The group chat #dontbedepressohaveanespresso is a real chat I have made, however it will not be for those with Mental illnesses alone. Anyone may be able to join as long as they have Kik Messenger with the public group chats update. You will have to state the name you wish to be called, preferred pronouns, and age upon entering as well as sending a live picture to the owner or one of the admins for verification. Once you are verified we will send the rules meaning you are a member of the group chat.

This book will be updated as each chapter is completed, I will try to update once a week or every two weeks. I know this is a bit rude, but try not to be forceful with the comments, I really want this book to go for a long time because it is a key element to the "Help" series.
