Hunter's P.O.V

"Dimples! Please behave at college," Mom said running into my room, groaning I try to push her away, she gasped  "Hunter!" Pulling the blanket off of me she hit my back multiple times, "You have ten minutes, if you aren't up by then I will send Sophie in her with a bucket of water."

Tucking my head underneath the pillow I ignore her, "Ocean, Sophie, Vallie, Dom! I better see all four  of you ready in ten minutes and Hunter, get up!"

This was the start of my mornings every...single...day...Mom always barged into my room and began yelling at the other kids inside of the house and apparently being the oldest 'I had responsibilities,' as she likes to say, but I think it gives me the priority in the house rather than be a driver in the morning. Stretching out my back I sit up in my bed knowing that mom was joking around, she has come into my room with a bucket full of ice-cold water.

Dom wandered into my room slumping down on my bed in front of me, "Why is Aunt Dia so loud in the morning?" He whispered holding onto his head, chuckling I hit his shoulder lightly...last night Dom and I snuck into the house around 1 in the morning after partying all night, he may be six years younger than me but belonging to the Knights removes all the legal restrictions on us...Uncle Bray and Dad know about us going out now and then but mom would literally kill me.

"Hunter!" Mom called out again, not even five minutes later Dad walked in, "He's up Luna! Stop yelling now please."

I smiled at Dad punching Dom's shoulder signaling him to get up, "Morning Dad,"

Dad looked at me suspiciously, "Are you two hungover?"

Dom looked back at me sheepishly as I nodded, "Yeah, we go in late last night." Dad leaned against the door frame shaking his head.

"I said that going out every now and then was fine Hunter, not every night. You have a responsibility-"

"Some on is missing Daddy," Sophie cut dad off bringing in Adira clenching my jaw I look over at her firmly, "Say Good Morning Daddy,"

Adira looked over at me cautious, "Good Morning," She whispered under my harsh gaze,

Sophie's smile dropped, "Hunter-"

"I have to get ready for the day," I say harshly getting up from the bed before storming into the bathroom. Adira, she is my daughter...but I never felt the fatherly love for her because she is the reason...Taking a deep breath, she is the reason I lost everything three years ago.

Flynn's P.O.V

Luna walked into the room disappointed as Sophie handed Addi over to her, "Here Mom," she whispered, "I should get my things together before he storms out of the bathroom pissed off."

Luna nodded rubbing Addi's back comfortingly walking out of the room with me following her close behind, taking her into her small room Luna sat down with her looking ahead at the wall. "Luna..." I say quietly sitting down close to her, "It's going to be-"

"Don't say it, Flynn," She whispered looking down at Addi as a tear slipped out of her eyes, "It's been three years, and he still hasn't accepted Adira as his daughter."

Wrapping my arm around her tightly I pull her into my chest carefully not wanting to hurt Addi, "It's too soon baby," I whisper back, "I can understand what he is going through Luna, but that doesn't make it right for what he is doing with her either."

Addi sat in front of us quietly playing with the toy in her hand, "We have tried everything, but he just won't open up his heart for her. We didn't teach our kids to be like this...Sophia and Vallie are"

" Just like you Luna and Hunter..."

"Is just like you," Luna said exhaling deeply, "But Addi is growing up Flynn, she wants to be around him and this coldness towards her...how long is it going to last?"

"He just needs a miracle Luna, like how I got mine...sure it was 6 years later...but I got you and Hunter. He just needs to bump into his saving grace and maybe she will help him out with his life and his relationship with his beautiful daughter."

"What do we do until?"

"We wait, and take care of Addi as long as we can," I say firmly hugging her close.

"I never thought that our baby would turn into what he is today," Luna sighed, "We were going to keep him safe and protect him."

"We did what we could Lydia," I inhale sharply, "Now it's up to him to find his way back to himself and his daughter."

Addi's stomach began growling, "I'm hungry Gramma,"

Chuckling Luna handed her to me, "I know Honey, I will bring you something to eat right away."

"Me too," I call after her.

She looked back at me smiling, causing me to smile back at her...that smile I would do anything for that smile, but sometimes it seemed like no matter what I did, our problems grew, and for the past three years Hunter has been our the biggest concern and worry. I didn't think Hunter would become like me...never.

"Where is daddy Papa?" Addi asked playing with the buttons of my shirt, moving away from some hair out of her face I smiled at her gently,

"Daddy is gone to school Honey, he'll be back soon."

He'll be back, but not back to you Addi...I hope his miracle bumps into him soon, just like how I bumped into Lydia.
