*6:66 PM*

Yeosang watched the window anxiously. Yunho still hadn't returned. He was worried, scared even, of what might have happened to him. Of course, Seonghwa was the reason Yunho was even on Earth and Yeosang was well aware that they were just about equals, but after two battles in a row of being weakened and unprepared - he was afraid his hyung might be too weak to fight properly.

The clock was ticking and evening was drawing nearer. Soon this hellish experience would be over and they would all be able to rest easy once again. Until then, however, it was Yeosang's job to keep the house and everyone in it safe. The corpses of Mingi's dead neighbours rested just outside the front door and Yeosang quickly boarded every entrance and exit so that they wouldn't end up like them as well as to spare his hyung from the disturbing sight.

Wooyoung kept himself distracted by constantly pacing up and down the rooms of the house but it did him little to no good. Both humans had heavy bags under their eyes as if they had been up for weeks, it was obvious they would collapse soon from whatever stress or inner turmoil they were experiencing. Mingi especially refused to enter the living room, keeping himself locked to the kitchen counter, leaning against it drealily as his eyes flinched open every time they threatened to close.

No matter how hard Yeosang tried to get him to rest, the brunette still refused. As such, he eventually sighed in defeat, taking to checking on Wooyoung. Something he really wished he didn't have to do. "What time is it?" Asked the blonde, his legs still wobbling around the room, just barely managing to carry him at this point.

Yeosang looked up at the clock and nonchalantly responded: "Six pm."

"Be specific," Wooyoung grumbled.

The angel's wings flared irritably. "You could always read it yourself you-" Yeosang stopped himself, his eyes going wide at where the short-hand eventually stopped. "It's...Six...Six...S-Six..."

Wooyoung went silent. "You forgot the pm."

"I will stuff you in a box and ship you to Australia if you don't shut the fuck up!" Yeosang's breath hitched. 6:66 PM. It was that time of day. An odd rumble rippled through the house emitting from a few rooms down. The angel whipped his head in its direction, suddenly remembering there was one demon they had forgotten.

"What's going on?!" Wooyoung exclaimed. He and Mingi fell to the ground, but Yeosang sped over to each of them before they could reach the floor. He glared at an oncoming shadow and ran towards the door. With one kick it went flying and Yeosang threw the two humans down.

He paid them little mind while they both groaned in pain. His weapon was summoned within seconds when the roof of the house suddenly exploded upwards, far out of sight. So much for keeping the house safe.

This is it. This is my job. To kill that monster before it destroys the city.

Yeosang got himself ready. With his sword pointed towards the door, a bead of sweat ran down his cheek as he awaited his target. Yet what he had forgotten was who his target was. His breath hitched at what he saw. With dark yellow horns and glowing eyes to match, Jongho trudged out of the falling house, huffing and growling at everything around him, his teeth bared in fury.

"J-Jongho?"

The demon merely hissed. His eyes went right through him as if he were looking at a complete stranger or more likely - a target. One wrong move and Yeosang knew he could rip him in half. What was he supposed to do? He couldn't attack him. He just couldn't. Maybe he could try Yunho's method. "Jongho...let's talk about-"

The demon's foot slammed against the ground, an earthquake knocking everyone down. Yeosang just barely dodged when Jongho came flying towards him. He growled deeply. "Right, negotiation is for chumps."

Stretching out his wings, Yeosang grabbed both Mingi and Wooyoung and dashed down the streets of the neighbourhood. He could hear Jongho coming just behind him, sweat running down the angel's face in anticipation for his attack. Sure enough, it came. With one punch from behind, Yeosang's body went to the ground. The two humans tumbled out of his arms, scraping against the pavement. Yeosang winced at the harsh hit on his back and desperately tried to get his stunned wings to even flutter.

A hand gripped on the back of his neck, shoving him down. Yeosang cried in pain at the harsh hold on him as he clawed pathetically at Jongho's hand on him when he flipped him around. The demon bared his teeth at him, a low hiss emitting from his mouth.

"H-Harder Jongie~" Yeosang moaned suddenly.

Jongho's eyes went wide. The angel smirked at his confusion and took it as a chance to forcefully kick him off.

Guess those hentai's came in handy after all.

Yet again, he pulled Wooyoung and Mingi back into his arms, both of which were now trembling. Their exposure to the Blood Moon and overall fear left them weak, just barely being able to move. None of which made Yeosang's life any easier.

With that in mind, he realised he needed to get these two as far away from danger as possible. He could still hear Jongho behind him but he knew as long as kept moving he'd outlast him.

So that's exactly what Yeosang did. He kept running, took a breath, inevitably got caught and pummeled, grabbed the humans then continued fleeing. This went on for who knows how long. All Yeosang knew was that he wasn't going to last much longer with this method. He didn't want to hurt Jongho. He didn't care about Seonghwa, Hongjoong, San or anyone else - he just didn't want to see Jongho in pain.

Yet Jongho felt quite the opposite. Yeosang refused to acknowledge the glint of pure satisfaction in his eyes every time he'd strike the angel but Jongho was clearly enjoying this.

After several hours of running, Yeosang's legs finally gave out. He fell at the doors of their high school and broke down the door so Mingi and Wooyoung could run in. "Yeosang," Mingi gasped with worry. He took the exhausted angel into his arms, and though he was weak, managed to carry him into a vacant classroom.

"D-Did we lose him?" Stuttered Wooyoung. All three of them flinched when they heard the glass from outside shatter, followed by the atmosphere getting much cooler.

"No, I wouldn't say we did." Wooyoung glared towards Yeosang, just about ready to push him into the hall to get beaten outside. However, Yeosang himself was already a step ahead of him. Once he finally gathered his breath and remaining strength and slowly stumbled towards the door. "You two stay here. If things get too hectic, run to the far end of the school and hide on one of the lockers. Oh, and try not to hallucinate so much."

"Motivational speaker of the year..." Grumbled Wooyoung.

"I try." Yeosang crept out the door. His eyes shifted through the halls, glancing around for the demon in question.

He could hear rustling in the distance, his breath shuddering out as the lights flickered above. Yeosang drew his weapon and went through the steps in his head:

Find a traceable source of dark magic. Yeosang closed his eyes. He heard desperate pleas, the angry snarling of demons, and could feel nothing but darkness - traces of dark energy detected.

His eyes flew open, hearing a familiar rumble in the ground. Jongho suddenly charged at him, smashing the ground and sending Yeosang flying. He skidded back with a light grimace but continued his process.

Next step, find civilisation and detect anything strange. Done and done. Jongho continued to snarl at him, slowly inching towards the frozen angel.

Steps three: Negotiate, or kill.

Yeosang struck the ceiling above them with his sword, chunks of it falling between them to give him time to think. Jongho smashed through the rocks immediately though. He lifted them with little effort and threw everything in sight at the angel. Yeosang dodged each time yet made no advances - Still unsure of what to do.

Eventually, Yeosang pointed his sword forward, arched his wings back, and maintained harsh eye contact with Jongho. The demon cracked his neck, then at full speed, came flying towards him. Yeosang remained in place. "Archangel Taemin, I pray for thy kindness and seek your wisdom," his eyes squeezed shut just as Jongho was about to hit him. "Tell me what to do!"

"It's your choice, Yeosang." The angel's eyes snapped open, faced with a familiar figure. His mentor stopped him from bowing and cupped his face with a smile. Time had frozen around them with Jongho just a few feet above them.

"A-Archangel? Are your powers not weakened?"

"Do not worry Yeosangie, I can use my powers just as you can. Now, what seems to be the problem, my child?" Yeosang's gaze fell. His grip on his sword tightened as he clutched it close to his chest.

"I can't do it...I can't kill him." He didn't expect Taemin's eyes to turn so cold, and when Yeosang noticed, he flinched.

"And why is that?"

"I...I don't know. I just can't live with myself knowing I would be the cause of his death." He heard Taemin sigh.

"Everything has an end, Yeosang," Taemin picked up one of the bright blue flowers that appeared by his feet wherever he walked. "We live, we die, and that is the end of it. Life goes on." The flower slowly erodes in his palm, its dead colour matching a brief glint in Taemin's eye. "If you kill him, say, within a few hours or so, he will return to Hell and you shall return to Heaven to finish your training. Your mission will be complete and you will move on."

"What should I do?" The life in Taemin's eyes returned when he placed a light kiss on Yeosang's forehead and caressed his cheek.

"That's for you to decide. Though I warn you, the wrong choice will end in your demise. Choose wisely." Those were his final words before disappearing from Yeosang's vision. His eyes went wide when Jongho struck him in the face, sending him crashing into a locker. Yeosang wiped the blood from his nose with a sneer.

"Right, your life is in my hands." He lashed his sword out yet again, pointed it towards Jongho and smirked. "Alright you little demonic shit, you have two choices which I'll decide for you. I either choose to let you live, or, I kick your ass till you can't stand."

A low growl rumbled in Jongho's throat, giving Yeosang the only answer he needed. "Let's dance bitch."

------------------------------

"H-Hyung...are you okay?" Wooyoung stared at Mingi's shaking body with worry. He kept mumbling to himself with his chest pulled to his knees.

"I didn't mean it...I didn't mean it!"

"It's your fault." A voice whispered to him. Mingi could hardly blink without seeing visions of the dead, souls taunting and tormenting him, telling him that it was all his fault.

"I-It's not! I'm sorry!"

Wooyoung wished he could've done more in the way of comfort but every time he so much as blinked, his entire world would flash. Suddenly he was back at home, or that bastard club, or stuck helpless in San's arms as he took over his mind. He could hardly think without wanting to scream. Their faces were paler than snow and their eyes dark as coal. It was too agonising to even breathe without feeling like their lungs were on fire and moving felt impossible.

"You liked it, didn't you?" A vision of San taunted the poor boy as he tugged at his face. Wooyoung could only whimper, too exhausted to even shake his head. "You like being my little toy, don't you love?"

"N-N-No...No I-I hated it! Please, get off of me!" San's expression switched. He had tears in his eyes, threatening to spill at any moment, instantly making Wooyoung feel awful.

"O-Oh...But I thought...Wooyoung I'm sorry I...I didn't mean to get the wrong idea..."

"W-Wait! No!I didn't mean it like that! I-I love you!" San's grip on his face tightened and he yanked him closer.

"I know. And you're going to love me until the end of time too. Isn't that right, love?" He sat down on Wooyoung's lap, moving his face closer to the trembling boy. He rolled his hips forward, keeping the other boy's arms pinned down so that he couldn't fight back. "I knew you liked it." Wooyoung choked out a sob making San growl. His hand smacked across his face, shutting him up as he continued to use his body.

It was tormenting.

A loud crash startled the two humans, both of them flinching when Yeosang suddenly came slamming through the wall. He didn't waste a second in flying right back out only to have Jongho grab his leg and slam him into yet another room. Wooyoung and Mingi both made eye contact and realised they had to get out of there. Mingi wobbled to his feet, helping Wooyoung up as well. They rushed out, doing their best to avoid the debris in the crumbling hall, running as fast as they could towards the far end of the school, just like Yeosang instructed.

"Hyung...I can't..."

"Just keep moving Hwanwoong, I won't let you die again."

Wooyoung furrowed his brow. "W-Who?" Mingi didn't answer him, they only raced towards the lockers, hearing nothing but the two supernaturals destroying each other behind.

------------------------------

Yeosang cracked his jaw back into place after being hit yet again. Both stood there, with bruises and blood staining their faces. Yeosang knew he just needed to keep his adrenaline pumping and he'd make it through this fight. Just a little longer and it would all be over soon.

He spat out a wad of blood in his throat with an irritated cough, wiping his mouth soon after. "You're so annoying," He hissed towards Jongho. The demon didn't respond, he only geared up for his next attack. Yeosang did the same.

"You just don't know when to quit, do you?" The angel froze, his expression puzzled. It was the first time Jongho had spoken during the entire ordeal. His voice was gruff, almost as though he hardly used it.

"What's this? Up for a little conversation Jongie? Fine, I guess I can spare you a few minutes of my precious time." Yeosang liked the way Jongho scowled at him. He really did enjoy getting under his skin. Plus, in his mind, it made for a much more entertaining fight.

"I'm going to break you!" He roared. Jongho jumped towards the angel and snatched him by the hair before he could dodge. He slammed him into the ground and didn't wait for him to move before grabbing him by the wings.

Though Yeosang coughed in pain, he still found it in him to taunt the demon. "Oh, you're going to break me? How kinky, I didn't know you were into such intense foreplay Jongho." He tensed suddenly, feeling Jongho's grip on his right wing tighten to a frightening degree. "W-Wait what are you-"

A rip echoed through the vacant halls. Yeosang screamed in agony, tears ran down his cheeks when he saw white feathers fall next to him and then; his wing. His hand slowly travelled to his back, tremblings towards him when he felt nothing but blood come back. He could feel Jongho's unfeeling eyes boring into him with no remorse. It made him furious.

Through his tears, Yeosang pulled his sword over and slammed it down, a violent gust of wind sending everything flying. He pushed Jongho away and before he could retaliate, the older sent him to the ground. Yeosang drove his weapon right through the demon's chest, throwing his body against the wall and punching him at lightning speed - so fast that one couldn't even see his fist. He yanked his sword out only to drive back in again, and again, and again.

Jongho coughed up pools of blood but Yeosang grabbed him by the neck, choking him till his eyes went red, then threw him to the floor. His heel pounded against his chest as Yeosang struck his sword into Jongho's arm. The demon yelled in anguish, but Yeosang didn't stop. His eyes glowed bright red with fury until he smashed Jongho against the crumbling wall for the last time.

The angel's breath raged, his chest rising and falling before he crumbled to his knees. He sniffed, feeling his energy finally begin to drain. Yeosang watched as Jongho fell to the ground, limp and covered head to toe in his own blood. He was lifeless, hardly a breath in sight while the angel's sword remained buried deep in his side.

Yeosang clutched his head in frustration, waterfalls of tears flowing from his eyes before shouting at the top of his lungs.
