I woke up to someone behind me

"gninroM?" I say as I look behind me to see techno

"How's your shoulder" he asked tilting my head back forward

"I can lift it up" I say as I lift my shoulder up

"Good,don't move" he said

"Ok.." I stay still as he reaches over and lowers my arm- he told me not to move so I just...kept my arm up

"Don't freak out, trust me" he says

"I do trust you?" I say as I felt my hair behind tugged then what sounded like paper ripping

My hair fell as I sat up and looked at techno

"I'm just taking off the burned parts I promise" he said as I looked at my hair to see an uneven part

"I trusted you not to cut my hair" I say

"I know, turn back around so I can even it out" he said holding a pair of scissors

"No I would rather it be uneven then cut" I say

"I cut less then an inch" he said

"I...trusted you" I said

"And you still do-" he said

"STOP. IVE BEEN THROUGH THIS BEFORE YOU CAN SAY EVERYTHING YOU THINK I AM BUT...I'm not your puppet" I say as he stands up

"Your not a puppet, your names Ash and by the tone you gave, your scared"

"STOP TELLING ME WHAT I AM" I say as tears filled my eyes

Techno walks forward and opens his arms for a hug but sees I'm not moving so tries to hug me instead

"Don't touch me" I say as I step back

"PHIL!" I yell as techno looks at me

"He's out getting food"

"Give me your ponytail"

"How about I'll cut your hair and you cut mine- I need a trim anyway" he said as I nod

"But you do mine first that way if you mess it up I can mess up your hair" I say as he nods

I sit down as he brushes out my hair and starts cutting it again

"Wait "I say as he stops

"I know I have to get it cut but... just promise me" I say

"I promise I won't cut anymore then I have to" he says as I nod and he starts cutting

"All done" he said as I pull my hair over my shoulder to see it still hanging down, just now it's not burned at the ends

"Now you get to do mine" he said as i grab the scissors and go behind him

"oN!" Phil said as he just walked in and took the scissors from my hands, leaving the door wide open

"Phil the door" techno said as he walked back and closed it

"We don't cut hair" Phil said

"I gave her permission" techno said

"You never let anyone touch your hair let alone cut it"

"Same for her yet she trusted me to cut her hair so I trust her to cut mine" techno said as Phil kneeled by me and picked up a bit of my hair and looked at it keeping the scissors in visible view in front of me

"You sure" Phil asked techno

"I'm capable of making my own decisions"techno said as Phil handed the scissors back to me

I brushed out his hair as I grab and end of a few strands and cut it

After about an hour I was finishing up on cutting it

"How does it look Phil" techno asked and Phil looked at my work

"Like a professional did it"he said and put the scissors up then looked at my lap full of pink hair

"Just stand up I'll sweep" Phil said

"dnatS" Technoblade translated for me as I stood up and brushed all the hair off of me

Phil came in and sweep all the hair and techno stood up

"Thanks kid" he said ruffling my hair

I tilt my head as he opened a nearby book

"Zo-Ned out" he said as i grab the book and point to the word 'ok' as the other side of the page translated it

He nodded as he took the book back

I rub my eye then I unwrap my shoulder

Phil stops me as I look at him

He unwraps it for me as I move my hair to the other side giving full access to wound

He opened it and throws out the bandages as he takes the scissors and starts cutting my sleeve

I back up as he urges me closer back to him

I move back closer

If techno trusted him, so did I

He cut off my sleeve

I heard multiple knocks as Phil answered it talking in human and laughing before a about human bursts in and stares at me

"Hello! Aweeee" he said as he went up to me

"So cute" he said I was a bit in shock of his piglin but smacked him

I heard phill choking- or laughing

"Owww" he said

"I'm 16 I'm not cute" I say as I realize I have to look up to him

"Ash that's Tommy, ymmoT staht Ash" he said in both English and piglin

"Hello Ash such a nice name" Tommy said as I cross my arms- it hurt but no one needs to know that

"Tommy could us some work" I say as techno chuckles

The started talking as Tommy touched technos hair

I go up to him and take his hand off of his hair

"His hair doesn't like to be touched" I said as techno ruffled my hair

"Thanks Ash" he said

"Didn't you say kid earlier?- not that it matters" I say as I look at him then looks away

"I did?" He asked

"Doesn't matter ima go read now" I say as I take off the hand on my head from techno ruffling it

I go pick up books then go up the ladder to my room

I start reading as tears slid down my face

Why does this matter so much it's just a stupid name

I wipe my tears as I pick a different book at slowly reads it

I felt more tears as I throws the book and wipes my tears

I don't want to be crying over something stupid!

"Ash!" Techno yelled from the bottom of the ladder

"What!" I yell back a small voice crack

"Are you ok?" He asked

"I'm fine" I say as he climbs up and walks in

I open a book and stare reading it

He sees the thrown book

"Why are you crying?" He asked as I threw the book at him

"I'm not!" I say as he lets the book hit him and fall, I knew it didn't hurt him

"There's tears down your face"

"It's sweat you pig" I say as I throw another book

"Your more of a pig then I am" he said as I throw another book at him

"Can you stop with the books it's going to break something" he asked

"Sure, just go away" I said as he nodded and left

I wipes my tears as I got off the bed I was sitting in and grabbed the books and brought it back

"Can I come in" tommy said standing near the ladder since there wasn't a door-

"Didn't I say go away" I say as I go back to the bed

"Yeah we'll I'm big man everyone wants me-" Tommy said

"I will start throwing books at you" I say

"Is that what the noise was-" Tommy said as I threw a book at him as it hit him, luckily they were kids books so it didn't hurt

"How..dare you" he said as he picks up the book and threw it at me

It hit my shoulder as I started crying more- just this time in pain- physically pain

"Tommy!" Phil yells as he runs down

Phil comes up and hugs me

"Philll" I say as he pick me up and rubs my back

I wrap my legs around him is he rocks on his feet

"Crying?" He said

"Did I do something wrong" I say as he waits before talking

"No, why are you crying?" He said how can he speck pigl- doesn't matter

"We'll I felt like I was doing something right and it was proven when techno said kid then it stoped and when Tommy came in i threw a book at him and he threw it back hitting my shoulder" I explained

"Ok..." he said as I pulled away from him

"Ok? Real supportive" I say as he hugs me again

"No put me down" I say as Phil puts me down

I see something an off tan in his ears

I reach up as he moves his head away

I go to the ladder and see techno sitting at the bottom talking into something

"ARE YOU GETTING HIM TO TRANSLATE EVERYTHING I SAY" I yell as Phil

If I can't trust Phil who will I trust

"Yeah.." Phil said

"Leave and when you walk back into the door don't expect me to be here" I say as he leaves

I go to the far corner and cry into my knees as I look outside and small window

"Ash we're going to go to sleep it's pretty late, goodnight" techno said as I crawl under the bed since over the bed seemed like to much work and I needed to be in the area of my bed to sleep

I literally cried myself to sleep
