Chapter 6 - The Party III

"I am Aaron."

"You can't be him." I said as the pain in my throat got worse.

"Why don't you believe me? Oh, right, You're not my Y/N." He leaned in towards my face with eyes I could not describe.

"I am Y/N."

"Then.." He tilted his head so his neck was more accessible. "..Here," He smirked. I knew what he was doing. I know his plan. He was trying to see if I would bite him. ....But I can't control myself....

I looked at his neck, "..Mmmm~" I could tell I licked my lips.

"I'm letting you have some, so then I can get my Y/N back," He smiled slightly before leaning his neck closer to me.

'No... I don't wanna hurt you..'

He then gave me a smile that told me that it was okay.

Next thing I knew, I was drinking his blood. 'I'm so sorry..'

I pulled away from him and wiped my mouth. I looked at what I did, and sighed. "I'm sorry.. I didn't want to do that.." I mumbled.

"Y/N!" Aaron smiled happily and hugged me. He was killing me slowly by how tight the hug was, and it was getting tighter. "O-Oh! Sorry!" He apologized and pulled away.

"..Is it really true..?" I muttered as I stared at the floor with tears about to fall.

"..Is what true?" He asked.

"I.. I haven't seen you in so long.. I thought you left m-me," I started crying as I fell to the floor on my knees. I covered my face with my hands as tears slipped down my cheeks to floor and my shirt.

"..Y/N.." Aaron crouched down and hugged me once again. But this time it was a warm and soothing hug. "..I would never leave you.. But, I had no choice.." He whispered. I felt hot tears hit my shoulder and soak my shirt. I looked up to find that Aaron was crying.

"A-Aaron.. I'm sorry—"

"No, no, it's fine.. It's just.. I missed you," He said and wiped his eyes, trying to stop crying.

"..I missed you, too," I whispered and hugged him. "Never, Ever leave me again.. Alright?"

"I would never leave you again," He smiled and pulled me closer.

I sat on his lap, my back against his chest, and his arms wrapped around my waist. "..Aaron?" I asked.

"Yeah?" He smiled.

"..C-Can we.."

"Yes," He read my mind and kissed me on the lips. In that moment, I could feel all his emotions being put into that kiss. It was passionate and loving. He deepened the kiss and tried to pull me closer, even though I was as close as I could possibly get. I tangled my hands in his hair. Oh how much I missed doing this.

"U-Uhhh.. Y/N?" I heard a female voice say.

'Oh Irene, Kayla's up,' I immediately pulled away from the kiss and scooted as far away from Aaron as I could. "Y-Yes, Kayla?" I asked nervously.

She grinned, "Why is there a boy in our room?"

"B-Boy? What boy?" I laughed nervously and pretended that Aaron wasn't here.

"Him," She pointed at Aaron with a grin. "Why is such a hottie like him, in our room, kissing you?"

"K-K-Kissing?" I stammered. Kayla never seen me with any guys, nor did she ever see me kiss any.

"Uh, yeah, you were kissing him just a minute ago! Stop trying to hide it," She giggled.

'Oh Irene... Did I ever tell Kayla that I had a boyfriend...? Well- he was gone.. Hmm..' I glanced at the blushing and very confused Aaron. "..Um.. Should we tell her..?" I whispered.

"Mmm.. I dunno.. Will she freak?" He asked.

"Okay, wait, are you talking about us dating, or us being vampires?"  I whispered with a confused look.

"Uh... Both..?" He smiled.

"Ahem, Hello?" Kayla said sarcastically.

"Kayla, we have something to tell you," Aaron and I said in unison.

Kayla's look became of one that showed she was confused but also excited. 'I don't know what's going on inside her head, but it better be something that's not weird...' I thought to myself.

"Kayla," I paused and looked at Aaron. He nodded and smiled, telling me it was okay to tell her the truth. "..Let's hope she doesn't freak.." I mumbled to myself and looked back at Kayla, "Kayla, We um... We.. This is Aaron," I pointed to him, then started to speak again. "..We are.. We are dating," I said and waited for her to squeal.

"OH MY IRENE!!! WHAT!? I CANT BELIEVE IT! YOU HAVE A BOYFRIEND? FOR HOW LONG?!" She fangirled and squirmed around on her bed because she was happy and excited.

"..But," I started again. Kayla heard me speak so she looked back at me. "..We are... We are not normal, Kayla.." I muttered with fear. I was scared that she would freak out and be scared of me.

"Not normal? What do you mean by that?" She questioned.

"Have you ever noticed something? That when I smile, my teeth are sharper then others would normally be," I said as I smiled to show her. She didn't understand, she looked at me but didn't seem to see any difference. I sighed, knowing what I had to do, I opened my mouth and made my fangs drop, showing Kayla who I really was.

"F-F-Fangs..?" She stammered, but didn't move nor show she was that scared.

"Yes, Kayla, if you haven't already noticed.. I– We are vampires," I scooted back over to Aaron, he wrapped his arm around me and smiled.

"..V-Vampires? Is this some sort of joke? A dream? I swear Y/N, If you're pranking me—"

"She's not." Aaron appeared in front of Kayla, scaring her.

"O-O-Okay! I get it, I get it! Vampires.. Okay.. Then why haven't you- ya' know, umm.." Kayla was hesitating to say what she wanted to say. But I already knew what she was talking about. Why haven't I sucked her blood? There's her question.

"..Eww, Kayla, no! I would never! That's just... No." I crossed my arms and looked away.

"So... My bloods not good? That's mean," She pouted and crossed her arms, too.

"No, no! It's not that! Okay, truthfully, I was gonna- Um.. Suck your blood, But I tried to stop myself.." I told her as I felt bad for nearly hurting my roommate earlier.

"Oh.. I get it now! Don't worry, I'm not afraid of you two. I mean- like, why the heck would I be afraid of friends?" She smiled and hugged me. She didn't hesitate, she just came down off her bed and hugged me tightly, telling me that it was all okay.

"There. That clears things up," Aaron chuckled lightly, then realized the time. "S-Sorry Y/N, Kayla, I gotta run. See ya," He then ran out the door, leaving Kayla and me with confused faces on.

Kayla pulled away from the hug, "Ooookayyy.. Well, We are still roommates, Friends! Hehe!" Kayla giggled and smiled at me.

"..I'm glad we still are,"
