"Good heavens, look at the time." A Hell portal opens in our room and a red haired demon rolls out of it. "Fuck, it's been a long time since I've done that." He brushes off his shirt and walks to the door. "Wait, didn't this use to be my room?" He looks at us and scratches his head. "Alex!" He growls and the portal opens up again, from its fiery opening comes a smartly dressed man and a large hyena about chest height. "Don't bloody call me Alex. I take orders from Master Zenith not you Karl Inquisitor!" The dark haired man growls. "Zenith ordered me to accompany you and so I have. But I must insist on you calling me Mr Killer." Wait, this is Karl Inquisitor, legendary demon. "Yes, yes it is. Glad you've heard of me." He says, but how. No, he obviously has telepathy. "Wow, Yuki this new boyfriend of yours is a genius. Where are my sisters?" He speaks with a smile on his face.

"Well class is starting soon. I'm sure I can show you our class." Yuki answers covering herself with the covers. "Good, very good. I'll wait outside." He steps out and Mr Killer and the Hyena follow him. I look to Yuki, "what the fuck?" I ask. Her straight face twists into a smirk.

"That's Karl Inquisitor, leader of the most powerful demon household. Son of Lucifer and it seems, Conductor or War. He's been gone for 98 years. On some adventure, with the one they call Zenith I guess."

"You know an awful" I get out of bed and slide into a set of clothes, Pestis comes in and sits contentedly on my shoulder. "That's because I met with his family last night. As the Conductor of Death they wanted me to know. They also wanted me to know that the Conductor of Conquest has been chosen. We just don't know who it is." Soon after we both got changed we met up with Karl and made it to class down the long corridors of the Academy. Entering the classroom it's pretty easy to tell who Karl's sisters are as they immediately greet him.

"No need to bow before this creature Angela. No matter how good looking he is." Karl's older sister bites her lip while looking at me, her wings are larger than most. "Yes, Elisabeth, one of the abilities I have gained is telepathy." Her eyes widen at Karl's words.

"W-what h-how?" She stutters angrily.

"I met the Dragon Council, Zenith insisted. They gave me a gift of telepathy. Pretty sweet deal, Conductor of War, that's what I had to become. Shortly after Zenith dropped me on an unknown planet and left." Elisabeth looks shocked. "That's kind of a dick move."

"Meh, I'm sure he did it because he had a valid reason." Karl looks at Mr Vampiris. "Desmond? I wondered where you got to. Ever since that incident with the other Roach." Karl embraces the pale vampire.

"Well, a they wanted me back and it seems that for Zenith I'd outlived my use." He smiles at Karl.

"Hey, I'm sure it's not like that. But it is unusual for him to travel alone something big is going down..." after that I drowned them out, I don't know who this Zenith fellow is and I don't really care. Then I see Karl's younger sister staring at me. "W-would you like to g-go on a d-date?" She asks to my surprise. Quickly my brain bursts into action "I'm flattered but I have a girlfriend." I smile rubbing the back of my head, her smile twists and begins to freak me out slightly. Eyes burning red she looks at me then at Yuki. Then back at me. "Greetings Miss Angela Inquisitor. I don't believe I've had the pleasure of meeting your acquaintance." Mr Killer kisses the back of her hand and she seems to calm down. "Nice to meet you. You must be my brother's butler." Mr Killer tries to hold back a laugh.

"Karl wishes I was his butler. But no I serve only Master Zenith Krakveek. I don't expect you to have heard of him." Mr Killer stands up straight dusting his suit.

"No, I have. Father used to tell us stories about that awful creature." Her smile fades and is replaced by a scowl. Mr Killer's face hardens and he hooks his thumbs on the outside of his pockets "I am saddened about your misconceptions about my Master."

"Mr Killer! What did I tell you? We're not talking about Zenith while we're here." Now that I'm close to the Hyena I can see truly how large it is, power rippling through its body, huge claws mounted on its paws. The Beast of War, it had been so long that I'd almost forgotten what he looked like. Pestis chuckles in the back of my mind. "So what do you guys actually have class or do you just do what you want?" Karl leans against the hyena acting exhausted. "We actually have classes." Elisabeth smirks knowing exactly what's going to happen next. "No, not today. As the head of the Inquisitor household everyone can do what they like for a day." He chuckles. "I'm just going to go to sleep." He wanders aimlessly out of the room followed by the hyena. And with slight hesitation Mr Killer. "Alex we're gonna be roomies." He chuckles heading down the corridor. I look to see what the teacher has to say but it seems he's already left. "Well, that's cool I guess." Yuki laughs lightly, she looks at me biting her lip. We both know what she has in mind.
