Chapter 4
Since the class sizes are limited to 20 students per class size, I will be replacing Sato with Emiri. I apologize for those who liked Sato, he just doesn't contribute much to the plot line.

The rest of the school year had flown by quickly, and Summer break couldn't of felt shorter to Emiri as her first day at U.A arrived. That morning, Emiri left her house and headed to the train station, humming a soft tune as she walked. The train ride didn't take too long and she soon found herself walking through the halls looking for her classroom. Class 1-A.
When she arrived, she paused in front of the door and stared in awe due to the sheer size of it. Though it made sense, for those with giant-type quirks having a large door like this would come in handy. She just hoped it wouldn't be too heavy. Not wanting to waste a single second longer, Emiri reached forwards and slid the door open, taking note of how light it actually was. She leaned into the room and looked around, seeing who had already arrived. She had gotten there a little early, so there weren't many students in the classroom just yet.
Near the back of the room sat a girl with her hair tied back in a spiky ponytail. Her eyes were glued to a book as she sat up tall. It was clear to Emiri that she came form a family of great influence.
Next to the girl there was a boy with red and white hair, and a scar on the left side of his face. She recognized who he was— Todoroki Shoto. She had met him when she was only a few years younger at a Pro-Hero banquet her parents had been invited to. Todoroki was the son of Endeavor, a Pro Hero that Emiri never completely trusted, even as a young girl. The Hero just gave her a bad feeling.
The final person in the classroom was none other than Iida Tenya. The two of them had talked after the results came out, the both of them had managed to get in, witch Iida was glad about. His friend, Clover, hadn't made the cut. Apparently she had gotten enough points during the Practical, but bombed the written portion. She was disappointed, but said she was going to be trying again for their second year.
Emiri walked to her seat, which was right next to Todoroki in the back. As she walked, he didn't acknowledge her arrival and kept his gaze locked on the book that was placed on the desk in front of him.
Emiri sat down and got ready for the start of the day, more students filling in as it got closer and closer to the start of the school day.
"-if you're here to make friends, then you can grab your stuff and leave now." A voice said, causing Emiri to look up from the book she was reading to see a tired man getting out of a yellow sleeping bag. Once he got out he paused and looked around the classroom. "It took you 8 seconds to shut up. That's too long, ration students would understand that."
Emiri tilted her head slightly. The Pro Hero Erasure Head, if I'm not mistaken. She thought to herself. An underground hero who works in the cover of night and apparently teaches at U.A in the day. When does this guy sleep? Emiri had written up everything she could about every hero she could. Erasure Head was by far the hardest to get information about.
Erasure Head looked at the class, now addressing all of them instead of the few students who had been talking at the front of the room. "Hello, my name is Shouta Aiazawa. Your teacher." He reached back into the yellow sleeping bag he was just in and pulled out a gym uniform. "Right, let's get to it. Put these on and head outside."
The class looked at him in confusion, but they all got up and headed to the changing rooms anyways, luckily they had maps to find there way, because by watching Aizawa just walking away, Emiri had the feeling he wasn't going to be leading them to the rooms himself.

"What? A quirk assessment test?" Everyone asked once they had gotten to the field at the side of U.A.
"But orientation, we're gonna miss it-." A Brunette with rosy cheeks said.
"If you really wanna make the big leagues you can't waste time on pointless ceremonies. Here at U.A we're not tethered to traditions. That means I get to run my class however I see fit." He turned and looked at them, "You've been taking standardized tests most of your lives, but you never got to use your quirks in physical exams before. The Country's still trying to pretend we're all created equal by not letting those with the most power excel. It's not rational. One day the Ministry of Education will learn. Koyama, you managed to get the most points on the entrance exam. What was your furthest distance throw with a softball when you were in Jr. High?"
"O-Oh, uhm, 54 m-meters. Or it might of b-been 56." Emiri said.
"Try doing it with your quirk."
"Y-Yes sir!" She said, bowing slightly before taking the ball that Aizawa had handed to her and walked to stand in the middle of a circle that was drawn on the sand in white.
"Anything goes, just stay inside the circle. Go on, we don't have all day."
Emiri nodded and took a deep breath before stretching out her arm and making her arm turn into a metal club of sorts. She held the ball in her free hand and threw it up in the air, waiting for the perfect moment until—
THWAK
She hit the ball and watched it fly.
"Woah! Talk about a home run kind of hit!" A boy with tape dispenser elbows commented.
Aizawa held up the small device for the class to see. 253.1 meters.
"Woah! That's further than the furthers baseball hit! She just broke a record!" A boy with a dark lightning bolt in his hair exclaimed.
Emiri scratched the back of her head, "O-Oh, it's not that impressive. I-I bet y-you guys could d-d-do better." She stuttered, her cheeks warming up slightly.
"All of you need to know your maximum capabilities. It's the most rational way of figuring out your potential as a hero." Aizawa said, bringing the class' attention back to him.
"I wanna go! That looks like fun!" A pink skinned girl exclaimed, clapping her hands together.
"This is what I'm talkin about! Usin our quirks as much as we want!"
"So this looks fun, huh? You have three years to become a hero, you think it's all going to be games and playtime?" Aizawa lowered his head and a smiled creeped up onto his face, "Idiots, today you'll compete in eight physical tests to gauge your potential. Whoever comes in last will be considered to have none and will be expelled immediately."
E-Expelled? Emiri thought, her eyes widening at the news. That just means I'll give it my all! I can't afford to loose now!
"Like I said I get to decide how this class runs, understand? If that's a problem, you can head home right now."
"You can't send on of us home! I mean, we just got here! If it wasn't the first day, that isn't fair!" The rosy cheeked Brunette exclaimed.
"Oh, and you think Natrual Disasters are? Or power hungry villains, hm? Or catastrophic events that while out whole cities? No. The world is full of unfairness. It's a heroes job to try to combat that unfairness. If you wanna be a pro, you're gonna have to push yourself to the brink. For the next three years, U.A will throw one hardship after another at you. O go beyond, Plus Ultra style. Show me its no mistake that you're here."
That's quite the motivational speech. Emiri thought to herself.
After his speech, the Quirk Assessment Test started.
Test Number 1: 50 meter dash
Emiri's quirk didn't help much in this test, which meant she had to rely on her own physical abilities. She raced alongside a girl with bobbed hair, who had earphone jacks hanging from her earlobes.
Once the signal went off, the two of them started running, the other girl pulling ahead of her, finishing at around 6.78 seconds. Emiri finished at around 7.32 seconds.
Test Number 2: Grip Strength
"Here goes." Emiri muttered, tightening her fist and looking down at the small devices screen once she released. 76.8kg. She smiled slightly, "Looks like all that strength training payed off."
"Wow! You hit 540Kg? You're such a beast!" The tape dispenser boy exclaimed.
"Yeah like a musclely octopus!" The boy with round purple ball on his head exclaimed.
Test 3: Long Jump.
Now this was a test Emiri could use her quirk on. When it was her turn, she started running, stretching her arm out to her side and turning it into. Long metal pole. When she got to the edge of the track just before the sand pit, she hit it against the ground and used it to hoist herself up into the air and soar over the sandpit, managing to land on the other side of it.
Test 4: Repeated Side step
Emiri jumped from one foot to the other, she wasn't able to think of any way she could use her quirk to her advantage here.
Test 5: Ball Throw
Since Emiri already did her ball throw, she stood back and watched everyone else, cheering them on. After the rosy cheeked Brunette, Uraraka, went and sent the ball to infinity, an angry looking boy with spiked blonde hair stepped into the circle and wasted no time in throwing the ball, using an explosion to propel it even further.
Aizawa showed them the blonde's distance. 705.2 meters.
He smirked and stepped out of the circle, a nervous looking freckled boy taking his place.
Emiri watched curiously as the boy hesitated before moving to throw the ball, and once he threw it, it didn't sail far and landed on the ground close to where he threw it.
"46 meters!" The robot exclaimed.
Emiri frowned, It didn't look like he was using a quirk just then. She thought before looking towards Aizawa, seeing that his hair was afloat and his eyes were glowing red.
Mr. Aizawa- or Erasure head's quirk allows him to erase the quirks of whoever he looks at, right? So why is he using his quirk on that boy? Emiri wondered.
"I erased your quirk." Aizawa stated getting the rest of the class' attention. "The judges for this exam were not rational enough. Someone like you should never be allowed to enroll at this school. You're not ready. You don't have control over your power." he narrowed his eyes, "Were you planning on breaking your bones again? Counting on someone else to save your useless body?"
"No, that wasn't what I was trying to do!" Izuku exclaimed, only to be grabbed by Aizawa's scarf and pulled up close to the Pro Hero.
"No matter what your intentions are, you would be nothing more than a liability in battle. You have the same reckless passion as another overzealous hero I know, one who saved a thousand people by himself and became a ledgend. But even with that drive, it's worthless if you can't even throw a single punch without your body breaking down. Sorry Midoriya. With your power there's no way you can become a hero."
"M-Mr. Aizawa, don't y-you think you're being a bit h-harsh?" Emiri asked, earning a glare from Aizawa which shut her up, and she watched as he looked away. She brought her hand up to her mouth and let out a few coughs, watching the scene unfold in front of her.
Aizawa's eyes stopped glowing and his hair fell back down and his scarf returned back to it's normal spot on his shoulders. "I returned your impractical quirk, take your final throw. Hurry and get it over with."
Emiri took a deep breath, "You can do it!" She shouted, watching the boy eagerly.
He reeled his arm back, and threw the ball, it soared through the air, landing a ways away. Emiri smiled when she saw his score.
705.3 meters
