After Y/N and Loona returned home, Blitzø discreetly walked to the kitchen and pretended that he just got out of the kitchen.

Blitzø: N/N! Loonie! You're back!

Y/N: Yep. In the flesh.

Blitzø: So, how was the date?

Loona: Worth remembering, Dad. It was worth remembering.

Blitzø: *smiles* I'm glad to hear that, honey. And N/N? Thank you. For making my daughter happy.

Y/N: No problem.

Blitzø smiled and hugged Loona. She was surprised at first, but to Y/N's and Blitzø's surprise, Loona didn't recoil or anything. Instead, she wrapped her arms around Blitzø and hugged him back.

After a while, Y/N and Loona were in Loona's bedroom, getting freshened up for bed tonight.

Loona: N/N, I gotta say... Tonight was eventful. Thanks.

Y/N: No problem, Loonie.

Loona: ... What are you doing?

Y/N: Um... J-Just putting in the finishing touches.

Loona: Finishing touches? On what? *gasps*

She remembered what she read in the note in the morning about Y/N being a doctor and that gave her goosebumps as her fur stranded up and bit.

Loona: *scared* N-N/N? I-It wouldn't happen t-to be about t-the doctor thing, would it?

Y/N: Listen, Loonie, I... I don't like doing this to you, either. I know that you're afraid of needles, but... I took the liberty to look up everything I could on how to cure your syphilis and it turns out that the cure is a dose of penicillin.

Loona gasped as she looked around and hid somewhere.

Y/N: Now, I know that you're afraid, Loonie, but- ... Loona?

He turned around and realized that Loona wasn't standing behind him. He looked around a bit, but he heard whimpering under the bed and looked to see Loona, but she had a blanket covering her as she was hiding under the bed, scared.

Y/N: L-Loona?

He got underneath the bed and crawled over to Loona as she shaked in fear and looked at him.

Y/N: Honey? Hey, are you okay?

Loona couldn't bring herself to say anything and instead whimpered in fear and shake.

Y/N: L-Loonie, hey, it's okay. It's okay. I don't like doing this, either, but I don't want you to live your life being infected by your syphilis condition. Loona, it's me. Don't worry. I promise nothing bad is going to happen to you. You have my word, okay?

He extended his hand out and booped her nose and rubbed her face, which seemed to help calm her down and smile at him.

Loona: ... *nods* O-Okay...

Y/N: Okay. Now, I'm gonna help you out from under this bed and set you down gently on top of it. I'm gonna get the cure ready, okay?

Loona nodded and grabbed Y/N's hand. He slowly escorted her onto the bed and kissed her forehead before going back to work. As he did, Loona was slowly getting nervous about what was about to happen. After a while...

Y/N: Alright, Loona. I'm all set. You ready?

Loona: *nods* Y-Yeah. L-Let's just get this over with.

She gulped and clenched her fists on the bed. Y/N knew that Loona was afraid and he didn't like to do it, but he wants Loona to be happy and to do that, he needs to cure her syphilis. He grabbed the small needle and exhaled, but his breath was shaking as he went along with it. When he turned around, Loona noticed the small needle as it shined and backed away from him.

Y/N: Loona! Loona! Honey, honey! Wait! Wait, it's okay! Darling, relax. I promise you this won't hurt.

Loona: How do you know that?! N/N, it's gonna hurt like the devil!

Y/N: I know it will, but I promise you that once we get through with this, we're not doing this again, okay? This is it. Just a dose. A single dose.

Loona: *starts hyperventilating* I-I... I... I can't... I can't do it... I can't! I can't do it, N/N! I-I just can't! Get that fucking thing away from me!

Y/N: Loona! Loonie!

He grabbed Loona's head from behind and pulled her head to him as their foreheads touched each other's.

Y/N: You're gonna be fine, I promise. It's okay. Just calm down.

Nothing Y/N was saying was working on Loona as she continued to hyperventilate. Y/N tried to think of something and just as he was about to run out, one idea popped into his mind and he gasped as he thought of it.

Y/N: Loona! Loona, hey! Hey! What if I give you something to help you?

Loona: *hyperventilating* G-Give me s-something?! L-Like what?!

Y/N: Um... A song. Loonie, what if I were to sing you a song and it'll help you calm your nerves?

Loona: *hyperventilating* A s-song?!

As Loona kept going, Y/N felt his heart ache as he watches her.

Y/N: Yes, a song. Loonie, my mom sang this song to me when I was young.

Loona: *hyperventilating* Oh, great! You're gonna sing me a lullaby?! N/N, I'm not a fucking baby!

Y/N: Loonie! Do you trust me?

Loona: *hyperventilating* W-What?

Y/N: Do you trust me to help you out with this?

Loona: ... *sniffles* Y-Yes...

Y/N: Do you want this to be over?

Loona: ... *nods* Yes...

Y/N: Then, you gotta believe in me to take the wheel and help you because if we don't do this, you could get sick from this. Maybe. I-I don't know, but Loonie, I promise that after this, that's it! No more.

Loona: P-Promise?

Y/N: Just a single dose of this and that's it. I promise.

Loona: ... Okay. Sing me a song.

Y/N: Okay.

He cleared his throat and looked at Loona in the eyes as he started singing softly.

Loona gasped as Y/N continued singing.

It was working. Loona's nerves were starting to calm down as she continued to hear Y/N sing and stare at him in the eyes.

Loona was breathing slowly and gently as tears leaked from her eyes over how calm and soothing the song was and how Y/N was singing.

Soon, Loona's nerves were finally calm and still and all she could do is cry softly.

Y/N finished his song and watched as Loona cried. They then leaned in to kiss and embraced each other.

Loona: *sniffles & wipes tears away* T-Thank you, N/N. Seriously. Thank you.

Y/N: No problem. And viola!

He then showed Loona the empty canister in the needle and Loona realized that Y/N was able to inject the penicillin into her bloodstream and now, her syphilis was slowly being cured to the point she feels better than she did before. She felt her fur and face and panted as she gasped and cried in tears of joy.

Loona: I'm cured. I-I'm cured! Y/N, I'm cured! I'm finally cured!

She started laughing and cheering as she lied on her back and Y/N couldn't help but laugh along with her.

Loona: You actually cured me, N/N! And... I-I didn't even feel a thing! Not even a prick! I-I don't know how!

Y/N: Loonie, you alright?

Loona: I'm more than alright! I'm... I feel like... I can do anything! It's like I'm weightless! I can't believe it! You see this, Lucifer?! That's what happens when you mess with me! Don't mess with my N/N!

Y/N: Okay, cool it there, tiger! No need to go overboard.

Loona laughed again and when she calmed down, she sniffled and wiped her joyful tears away.

Loona: *crying happily* Thank you, N/N. I don't know how you did it, but is there anything you can't do? You know what? Don't answer that. I-I just can't thank you enough! You're the best boyfriend I've ever had!

She then hugged Y/N and Y/N was surprised.

Y/N: L-Loonie?

Loona cuddled with Y/N as she pressed her head against Y/N's chest and continued crying, but she was smiling softly.

Loona: *crying happily* Thank you, darling. Thank you. I love you so fucking much!

Y/N: ... *smiles & hugs back* You're welcome, honey.

After they hugged, Loona left the room to tell Blitzø what happened and Y/N couldn't help but smile as he was proud of how he was able to handle that. He looked up to the sky and held his hand over his heart.
