Ahira's pov.

"All the best students!" Said Mrs. Stella.

Exam! This makes me wonder, why even on earth that thing exists?

Sucking in a deep breath, I exited the class. I was supposed to meet ayesha near the cafeteria. She is doing a BBA in finance while I am doing the same economics.

"So? How is Mrs stella? " She smirked. I rolled my eyes at her and entered the cafeteria ignoring her smirk.

She was initially into economics, but then changed her mind and swapped with finance, and me being interested in economics was bound to hear the boring lecture delivered by Mrs. Stella.

"Are you going to Mumbai? "

"I don't know, hopefully after exams I guess. " I said, sipping my cold coffee.

"Hm.. I was thinking I'll go now? You know I can search for some jobs here in Pune after exams, ''she said.

"As you wish" I said and she nodded.

Studying without someone beside you, just so they can distract you is so boring.

Ayesha left for Mumbai two days ago and here I am sulking with these damn big books all alone.

Getting up from the not so comfy hostel bed, I got changed into black jeggings and paired it with black and white checkered kurti. I tied my hijab and secured it with some bobby pins. Taking my study materials, I packed it in my college bag.

Locking the room, I walked towards the library which was fifteen minutes away from the hostel.

I know for a fact that I am going to read some random novels and not the lessons. But procrastinating is necessary!!

Trees were dancing to the tune of cool breeze while I murmured the song that was playing in my Earphones.

Soon I reached the library and, like a good girl, revised some of my chapters and then read a book, Wish i could tell you by durjoy datta.

The boring study holidays rolled by soon and exams started, Ayesha came back a day before exams and today is our second last paper.

Closing the book, I glanced at the clock, 2am it says.

"I am so sleepy," I said, stretching my tired body.

"I am sleepy too,but i have to finish this topic" She yawned.

"Ok,then i am sleeping" I said and switched off my study lamp and headed to bed.

"What the fuck is this!?? " I whispered to Ayesha who was seated behind me in the exam hall.

"How would i know? This is unfair!! Everything is out of syllabi" She groaned.

"Silence" Our supervisor glared at us.

I sighed and started writing anything and everything that i remembered.

"God!! I'm going to kill whoever made the papers " Ayesha cried out.

"Chuck it, we can do good next semester," I said.

She hummed and we headed to our hostel room.

"No Ahaan bhai, I can't," I said, adjusting my phone between my ear and shoulder.

"But what's the need to work? When can I afford you anything and everything? " He whined again, making me laugh.

"Come on, me working in some company is your problem now? " I asked.

"Not at all, you are not coming to visit me and instead of that you are going to search for a job for yourself" He whined, and i had to stop myself from laughing at his voice.

"Come on! We can meet after 6months! Why are you crying like a child? " I teased him.

"My sister doesn't even care about me, " He muttered, and the next thing I heard was a call going off.

Dragging my suitcase I exited the railway station and stood at a corner waiting for my cab. Soon my phone rang and an unknown number flashed.

"Ma'am, I am waiting at the main entrance," A masculine voice said.

"Yeah sure" I said acknowledging him as the cab driver.

I dragged the heavy suitcase and reached the main entrance, showing my OTP to the driver. I got in the cab and dialed Ayesha informing her about my arrival.

"Ok, come soon" She said and I smiled though she couldn't see me.

"Of course I'll be back soon" I said and bid bye.

Soon I got to the apartment and entered using the spare keys that I always have. I know for a fact that ahaan is going to return late as he doesn't know my arrival.

After getting fresh up and changing I took some rest.

It was 8pm by the time I woke up. Deciding to prepare some dinner, i made some simple jeera rice and dal, upon finding paneer in the fridge i made paneer crispy. Maria aunty leaves by afternoon as ahaan always has dinner in the office or to be precise he never has dinner most of the time.

I was flipping through some channels when I heard the door open. Switching off the Tv and lights, I hid behind the curtains.

He entered and switched on the lights and headed towards the kitchen. Slowly I tiptoed to the kitchen and stopped behind him as he opened the bowls and I could sense him frown.

"Bhooo" I whispered in his ears, the spoon fell down and he shouted.

"What the hell! " He shouted, tearing my eardrums.

"Shut up brother! "

"Behen Aaaaaaaa!" He shouted, attacking me with his bear hug!

"You want to kill me? " I choked!

"Sorry" he said grinning at me sheepishly.

"You made all this? " He asked and I nodded!

"I'm hungry" He said. Nodding at him, I set the dining table and in the meantime he went to change.

"Now we will talk and talk and talk! " He said, ruffling my hair.

"Bhai! My hair. " I whined and laughed, making me glare at him.

I missed our silly fights and talks a lot!

"How's your study going on? " He asked himself.

"Fine i guess" I replied nonchalantly.

"Let's play some video games? " I said jumping out of the seat.

"Sure but first have food" He said. We continued our dinner talking about anything and everything.

"This is cheating!! " I shouted as he won the game again.

"What! Haar gayi toh cheating? " He laughed.

"I'm not playing with you! I'm going to sleep" I got up and went to my room, shutting the door at his face.

Now that I'm here! I feel at home
