"Sakura, I love you."

I took in a sharp breath. He stared me in the eyes as the words left his mouth. I sat there frozen, not knowing what to do or say. He chewed on his lip and finally tore his gaze from me to look down at the table that separated us.

"I love you since the moment I laid eyes on you." He continues not looking up at me. His arms began to shake as they helpped support him from falling over the table. His hair fell in front of his face. "That's why I avoided you. I stayed away from you because everyone I loved left me and I didn't want you to do that too. But, you did." His voice trails off as he looked up at me. His eyes darted towards Bryan who wasnt too happy about this.

"You know I'm sitting right here right?" Bryan finally says. "Sakura is my girlfriend."

Sasuke smirked at him. "She doesn't even like you." He says. "She's only with you to stay away from me."

My eyes widened as Bryan shot up from his seat. He grabbed Sasuke by his collar and jerked him forward.

"You wanna say that again?" Bryan grits.

"She. Doesn't. Even. Like. You." Sasuke says slowly. "She. Is. Only. With. You. To. Stay. Away. From. Me." He then blinked and removed Bryan's hands from his collar. "You don't intimidate me at all."

"Guys-"

"Stay out of this Sakura." Bryan says staring at Sasuke.

"Well I was talking to her so.." Sasuke shrugged his shoulders waiting for Bryan to say anything else. His eyes then found me. "Sakura, this is my last time. If you're absolutely sure that you do not feel the same way I do. Say it now and I'll leave you alone."

What?

"Tell him Sakura." Bryan looked down at me. I looked around the table for help but all I saw was Naruto, Ino, and Hinata on the edge of their seats. Ino nodded my way letting me know that whatever decision I made they would support me.

I looked down at my hands as I tried to rack my brain and collect my thoughts. Do I love Sasuke? Of course I do. Over the course of time my feelings for him did start to develope. Do I care about Bryan? I care about his feelings and I don't want to hurt him because I want Sasuke. What should I do?

I looked up noticing that Bryan moved from next to me and was face to face; toe to toe with Sasuke. Bryan was obviously taller than Sasuke, but Sasuke was not intimidated at all. He stared Bryan down as if he was his height. I trembled. I stood from my seat and walked over in between the two. I pushed them apart.

"Please don't fight." I say. "Not over me."

"It's not over you Sakura." Bryan says. His eyes never leaving Sasuke. "It's the principal of him thinking he can take you from me by confessing in front of everyone."

"Think?" Sasuke smirked. "I wouldn't have done it if I wasn't sure about her feelings."

Bryan frowned. "You're a cocky little bastard."

Sasuke stuck his hands in his pockets. "Thank you."

"Guys dont do this." I tell them. 

"Sakura, tell this jerk how you feel." Bryan says. "Tell him the truth."

"I-I cant do that." I tell him.

"Why not? He deserved to know!" Bryan looked down at me and I stared at my shoes. I couldn't.

"Tell him Sakura." Bryan urges. "Tell him that you think he's a jerk ."

I inhaled. I turned to look at Sasuke who's hands where still in his pockets. He looked down at me and smirked.

"Sasuke," I start. "I think you're a jerk. You're a major pain in my ass. You insult me and you pull my hair every chance you get."

His eyes softened as he looked at me.

I looked down knowing where this was going. She was going to reject me in front of everybody.

"But, I love you." My head shot up and I looked at her as tears rolled down her cheeks. I stepped closer to her and went to wipe them away but that asshole Bryan slapped my hand away from her.

"Stay away from her." He says. He grabbs her shoulders and turn her towards him. "Sakura what are you saying?"

"I'm sorry Bryan." She cries. "I love him."

"I told you." Sasuke says. "I wouldn't have said anything if I wasnt sure."

"SHUT UP!" He yelled at me causing Sakura to jump. Before I knew it, he was in my face again. Naruto intervened this time,

"Bryan dude." He says. "Im not gonna let you fight him."

"You're just trying to save your friend." Bryan spat looking at me with the intent to kill in his eyes.

"Let him go Naruto." I tell him. "If he's serious he'll come after me. Or he could just overpower you. Considering he's not proves he's not gonna-"

Before the words could leave my mouth, Bryan swung at me. I ducked and next thing I knew the both of us were fighting.

Naruto and the others separated us. I pulled away from Naruto and Shikamaru before scanning the surroundings for Sakura. She wasnt here.

"I'm going to look for Sakura." I tell them pulling away from them.

"Like hell you are!" Bryan yelled at me. I gave him the death stare.

Before I knew it Bryan was flat on his back with my foot on his throat. He gagged for air.

"You're lucky I don't kill you where you lay." I tell him as I looked down at his terrified form. He trembled under my shoe. I bent down and pressed my foot harder on his windpipe.

"Stay away from us. All of us." I say. "Sakura is mine. She was mine when she first got here and she was mine when you thought she was yours. Is that understood?"

He glared at me. I pressed my foot on his throat some more. He gagged and coughed.

"Sasuke you're gonna kill him!" Naruto yelled pulling me by my torn uniform shirt.

"Am I?" I smirked and looked down at the terrified being before me. "Then he should know I'm a man of my word." 

"Sasuke its done." Ino's voice sounded next to me. "Go check on Sakura."

Sakura. Soon as the words left her mouth an image of my pink haired love crying flashed through my head. I quickly took my foot off Bryan's throat and kicked him in his ribs.

"I better not even see you breathing the same air as her." I tell him before walking away in search of her.

"Hey Sasu." Aiko smiled. Her smiles faded when she seen my torn up uniform with Bryan's blood decorated all over it. "What happened?!"

"Where's Sakura?" I ask ignoring her. "Have you seen her?"

"She was headed up to the roof wh-"

I didnt stay to talk. I quickly headed for the roof. I found her. Going up the stairs.

"Sakura!" I called her name making her freeze. She turned to me and my heart shattered watching the tears cascade down her cheeks. I quickly ran up the rest of the steps to her. She pressed her back up against the wall and stared at me.

"Why?" She asked. "Why did you do that?"

"Because I wanted you to know I love you." I tell her. "I cant stand to see you with him knowing how bad I'm yearning for you. Sakura I love you."

She blinked away tears. "Sasuke.."

"Tell me you love me." I place both my hands on the wall above her head.

"Sasuke."

"Say it." I lowered my head to avoid looking at her. I stared at te ground waiting for her. "Don't tell me all of that was in vain."

"I-I love you." She says. "I'm sorry I put you through this."

I look up at her. "You're mine Saukra." I tell her. "And I'll defend and protect what's mine to the end. I'll love you forever do you understand that?"

She nodded slowly. I wiped her tears away and stepped closer to her.

"I love you." I tell her.

"I love you too, Sasuke."
