*He's kinda hot tho*
The last bell had finally rung, and San let out a breath of relief. He'd been strangely tired since the scene in the bathroom, so tired in fact that he'd nearly fallen asleep several times in class. The result of using too much energy he supposed. "Dumb Earth and it's weird restrictions..." Now he could finally go home, that alone had him excited enough to rush out.
While he was packing up, San noticed several people glancing at him and whispering. He didn't care much for it until he heard the word 'demon' get tossed around. "I thought I warned them not to tell anyone!"
He marched to the back of school near the track field where he found some of the delinquents. Each of them flinched when they saw him approaching and quickly tried their best to run before San cornered one of them. "I told you not to snitch!" He shouted angrily, slamming a student against the brick wall, his words followed by a low growl. A few students were passing by and stopped to see what was happening.
"N-None of us did! Believe me!" The student pleaded. Once again, San's eyes returned to their natural colour, making the student scream in fear. "I-It was Jongho!"
"Who?"
"C-Choi Jongho! He's a freshman! He was in the bathroom! Now please let me go!" San cursed under his breath, practically throwing the student to the ground. He glanced around, finally noticing everyone gasping at the situation. Without wasting another second, he ran to the front of the school for his ride.
"San!" The demon skited to a halt and saw Wooyoung exciting the school, the boy walked over to him with a smile. San screamed, internally, and quickly snapped his contacts back.
"Wooyoung! Sorry about earlier, I had uh...to talk to the math teacher."
Wooyoung only shrugged. "It's nothing to be ashamed of, I get it."
"Why don't I make it up to you?" San suggested. Wooyoung grinned, taking a few steps towards the taller boy.
"Oh? How?"
Too close, too close! San couldn't breathe. "W-Why d-don't you c-come over!" He wasn't even sure if Wooyoung understood him, he was stuttering so much. On the contrary, he understood perfectly and grinned brightly.
"Sounds like fun! Hang on I just need to tell my mom." San nodded, spotting his father's car pull into the parking lot. He told Wooyoung to wait a moment and raced over to the vehicle.
"Filthy humans. Come on Karen! Move your disgusting blue mini van and drive! I bet your husband doesn't love you!" Seonghwa hated carpooling. He wished he could just teleport San back home, but apparently that's not normal around here. "Waste of my time, waste of my time!"
"Father," San said as he walked over to the car. "I invited a friend over."
Seonghwa raised his brow. "You want to bring a human into my house? Absolutely not."
"Please father!" San pleaded. "He's really nice!"
"I don't care. I have a strict no rat policy" As he continued to deny him, Wooyoung skipped over.
"My mom said yes! Oh, hi! You must be San's dad!" Seonghwa glared at the boy, immediately making him falter to San's side. With Wooyoung's arm brushing against his, San started to blush and when Seonghwa saw this he couldn't help but roll his eyes.
"Get in the car you two." He growled. San cheered and opened the door for his friend, ushering him in.
"Thank you father." San said telepathically. As a demon of chaos and the mind, it was one of his abilities along with a host of others. Including mind reading, manipulation and flight. Anything to help create chaos, which he thrived on.
"Why do you look so tired?" Asked Seonghwa. San's silence told him that he'd most likely done something wrong. "You used too much energy, didn't you? We told you that you're not supposed to use your powers in school. When you get home, drink a cup of coffee. Don't let your Dad know, okay?"
San didn't respond, talking to Wooyoung instead, but Seonghwa knew he heard. He sighed as San cut off their mind link and simply focused on driving home.
------------------------------
Wooyoung marveled at the size of San's grand house and the rich neighbourhood he lived in. He wasn't sure what he was expecting, but it definitely wasn't this. The moment they pulled into the driveway, Wooyoung blinked, and Seonghwa was gone from his sight.
"Where'd he-"
"Come on! I'll show you inside!" San grabbed Wooyoung's hand and brought the blonde to the front door.
Seonghwa stormed past them with a bucket and sponge, mumbling something about how he needed to disinfect the car. Neither of the teens paid him any mind however, both instead heading straight for San's bedroom. "Make yourself at home," said San. "I just need to say hi to someone first." Wooyoung nodded, telling him he'd just set up in the meantime.
San floated to the living room. He could smell the lit ashes of a fireplace and assumed his other father was there. Sure enough, that's exactly where he was. Well, he was sitting in the fireplace. "Hey Dad," San greeted casually.
Hongjoong opened his eyes, they were blazing with their natural red color. "Hi Sannie," he replied, ignoring the fact that he was quite literally on fire.
"Cold?"
Hongjoong nodded. "Just a bit," the demon chuckled. "Where's your father?"
"Probably disinfecting everything Wooyoung touches." At that, Hongjoong raised his brow. He stepped out the fireplace and shook off all the ash and soot. Not that it bothered him anyway. He was a demon of fire and was practically immune to its effects, in fact, it recharged him. The only real downside was that he got cold very easily, even on Earth's warmest days.
"You brought a human into our house?" His sharp tone surprised San. "It's only been two days, how do you trust it enough to bring it in here?"
"Okay, first of all it's name is Wooyoung. I told you about you the other day, remember? Yeah, I know it's sudden, but we're just going to chill and do some homework."
When San mentioned Wooyoung's name, the teen could've sworn he saw his father smirk. He gave San a light pat. "Fine, just make sure he's home by four. Oh, and stay away from the basement."
San nodded, grinning brightly. He thanked his father and flew back to his room.
Wooyoung glanced around San's room. He blushed. He was in San's room. The thought almost made him giddy. He'd only known him for the boy for two days, but he was already falling. San seemed energetic and charming, with a little bit of mystery on the side. Just Wooyoung's type.
He did, however, find a few things in his room a bit strange. Like the back of his closet that had, what can only be described as, a summoning circle in the works; a poster with some sort of odd calligraphy on it, and a picture of the devil on his desk. Wooyoung just brushed it off though.
Maybe San's into satanic rituals, so what? It wasn't a turn off, a bit concerning sure, but nothing that couldn't be ignored. There was also a cute dog plushie, which, in Wooyoung's mind, immediately cancelled everything else out.
"I'm back!" San came in with two cups of coffee and a plate of wafers.
Wooyoung thanked him as San handed him the red mug. "What should we start with?"
San groaned, perching himself on the edge of his bed. "Nothing," he whined. "I've done way too much thinking today, we can do work later." Wooyoung giggled at his childish attitude but nodded nonetheless.
"Let's talk about you instead!"
"M-Me!?" Wooyoung stuttered.
"Mhm! I want to get to know you better! My dad seems to like you...for some reason. I want to know what has him so interested in you."
Wooyoung looked at him in disbelief. "What do you mean he likes me? He glared at me!" San seemed momentarily confused before quickly realising his mistake.
"Oh! My bad! I mean my other dad. Sorry for the confusion." He chuckled.
"So...you have two dads?"
"Yeah, is that going to be a problem?" San's switch in tone was sudden and jarring, causing Wooyoung to look quite frightened. However the demon wasn't going to soften till he got an answer he wanted to hear.
"No of course not!" The blonde exclaimed. "I'm just surprised, that's all." He looked away suddenly. "I don't even have one dad. You're lucky you've got two..." he admitted.
"Oh, Wooyoung, sorry-"
"No it's alright." The boy assured him quickly. He turned back to San giving him a small smile. "You wanted to know more about me, right? My dad disappeared when I was younger. Well, that's what people tell me. I'm sure he just left when I was little since I don't remember him..."
There was a look of confliction across Wooyoung's face, as if he was confused as to whether or not he should be upset. "Either way, I'm sure he's in a better place now..."
"Where? Like New York or something?" San mused as he took a sip of his coffee. "I've always wondered what it's like there."
"You're so strange," Wooyoung giggled. "But that's why I like you." Is what he would've said, had he not been hit by a sudden realisation- Wooyoung didn't even know San's sexuality. He was still wondering if there was a chance San would even be interested in him.
Yet here he was. Milky foam staining his lips with that devious grin Wooyoung found oh so attractive. Legs wide in the younger's direction like an open invitation for his lap to be sat on.
This asshole.
"A-Anyways, it's your turn! Tell me about yourself!" Wooyoung blurted out, desperately trying to distract himself from his lustrous thoughts as he sipped his drink.
San hummed. He tried his best to think of things that weren't related to his existence as a demon. He wanted to show Wooyoung all the things he could do, but didn't want to scare him away.
"Let's see, I like baking. Though according to my father, I've got a short attention span and shouldn't be within five feet of a stove." He pouted. "Um let's see...I'm gay. I don't really know if that's important, but I thought I'd just let you know."
The demon immediately blushed when Wooyoung moved closer to his side. "That's very good to know." And exactly what he wanted to hear.
Panic. San was panicking. Wooyoung must've noticed, because as a response, he moved even closer, going as far as to trail his finger down the demon's chest. "Getting bold are we?" San said lowly.
He switched from panic to confident gay very quickly. Wooyoung was slightly taken aback by it, but soon smirked. "I'd really like to get to know you." He whispered, putting emphasis on the 'you' while looking up at the older with big eyes. San shivered. Wooyoung really was both sexy and cute.
"My my, you're a little devil~"
"Mhm, and what are you going to do about it?"
"You're going to pack up your shit and get the hell out of my house." The teens jumped at the sudden entrance of Seonghwa, with Hongjoong just at the door. "Sorry kid, but the only dirty talk I want to hear is from me and my husband."
"Father!" Shouted San. Neither parents were phased by the horror on his face.
"Sorry, Wooyoung was it?" Asked Hongjoong. Wooyoung nodded, he was stiff in his place with Seonghwa towering over him irritably. "Right, unfortunately, San needs to do his homework and I don't remember seeing anatomy on his roster, so fix your pants and phone your mother."
"I-I'm sorry, I'll be leaving then..."
"I'll walk you out-"
"Sit," Seonghwa commanded. San had no choice but to oblige. He sent Wooyoung an apologetic glance before it quickly turned to him glaring daggers at his father.
This continued even after Hongjoong walked Wooyoung out.
"Why did you do that?" San finally questioned, his voice laced with irritation that, once again, had zero effect on Seonghwa.
"I should've known. That human had no intention of studying anything other than your kinks. I couldn't smell a lick of virginity on him."
"You can't smell virginity father!" Groaned San. "I am not going to end up being a seventeen-hundred year old virgin!" Hongjoong came back looking a cross between disappointed and annoyed.
"Key word being seventeen-hundred, you're only seventeen," he said matter of factly.
"Exactly," Seonghwa continued. "Furthermore, your first time shouldn't be with a human of all things."
"Seonghwa, that's not what we're-" Hongjoong was ignored. He sighed, knowing exactly where this conversation was now going.
"Out of all the creatures in this world, you choose a human? It's only day two San, there's still time to change your mind! You need to tell him you're not interested because I know for a fact that you didn't manipulate his mind to flirt with you."
San scoffed. "And what if I did, hm?"
"Then there's no consent. Don't even try that San," Hongjoong told him seriously. He knew his son wouldn't do that, but playing around with that idea had implications he wouldn't allow.
"And no, that's not what this conversation is about." The red-head hissed. Seonghwa glanced down as the younger emitted a low warning growl that quickly reigned him in.
"Listen Sannie, all we're saying is that you're too young to get into a relationship like that. You can still be friends, but it would be best to keep it platonic. You're going to end in heartbreak."
Even at this, San remained annoyed. He only sat there with a scowl on his face, ignoring any lesson they may be trying to teach him.
"Whatever. I've got homework to do, you guys are distracting me."
