Chapter Twelve

Rose's POV

I walked inside to find Lily sitting on the couch.

L-"Rose where have you been, you've been gone for three hours!?"

"I went to a movie with Daniel."

L-"Why didn't you call?"

"Lily,... I was sorta on a date..."

L-"With Christian brother?"

"Yes...."

Lily smiled.

L-"Rose you have a boyfriend." She said has she hugged me.

"I guess I do." I thought.

L-"So my little sister is dating my boyfriend's younger brother." Lily said, before hugging me and going to bed.

The next day, I woke up for school and Lily was making breakfast for us. I didn't really know what to say since she found out the me and Daniel went on a date last night.
I ate breakfast and got ready for school before Daniel picked me up.

"Bye Lily, see you after school."

L-"Bye." She said as we walked out the door.

We walked to school and ran into my
" friend " Zoe (Evelyn's little sister and my cousin, she was kinda nice to me but she's also a gossip like her sister.)

Z-"Hey Rose."

"Hi Zoe."

Zoe looked down and saw me and Daniel holding hands and I quickly let go.
She acted like she didn't see us but I knew she did.
She walked with us the rest of the way to school before we went to class.(we all had the same first class) we all got in your seats Daniel sat next to me and Zoe sat behind me.
Class was pretty boring but in the middle of it Daniel passed me a note underneath my desk.

D-"Do you wanna go on another date after school?"

I wrote on the note.

"Yes, but I have to till Lily where I'm going, she found out we're dating."

I passed the note back.
I was too busy trying to pay attention in class that I didn't notice Zoe looking over my shoulder and reading the note every time it got back to me.
The rest of the day was pretty boring except for lunch.
Me and Daniel talked about are date, he said he would pick me up for dinner at 6:00.
before Zoe came and sat down next to me (After hearing everything we said)

Z-"what are you two talking about?" (even though she already knew)

"Nothing."

We talked until lunch was over and went back to class.
The rest of the day was the same as before. Boring when school ended I walked home with Lily and told her that I had another date tonight.
