can understand why you hugged me that time . You were panicked and you would have probably imagined any other person there. So don't feel guilty about that matter and feel free to talk to me "
Pragya sighed .

" thanks abh.... Prem, thank you so much . I was really feeling guilt For yesterday's matter and you made me comfortable ...thanks "

Pragya began to leave .

" shall i ask you something ?"

" oh , sure "

"Can we be friends ?"

Pragya was shocked . She look at his eyes. There she can see a hope of her acceptance . She doesn't want to hurt a person who made her comfortable from an awkward situation. So she just nodded her head in acceptance with a smile.

Their friendship began to grow stronger. They were good friends . But Pragya didn't share with him about her past . She doesn't want to make others hurt by saying her bitter past .

After some months .

" Have you seen Prem anywhere?" Pragya   asked riya.

" no,what happened ?"

" He said he wanted to say an important thing . But where is he? I'm searching him for past 15 minute " 

Meanwhile

" Are you sure Purab ?" Prem asked purab through his phone 

" I am damn sure Prem. You have to propose her and that too today "

" I'm afraid, Purab . What will I do if she rejects me? I can bear that but if she avoid me completely then"

" nothing will happen like that ok "

" but Purab ,"

" no but Prem, you have to " 

" she is coming bye "

Prem Cut the call. 

" where are you ? I'm searching for you from the past 15 minute "

" that .. I got an important job" he lied .

" Are you free now ?"

" ya of course "

" you said you want to say something important "

" Ya.....that .... shall we go for an drive ..its personal"

" Wait i will be back "

" Where are we going ?" Pragya  asked Prem. It's been a long time since they were travelling and Prem Didn't say anything. He said he will say the important thing when they reach the correct destination. 

He stopped at a hotel which is not roofed and at each dining table a big umbrella , which helps protect the customer from the sun . And which is near a lake. We can enjoy the beautiful scene by standing near the lake .

"We can have something here" 

" Its beautiful " 

They went there and ate some light meals . Prem Asked her to go enjoy the beautiful scene and he will come back in a few minutes.

She went there and looked at the wide lake . ' it's beautiful ' she thought . 

He came back with a bouquet. And fell to his knees and raised his head and looked towards him and said " will you marry me ?" 

Pragya  was totally shocked she never expected this . She stepped back. He became confused and stood by his leg . She gave a tight slap. 

" I didn't expect this from you..." 

It was the only word she said to him and then she left from there in a taxi . Prem followed her by his car cursing purab and his stupid discussion to propose her. He tried to call her but all the Time she cut the call . 

Prem Called several times but she didn't, then a call came from him after a pause of sometime . She became angry and took that call.

" What do you....."

" Sorry , I don't know who you are . The person who is the owner of this phone met with an accident "

" What ? Where is he now ? Is he ok " 

" We are shifting him to city hospital " 

" Thanks i ' m coming " 

She went to the city hospital .It was a major accident when a truck hit his car but luckily he is alive . 

Doctor said he will gain consciousness but does not know when . So someone has to be beside him . 

When they were best friends he said that he was living here alone and his family was in his hometown. She didn't know about his family so she thought about being beside him until he got conscious and his family member came .

It's been one month since Prem Was unconscious. Pragya   was working on her laptop . She felt a strong gaze . She just looked at Prem only to find him open and smiling .

" You gain consciousness . I will inform the doctor " she said with no emotion.

Doctor came and checked him then left. 

" I ' m sorry "

She didn't reply .

" At that time .... I'm sorry, please forgive me . I made a big mistake . And you can understand if another person in that place also does what I did ..." 

" What ? Have you heard of any one who proposed to his best friend ?" 

"Propose what you are saying . I meant I distrust you so I'm..." 

" Distrust me.....when?.... Wait, who are you ? Your name "
