Orion P.O.V

I waited, with a red rose in hand, for Ironhide to arrive at the restaurant where I was to meet Helena for our anniversary. I received a call and answered it.

"Isaiah where are you?"

I asked, thinking Helena might be with him.

"I'm around the corner. We'll be their in two minutes."

He responded.

"Alright. I'll be waiting."

I hung up the phone and put away as I waited.

"Would you like to order something?"

The waiter came up to me.

"No ma'am-- Vanessa?"

It was the girl who had beaten Helena the day we met. Which was today only a year ago.

"Orion? What the hell are you doing here?"

She asked in disbelief

"It's a restaurant. Can I not attend this place?"

She rolled her eyes.

"I mean yeah, but still. Are you alone?"

I smiled.

"No I'm waiting for Helena."

I said as she made a look of disgust.

"Why are you waiting on someone as low as her?"

That hurt.

"I'll have you know that Helena is a sweet girl. I won't let you or anyone talk about her that way."

That shut her up completely.

"I'll take a root beer."

I said as she scoffed, turned on her heel, and walked away. I smiled as I saw Ironhide drive around. I waited until they came.

Helena P.O.V

I saw Orion sitting at our table. He looked so hot. He wore a pair of denim jeans, a red button up shirt, and a black jacket. His hair was spiked up as always. I could feel myself blush. Isaiah brought the car to a stop as he shut off the engine, got out of the car, came to the passenger said, and opened my door.

"T-Thank you."

I said with nervousness crawling info my voice.

"Don't worry Helena. Just be yourself. You look good."

Isaiah said as I smiled.

"I promise he's never had anything like this, so I'm pretty sure he's pissing his pants right now."

He said with a smile as I chuckled.

"Thanks Isaiah."

"Your welcome. Now go get your man."

I blushed even more as I walked into the restaurant. I saw Orion at the table on the outside part of the place. I put my gift down and walked up behind him as he still didn't notice me. I placed my hands over his eyes as he stammered in bewilderment. He placed his hands over mine feeling around up to my wrist.

"Small, soft hands. Rings. Bracelet. Helena."

I smiled still not taking my hands off of his eyes.

"I'm going to take my hands away but you gotta keep your eyes closed. Ok?"

Orion chuckled as he put his hands up.

"Ok promise."

I removed my hands as I went to my seat. I scooted in and sighed.

"Ok. You can open them now."

Orion opened his, but didn't stop. They grew big as his jaw dropped little ways down. I smiled as I felt myself blush.

"Helena, could you stand up?"

He asked me as I hesitated, but got up anyways. As I did he took every sight of me.

"Is this really you?"

He asked as he got up as well, still standing taller than me.

"Yes it's really me, Orion. Is it bad?"

He smiled as he shook his head.

"No. Of course not. Helena. You look--I can't even describe it. You just look so beautiful."

"Thank you. I could say the same of you."

He smiled as he reached into his jacket and pulled out a red rose.

"This is for you."

I smiled and took the rose. I smelled it. It had a fragrance I hadn't smelled before on a rose. It was sweet.

"Thank you Orion. It's lovely."

"Not as lovely as you."

I looked at Orion bewildered as he stammered.

"H-Here come. T-Take a seat."

I smiled and did as he said.

"I gotta say. I didn't recognize you all dressed up."

Orion said as a waiter came with a lemonade in hand for Helena as she blushed.

"Thank you. I must say you don't look so bad yourself."

Helena said as she took a sip of the lemonade.

Time Skip

General Narration

Helena and Orion laughed as they day was coming to an end. They had eaten and joked around about school.

"That reminds me."

Helena said as she pulled out her gift.

"This is for you. Happy One Year Anniversary, Orion."

"You got me a gift. You didn't have to."

Helena laughed as shook her head.

"Now what kinda of friend would I be if I came without a gift?"

She asked as Orion chuckled in response as he opened the gift.

"Helena this is amazing. I love the color of the watch. What does the symbol mean?"

He asked as he admired the watch Helena had gotten him.

"It means leader."

She responded as he gave her the watch as she put it on for him.

"My turn."

He said as he pulled out a long box from his breast pocket and held it in his hands.

"Close your eyes."

He said as she did so. he opened the box and took out the necklaces that had his name and birthstone, and held it up.

"Open them."

He said as she did so. She gasped at the sight of the necklace.

" A necklace of baby feet. With your name engraved in it. Your birthstone too. Orion it's beautiful."

"I'm glad you liked it. I got one that has yours as well, but that one is for me. This one is for you."

Orion stood up as he came around Helena and put it around her neck. She smiled as she did the same with her necklace.

"You have my birthstone and I have yours. Happy One Year Anniversary, Helena."

Orion said with a smile as he held her hands in his.

"Thank You Orion."

Orion P.O.V

I looked down at her hands and saw that they were smaller than mine. I looked back at her and couldn't help but feel a strong pull in my spark. What was this feeling, I did not know. But one thing I did know. Helena's smile always made me smile. Her voice soothes my nerves. Her touch gave me comfort. Her being here with me in my arms.........Made me..........
