"Dude I'm so sorry." Naruto struggled to say. I sighed casually and stuffed my hands in my pockets.

"Naruto." I say calmly but he just kept rambling.

"Oh God, I messed up now she's gonna hate us."

"Naruto." I say again. Still, nothing he continued to ramble.

I went to open my mouth again but Naruto was hit in the back of the head by Shikamaru. He stopped and eyed Shika something terrible.

"Naruto." I say gaining his attention. "You didn't lose the ring."

"I-I didnt?" He questions. "But I swear-"

"Itachi has the real set." I sigh.

Naruto's eyes grew wide. "S-So you KNEW I'd lose the rings?!"

"I'm not saying I knew." I say. "What I'm saying is you can be a bit irresponsible."

Naruto nodded understandingly.

"Are you nervous?" Sai asked from the couch. He was definately still hung over from last nights activities.

Naruto, being my best man, threw a bachelor party without my knowledge we are totally underage to be drinking but that didn't stop my brother from buying liquor. *inserts troublesome sigh here*

I came come from an exhausting day at the police academy. Yeah, I applied. Anyway, when I turned the lights on, i was greeted by a midget stripper named LowPhat. She twerked on my shin as the guys found it completely hilarious and recorded the whole fiasco. I felt violated. Very violated.

The night continued on and we got shit faced drunk. Seriously. I facetimed Sakura for phonesex. With the guys passed out drunk and littering my bed room. Choji actually got lucky! He screwed some stripper; with a condom of course. She's a beautiful girl with chocolate skin and red hair. I found them on the floor in the living room.

To say the least, although I didn't want it, I enjoyed myself. Those guys are really good friends. And now their my hungover groomsmen.

"Sai do you have to be so loud?" Neji asked as he casually brushed his hair into a sleek ponytail.

"Dude, he literally whispered that." Choji snorts.

"He whispers too loud." Neji sighs.

I blinked and rubbed my temples.

"Guys please be awake for my wedding okay?"

"Ooou groomzilla." Itachi smirked and crossed his arms over his chest.

"Shut up." I breathe out desperately. "I just don't want anything crazy to happen. It's been a crazy enough year already. Let's not forget this wedding almost didn't happen."

"Well who's fault was it that?" Sai crossed his arms.

"Shut. Up." I say eyeing him. So what it was almost my fault that Sakura called off the wedding. We got into a really big argument because I didn't want to go with her to eat cake all day. I hate sweets. I don't care for them. So why would I spend my day eating fucking cake? I saw no point in it. I told her bring someone like Hinata or Ino maybe; but as stubborn as she is, she through a completely big fit and called off the wedding because I wouldn't go cake testing. She was such a bridezilla through this whole process. She called off the wedding at least twice. She wouldn't even talk to me. I had to get Itachi to convincer to talk to me again. Yes, it was that bad. To make it this far now was a complete miracle. I believe that if something happened today that wasn't up to Sakura, she'd call everything off. I'm stressed just thinking about this. She's so lucky I love her I swear. Otherwise, I wouldn't even put up with the shit she's put me through this past year.

"Well I was just saying Sasuke." Sai's eyes twinkled like the little asshole he is.

"Whatever."

"I'm gonna do something productive with my life," Itachi says as he stands from the couch. "Like go check on the girls. I'm positive something interesting is happening on their side." With that he walked out of the room. I rubbed my temples once more.

"You know, if you're not ready you can always call off the wedding yourself." Shisui says. I looked over at him.

"I never said I wasn't ready." I tell him. "I'm just tired of all the stress that came with it."

"understandable." Shisui nodded. "Well look, everything is gonna be fine. You finally get to marry your highschool sweetheart and get the happiness you've always wanted." Shisui patted my shoulder before exiting after Itachi. I took in a deep breath. Thirty Minutes..... thirty minutes and I'll be able to call Sakura Haruno, Sakura Uchiha; my wife.

Itachi casually strolled through the hallway heading to the girl's side of the chapel to see how everything is progressing over there. He saw Ino heading in the opposite direction looking completely distressed.

"Hey, why the long face?" Itachi smirks. "Mad you couldn't be flower girl?"

Ino poked her lip out and avoided Itachi's gaze. He knew then something was wrong.

"What's wrong?" He asked stepping towards her. They both looked around seeing if anybody was listening.

"Have you seen Sakura?" Ino asked.

"Sh-she's not with you?" Itachi responed with wide eyes. He felt his heart drop into his stomach. No...

"No! I've been looking all over for her!" Ino harshly whispers before smiling at a few people who entered the chapel and headed to the seats.

Itachi felt his heart drop even lower than his stomach. "Damnit. I'll look for her." He took off in a different direction.

Sakura, where are you?

"Babe where are you running off to?" Shisui asks. Itachi grabs him by the wrist and pulls him along; away from the others guys who left Sasuke in his changing room alone.

"We can't find Sakura." He whispers.

"WHAT?!" Shisui yells causing Itachi to slap his hand over his mouth and shush him.

"Do you want Sasuke to go crazy?!" He harshly whispers. "We have to find her by any means."

Shisui nodded quickly and the two seperated.

Sakura sat in her wedding dress on the grass looking out at the swans that swam in the large lake behind the wedding chapel. She took in a deep breath.

"What am I doing?" She says to herself. "I-I can't marry him."

She throws a rock into the lake as a tear slides down her cheek.

We've been through so much as it is up untill this point. I can't keep doing this to us. I'm not fit to be his wife. I'm not fit to be anyone's wife. Im a slut. A whore. I don't deserve Sasuke's heart at all. I should just give up right now..

Sakura stood and began walking into the water. Her dress became wet but she didn't care. She knew she couldn't swim. But she walked into the water anyway. She missed her step and slipped, falling into the water with a giant splash, causing the swans to hurry away. Sakura fought against the water, not knowing that if she relaxed, she'd float to the top.

She cant hold her breath for long. She gasped consuming water. Her eyes shot open and all she saw above her was water...

Sweat dripping from Itachi's brow she looked everywhere in a panic.

"What's wrong?" A hand on his shoulder startled him. He turned to face Caleigh( Cali ) she smiled worriedly at him. Caleigh was Itachi's best friend since highschool, whom Sasuke had a crush on since the moment she used to come around their home. She had a darker complexion, like chocolate that honestly looked almost golden. A true Ebony goddess; in Itachi's mind, Kauri didn't compare to Caleigh. Her curly lion's mane always drew Itachi to it. He loved her hair the most because when she straightened it, she looked like a completely different person. Her almond shaped grey eyes and ruby red lips. She was Itachi's best friend honestly. Who helped him cope with his sexuality. Caleigh was amazing.

"Caleigh!" Itachi grabbed her by the shoulders and slightly shook her. Her eyes widened as she stood there startled. "We can't find the bride!"

"Did you look outside by the lake?" Caleigh asked. "That's the last I saw her about fifteen minutes ago."

Itachi grabbed Caleigh's hand and drug her down the hall to the back of the chapel.

"Tachi hold on a second I'm wearing six inch heels!" Caleigh grunted trying to keep up with Itachi.

"We can't." Itachi breaths as they reach the door. "I have a bad feeling ri-" Itachi stopped abruptly making Caleigh crash into his back.

"Ow." She held her nose. Looking over Itachi's shoulder she froze.

"Bubbles.." Itachi let go of Caleigh's hand and removed his shoes and tux jacket. He ran for the lake and ran into the water to pull Sakura out. She was unconscious. Caleigh ran to their aid and performed CPR. Soon Shisui and the others quickly arrived.

"What happend?!" Sasuke yelled in a panic. He tried to go to Sakura's aid but Naruto stopped him.

"Sasuke calm down please." Naruto says worriedly.

"How the fuck can I calm down and my wife isn't fucking breathing Naruto?!" Sasuke pointed to Caleigh still performing CPR on Sakura as Shisui called for the paramedics.

"Sasuke please." Itachi grabbed his baby brother by the shoulders to give him direct eye contact. "We need you calm, everything is gonna be fine."

"It better be Itachi I swear to God." Sasuke says on the verge of a mental breakdown. "I'm about to go fucking crazy do you understand that?"

"Yes Sasuke but please, we need you the calmest. If you're calm, everyone else will follow." Naruto says.

The paramedics arrived as soon as Caleigh got Sakura to cough up the water. She turned Sakura on her side so she can fully get the water out her lungs and not choke on it.

"We'll handle the guest." Shikamaru says. "You guys go to the hospital and we'll meet you there."

"Thank you." Sasuke says before taking off with the others.

A Mercedes sat in front of the chapel with the words "just married" and "The Uchihas" written on the back window. Itachi, Shisui Naruto Sasuke and Caleigh got in. Itachi started the car and sped all the way to the hospital.

"W-was it a suicide attempt?" Sasuke says lowly in the passanger seat.

"Of course not sweetie she loves you." Caleigh says leaning forward from the backseat and and touching his hair. "She's gonna be fine."

"Th-thank you for giving her CPR Caleigh." Sasuke says looking down at his hands. A soft smile came on her face.

"Please don't thank me." Caleigh says. "I did what any human would do."

"Still, thank you."

They arrived at the hospital and walked right up to the front desk.

"We're here with the patient who came in from drowning." Itachi says. "Sakura Haruno."

The elder nurse looked through her computer. "She's just been checked in. Please wait in the waiting room and the doctor will be with you shortly."

Itachi nodded and turned to the others. Sasuke paced back and forth once in the waitinf room.

"Why?" He kept asking himself. "Did I not make her happy? Wh-Was she not ready? Did I move too fast-"

"Sasuke." Itachi calls him.

"But she could've just told me that." Sasuke keeps rambling. "I would've understood."

"Sasuke." Itachi calls him again.

"She called off the wedding so many times I should've understood. I-"

And embraced stopped Sasuke from both rambling and pacing. He looked back seeing Caleigh.

"Listen to me Sasuke." She says softly. "Sakura is okay. She loves you. This is new to her so yes, she was scared. But that doesn't mean she was trying to kill herself. When the doctor say it's okay to see her, go in there and talk to her. Don't just assume it was suicide. It was probably an accident. It was pretty muddy close to the water and she probably slipped. Give your girl the benefit of the doubt okay?" Caleigh smiled reassuringly before kissing Sasuke's cheek. "Calm down. Everything is fine."

They all waited patiently until the doctor gave them the okay to see Sakura. They all agreed to let Sasuke go alone and then see her after. Sasuke walked into Sakura's room. She looked down at her hands. Her hair was a mess, makeup smeared. She felt horrible.

"Thank God you're okay." Sasuke says immediately hugging the life out of Sakura. But he got no reaction. He pulled back and looked at her. She couldn't bring herself to look at him though. Not after what she did.

"Were-were you trying to kill yourself Sakura?" Sasuke asked looking down at the ground.

"Y-yes." She looks down. "But I didnt think the lake was that deep."

Sasuke ran his hands over his face.

"Why?" He asked. "Why would you do that?"

"B-because I don't deserve you."

Sasuke scoffed. "Sakura who told you that?"

She looked away. "N-nobody."

"You're lying."

Sakura took in a breath. "Sasuke-"

"WHO. Told you, Sakura?" Sasuke's eyes narrowed.

"M-my dad." She looks down. "He told me I didn't deserve you because I was a slut. He said that you're only marrying me out of pity. And I already put you through alot with all the calling the wedding off and everything so-"

"Shut up." Sasuke grits.

Sakura looks at him.

"Just. Shut up." He says again. "Sakura I fucking love you okay? I don't care how many times you called off the wedding I'd never leave you. You're not a slut; you're a rape victim." Then it clicked. "When you told me you were going to get shoes, you went to visit him in the prison didn't you?"

Sakura's head dropped. Sauske sighed.

"Baby." Sasuke sat on the hospital bed and faced Sakura. He grabbed her face and turned it towards him. "You're not a slut, or a whore. You're the woman I fell in love with. The woman I wanna spend the rest of my life with. I'd do anthing for you Sakura. I'd kill for you." A spark of bloodlust twinkled in Sasuke's eyes. "Your father has no right to talk to you like that and I hope you never go see him in prison again."

"I-I just wanted closure." She whispers. "I wanted to forgive him so I can move on with my life." Tears flowed from her eyes. "I didn't want that on my soul any longer. I had to fogive him in order to move on. I forgave him; but everything he said still hurts me."

Sasuke shook his head and held Sakura close to him.

"I'm sorry." She whispered as she cried. "I ruined everything."

"No, you have everybody worried about you."

"Oh my baby!" Mrs. Haruno's voice startled the two as she hugged both Sakura and Sasuke. She looked at Sakura. "Honey what happend?!"

"I-I was trying to feed the swans before the wedding, and I slipped and fell in the water. I didn't think it was that deep. Im sorry." Sakura lied. She nor Sasuke had the heart to tell her that her now ex-husband put things in her head.

"Thank goodness you're okay." Her mother hugs her again.

"We'll have to postpone the wedding." Itachi says walking into the room. He placed a hand on top of Sakura's head and smiled warmly. "You gave us quite the scare young lady."

"I'm sorry."

"Don't apologize, as long as you're okay that's enough for all of us."

"You owe me a date Sakura." Naruto says. "Or money or something. Keeping your husband sane is the most tiring thing in the world!"

Sakura giggled. "I'm sorry Naruto."

Sasuke leaned off the bed and Sakura watched as he pulled a girl towards them. She smiled nervously.

"Sakura, this is Caleigh; the woman who saved your life with CPR."

Sakura looked up at the woman in awe. She was beautiful.

"Oh Sasuke stop it." Caleigh waved him off and leaned in to hug Sakura.

"I'm sorry for putting you through that hassle." Sakura says.

"It was no hassle at all love." Caleigh says. "Anybody who loves Sasuke as much as you do deserves this man. Besides, anybody would've done what I did. Not for Sasuke, but for you to actually live. You deserve it."

"You're such a beautiful soul." Itachi hugs Caleigh. "My best friend."

Caleigh smiled. "As a token of my gratitude for you living, I'll design your dress and make it for you."

Sakura's eyes widened. "You'd do that for me?"

"Of course." Caleigh smiled. "But promise me you're going to make my Sasu-Kins the happiest man alive when you marry him."

Sakura smiled. "I promise."

"Sasukins?" Sai snickered.

"Shut up."
