Backstory:
You are one of Hell's most powerful Overlords. It is unknown how you died, or why you ended up in Hell (will be revealed later) as you are incredibly secretive about your past, but the moment you arrived you were already amongst one of the strongest Sinners, strong enough to kill an Executioner and powerful enough to take their Halo without it killing you.

Normally any Sinner that tries to claim a Halo would immediately be overcome with holy energy and be disintegrated on the spot, but not you for some reason.

You with your Halo:

Because of this Halo, a lot of the rules of Hell do not apply to you. Sinners are usually immortal and cannot be killed unless one uses Holy weapons, but thanks to that Halo you are one of the few beings able to kill other sinners.

The only others that can naturally kill other sinners with no weapons are Lucifer who is a Fallen Angel, and Charlie who is the daughter of Lucifer and thus has a bit of angel in her too.

You are feared and respected by nearly all of Hell's inhabitants and even managed to quickly make your way into Lucifer's inner circle.

You are Hell's largest weapon distributor, selling Sinners or other Overlords Holy weapons that you claimed after killing Executioners.

Personality:
You are extremely cold and merciless, willing to do anything to accomplish your goals, kill anyone you consider an enemy and show no weakness.

You and Alastor the Radio Demon are constantly at odds with one another due to your conflicting views.

Alastor believes one should always smile in the face of their enemies and those who aren't smiling he considers weak.

You however never smile and always keep that angry glare to intimidate those below you, you keep your emotions hidden so that no one can read you.

You have no tolerance for failure and aren't afraid to get your hands dirty if the need arises.

You also tend to abuse those under you, if you get frustrated, you rarely do however, but on the rare chance your patience reaches it's limit you'll take out that frustration on some poor unfortunate minion.

You aren't a complete monster however as there are lines even you won't cross.

You won't ever rape anyone, that's low even for you, or use anyone sexually and this also puts you at odds with Valentino for obvious reasons.

You also despise those who perform unnecessary acts of cruelty, for you there should always be some reason for any destruction or cruelty, even if it's something small like frustration or teaching someone a lesson. Cruelty or destruction for pleasure alone you find unacceptable.

Your Powers and Abilities:
Being a powerful Overlord made of pure black fire makes you Invincible to almost any form of attack. It takes extremely powerful magic only beings like the seven Princes of Hell or EXTREMELY powerful Overlords can muster up to even hurt you.

You can also teleport by dispersing your flames and reforming them.

Another ability you use often is the ability to summon multiple weapons at will but the weapons need to be simple for you to do this, like swords knives, simple guns, spears. Any complex weaponry like Mini-Guns and Holy weapons can't be summoned at will.

Though you do have your own special sword made out of your own concentrated flame similar to a lightsaber,since that weapon is made of your own flame it can kill sinners as well.

You're also very skilled at close combat and that accompanied by your above average strength, agility and invulnerability to normal attacks makes you a terrifying opponent.

Even from afar you're dangerous as you've shown to be an excellent marksman and proficient with firearms.
