Teddy's POV

Not long after everyone left it was just myself, Paul, John and Hilly. John's mum was in the kitchen and his step sisters were up in bed, I wasn't sure if he was staying here or going back to Mimi but regardless I would have to be gone at 12 and not later.

Hilly stayed away from us, like she was the whole night. I wasn't good with making people feel better, I wanted to make Hilly happy but I know I would just make it worse.

"I don't understand politics" Paul shook his head

"It's all about yelling at people then winning something that half the world could care less about" I smiled

"They're just egocentric" John said rolling his eyes

"Who would want to be in politics?" Paul asked

"People how want power" I shrugged

"The ones who snort it like cocaine" John chuckled as I hit him on the arm

"And that's why I'll never understand politics" Paul sighed

I looked over at Hilly who was starring off into the distance, it was probably best she was with John. I had to talk to him first. So I grabbed him by the arm and led him outside.

"You got some grip on you" He said tugging his hand away

"Listen, I need your help" I assured

"With what?" He asked rubbing his wrist

"Hilly, I need you to convince her that me joining a band is a good thing, she doesn't want to loose me I know that because I'm what keeps her under wraps, so I need you to become one of those people too" I explained

"I thought I was" John said

"I can't speak for her" I shrugged

"What happens if this band does take off, will you leave her behind?" John asked

"I don't know it all depends, what about you?" I sighed

"I'm not sure" John shrugged

"John she can't loose everyone, but hey there's no guarantee we will be famous" I said almost half heartedly

"We just have to help her" John said

"The best we can" I added
