Janet Rivera's POV

I vomitted the content she made me eat making her get annoyed and slap me across my face. I flinched as she tried to make me eat the vomit. I tried to push her away while she beat me up one more time.

"Fucking hell you are getting on my nerves! Eat shit for all I care." She stood up and went out of the room, slamming the door and locking it. I tried to stand up and walk towards the little sink and drank some water to get the dirty taste out of my mouth. The floor was cold and it made me shiver while the little window in the room brought the cold wind gushing in. I could finally drink some water, I didn't even have have one sip for the last 24 hours or more, I have no idea and I was on the peak of losing my life.

This place is disgusting and horrific, I cannot seem to keep myself up. I want to live, for him atleast but its hard. I keep losing myself again and again, she made me eat so that I could live and be punished for being born. As soon as I am about give up, I think about 'us' together, around little kids in the backyard of our house, laughing. A tear slipped out of my eyes as I laid on the dirty bed and covered myself with the thin, smelly cloth over my naked and cold body. I wish that vision could be real.

I closed my eyes to dream about him, atleast escape this horrid place for now. Sleeping was hard but I was finally able to fall in deep slumber. A few moments later, I heard her footsteps and then the jiggling of the keys. My body tensed as I tried to hide myself inside the cloth from this ugly and harsh truth. I didn't dare opening my eyes as I was still tired and weak

I heard some whispering but my body was too tired to even know what they were saying. I felt someone touching me, a feminine touch but I had no energy to even open my eyes. I was already half asleep, as I had no memory of what happened.

My eyes opened to find a lady watching me with her big doe eyes. She then whispered something to Seirra as I tried to cover myself.

"I need to go. I am done here." Seirra nodded her head and took out a handfull of cash handing it over to the woman. She turned to face me one last time but quickly averted her eyes and walked out of the room. I just kept my eyes on the door as Seirra stood infront of me with that grim smile.

"Well I guess, one bastard wasn't enough. You have another one hidden." I narrowed my eyebrows at her as she shook her head while chuckling.

"Oh don't give me that look, it's not like you don't know that you are pregnant." My eyes widened as I gulped and scooted away from her, wrapping my arms around my belly. If I would have known there is a child in me, I would have never ever went through that kitchen door, I would have done anything to keep it safe! How naive was I, to not know that I was pregnant? It's all my fault that I got my child into this. She or he would never be able to survive from this, after getting so much beaten up. I have no clue if the little child is alright.

My heart raced as she took a step towards me but stopped and laughed like a maniac walking towards the door making me sign in relief.

"Lets kill it another time. For now you can have a few moments with it." She slammed and the locked the door as I curled up on the bed and cried for Nathan and the child. I want to live for this child, be there for it. I want to go back to Nathan and enjoy my life with my family.

Nathan Rivera's POV

"We have been searching for 2 days now, I don't see that bitch!! Are you guys even helping me with this??" I yelled at Drake as I was getting annoyed by every second. I threw the lamp that was situated on the table and started pacing the room. My hands were shaking as I got a hold of the cigarette and lighter, I lit it and took a long puff feeling my insides get warmer.

"Hey man, calm down. The place we are looking at is deserted. And its really weird but we found a gas station that is abandoned, my boys looked at it but couldn't find anything. They are still sear-" At that same moment his phone rang, he picked it up as the other person spoke to him about something making his lips turn into a smirk. I stared at him in confusion and he cut the call and turned around to face me.

"Let's go save your princess."

"We have a bomb planted on the door, it will easily open up and then we go in straight. There is only one way in and out. I have no idea how many men she has but one thing for sure is that we need to spill blood. Here." He handed me one of his pistols as I held it in my hand tightly. He patted my shoulder and told all of them the plan. Sean was also here with some of his men, they followed Drake's every order.

I looked at the gun in my hands and took a deep breath. I was scared. Not for my self but for her. Two days alone with that bitch, I wouldn't be able to see even a scratch on her. All the pain, she pulled on her will not go away easily, she will suffer for it. That's the main reason I want her alive.

"Lets go everyone get on your spots." We moved away from the little trap door that was locked amd made of steal. We had to break the lock to go in, as it was locked from the inside. The bomb exploded making a loud echoing sound as all of us moved in together. Two at a time, since we don't want to lose any men.

"Bloody bitch, this place is horrific." The place was a mess as we all moved in, dusty and had a rotten smell. Calculating our moves and getting ready to shot anyone who comes in our way, we stepped in. But there was no one at all. Not a single soul, I almost looked every corner of this small basement. There were 3 rooms and I searched them all. I finally found another door and my heart started beating hard as I turned the broken door knob.

Janet Rivera's POV

I was laying on the bed as no sleep came to me, my stomach kept growling and I knew the baby inside me wanted something to eat. But I had nothing to give to it. She walked into the room and took a handful of my hair, dragging me on the floor.

I did only one thing, wrapped my arms around my stomach, I don't want anything to happen to my baby. I won't be able to handle myself if I lost this child. Her kicks stopped mid air as we heard a loud bang. I turned to face the door, as that woman quickly got a hold of me.

"Get up bitch, we need to leave." She hastily pushed a table in the room and soon enough a hole in the ground appeared. She made me stand up and pushed me down as she came following. There were stairs and I could see the sunlight at the end of the stairs, that shone bright from the window in the door. She took out the knife she had and placed it over my throat and she made me walk infront of her.

I was scared for my child's life and Nathan's. In the back of my mind I knew it was Nathan but what if he got hurt. I can't bear to see him hurt, I tried to move out of her hold as I heard footsteps following us and I deliberately went slow. I was almost naked as only a small piece of cloth was wrapped around my shoulders while covered full of dirt for anyone to see and I never felt this much humiliated in my life. We heard people behind us and just as she was about to open the door. We heard a shot.

"Don't you fucking leave! I won't hesitate to shot you." It was Drake and beside him stood Nathan, his eyes taking in my body. He pulled his pistol up and was about to shoot her but stopped when my aunt pressed the knife in my throat.

"She will be good as dead if you dare move." She yelled as she tried to take a few steps back making me stumble.

"Leave her now or else it will be worse for you." Nathan hissed as he took a step forward making my eyes widened. Tears sprung out my eyes as he kept his eyes on me.

"Give me my daughter." Dad spoke as well as her grip loosened on me. She was breathing heavily while trying to form words.

"W-what are you doing here Sean?" She asked him as all father did was glare at her.

"I thought I could trust you, in my downfall I always trusted you but you were the one causing it. Seirra give me Janet and lets start all over again." My father eyes were begging as he tried to take a step only for her to step back. The door was right behind us but I know she won't be able to make before they shoot her. I was staring at Nathan the whole time and couldn't help but thank whoever is up there for sending him to me. I didn't think I could survive anymore.

"I-I gave you everything Sean and you still choose that low life. I could have given you a good future. Me and you only. B-but you choose her!!" She yelled and pressed the blade onto my skin making it bleed. Nathan growled as I closed my eyes for a brief time and stared over at Nathan once more. He had a dark and murderous look in his face and I knew he would blow up any second.

"Listen to me Sierra, give Janet to us and we will let you go." I saw the way Nathan's jaw clenched at that. Would my Father really not do anything to my aunt after what she has done to me?

"I want all of you to drop your guns first." Sean nodded his head at everyone as the guns fell to the ground one by one except for Nathan's. He had it pointed straight at Sierra's head while he glared at her.

"Nathan drop it." My father ordered him as Nathan after a while dropped it and step forward to take a hold of me when the door behind me was opened and we all walked out.

"I don't trust any of you. I need to go as away from you all. And then only will I leave Janet." I heard Nathan grunted as my father nodding his head. She started walking away from all of them, we were almost out of sight when she threw me onto the ground and ran away at that same moment. Nathan picked his gun up and fired at my aunt. She screamed but didn't stop.

"After her!" Drake yelled. Some of the men ran after her while I couldn't stop the tears flowing out of my eyes. Nathan draped his jacket over me and wrapped his arms around me. I hugged him back and cried on his shoulder. He picked me up bridal style and quickly walked away from everyone. He exchanged a few words with Drake but I couldn't hear any. He laid me inside the cars backseat and kissed my forehead. He said something once again, I couldn't comprehend what he was saying. There were black dots appearing in front of my eyes and soon enough everything went pitch black.
