If I'm being completely honest here, Todoroki is probably the glue holding Hagakure and I together during this tremendously shitty situation. Frankly, we probably should be panicking, but with Todoroki being freakishly calm it was hard to freak out.
Granted this is all just my own speculation, Hagakure could be silently panicking all by herself, but it's a little hard to tell. Since she's invisible. But still, Todoroki's calm demeanor somehow managed to keep all of us calm, despite the sounds of battle in the distance.
"I think we're almost back to the center plaza," I said breaking the silence. "Hopefully Mr. Aizawa has been able to handle himself."
The three of us snuck closer, crouching behind some nearby bushes. In an instant the state of calm I had managed to slip into vanished, my eyes widening in horror as I struggled to stay silent.
"What is that?!" Hagakure hissed, keeping her voice as quiet as she could.
What I could only describe as a monstrous bird man had Aizawa pinned to the ground. One of its gargantuan hands was wrapped around the back of Aizawa's head, pushing his face into the dirt. My attention was diverted again though as my eyes landed on a very dangerous man. Even without knowing what he was capable of I could tell he was dangerous, he had no regard for any life but his own.
The man was slim and fairly tall, a mop of pale blue hair was on his scalp, flattened out by what looked like a hand. Actually, now that I took a closer look at him, he was covered in hands, one even resting in the center of his face. I couldn't help but have a disturbing thought.
"Are all those hands from people?" I wondered, feeling a sick feeling settle in my stomach.
My panic grew once more when I saw who he was approaching. It none other than our classmate Tsu, who was frozen, her eyes wide with terror. My eyes went from Tsu to Mr.Aizawa, unable to settle on who was in the most trouble. My breathing sped up and I placed a hand over my chest, grasping the chest plate of my hero costume.
If we couldn't do something.
Someone could die today. No, someone would die today.
This man and creature weren't just some thugs I could outsmart or out maneuver, the man at the very least was a real villain, and I could tell he would crush any one of us in his path.
To our horror, the man began reaching for Tsu's face, his fingers ever so slightly making contact with her face. But to our relief, nothing happened.
My head whipped back to Mr. Aizawa who was struggling to keep his head raised as he activated his quirk on the man. His eyes glowed a piercing red and his hair floated upwards. The man in black then spoke in his raspy voice.
"You heroes really are so cool..." He scoffed. "Nomu..."
The bird-like creature let out a shrill screech before he smashed our teacher's face back into the ground, causing the floor to crack. I winced, biting my lip as my thoughts raced.
"What should I do? Hell, what can I do against them?!" My thoughts raced, too fast to coherently process them.
Mr. Aizawa's hair dropped and the villain reached for Tsu once again. My eyes were wide with terror, my legs tensed, however, I found that I could not move.
Hagakure didn't move either, but I heard her let loose a cry. Todoroki grit his teeth standing from his crouched position.
But God must've been smiling down on us poor souls that day because a gunshot rang out and the villain screamed in pain. My eyes traced the bullets path backwards, my eyes softening with relief when I caught sight of them.
"Sorry, we're late!" UA's very own principle chirped from his perch on Snipe's shoulder. "But help has arrived!"
Tenya stood proudly among the UA staff, his chest heaving from all of the running he probably did.
A few more gunshots sounded and the blue haired villain was wounded.
"I AM HERE!" All Might himself exclaimed. "AND YOU VILLAINS WILL PAY FOR YOUR CRIMES!"
Needless to say, I had never been so happy to see his ugly mug.
"All Might..." Todoroki mumbled in a mix of relief and awe.
"Everything will be alright now that All Might's here!" Hagakure chirped.
I smiled just a little. "Come on, let's go get Tsu and the other's, the pro's will take care of the rest."

To my relief, most of our classmates were relatively unharmed (save Midoriya since he used his quirk to save Tsu in the shipwreck zone) except for a few cuts and bruises here or there and some quirk overuse. Momo and Sato were pretty hungry and Kaminari's brain was beyond fried, but overall they were fine.
Once we had all regrouped (which was difficult since Bakugo didn't want to) we headed back to the center plaza, listening to the distant sound of All Might fighting what the blue haired villain had called "Nomu." Despite the fact that I was grateful my classmates were safe, my thoughts still drifted to Mr. Aizawa, who was by far in the worst condition of all. Even worse, I couldn't shake this feeling of guilt.
I couldn't do anything... I didn't do anything...
I thought I was well past being scared, but I am only human after all, so maybe that was fine. Still, I felt horrible.
The ground shook beneath us and I stumbled, quickly being pulled upright by Shoji, a rather quiet guy that I had only talked to once or twice.
"Thanks..." I mumbled.
A mouth formed at the end of a tentacle. "It was no problem, be careful."
"COME ON THIS WAY STUDENTS!" Present Mic screamed, making the ears of any villain who was still conscious bleed.
We hurried up the steps, watching as both Thirteen and Mr. Aizawa were hauled up the steps before us. Luckily it seemed there were several ambulances and police cars outside at this point. It finally was starting to look like the danger was passing. Unfortunately though the press was here too, their cameras blinding us the moment we walked out.
I sighed, too completely drained to even get mad. I really just needed a smoke and a long nap.
The ambulances with Thirteen and Mr. Aizawa pulled away, leaving the rest of us to be checked out and have our wounds dressed. I was scratch free minus a hole in my lip on the left side from when I bit it, but I honestly didn't know it was there until a medic pointed it out. I was so busy panicking the pain hadn't really registered.
One anti septic soaked cotton ball and a bandaid later and I was good to go. I politely thanked the medic and opened the doors to the back of the ambulance, my deep purple eyes meeting the coal black gaze of a man in a beige trench coat and fedora. I sighed, knowing that I would not be going home yet.
"Sorry to bother you, you're Tora Tsujihara, correct?" The man asked, withdrawing a notepad and pen from his coat pocket.
"Yes, that would be me..." I replied with a sigh.
"I'm detective Naomasa Tsukauchi and I need to ask you a few questions about what happened today," He began politely, obviously a little unsettled by my... Rough appearance. "Is that alright?"
"Yeah," I shrugged, crossing my arms. "Let's just hurry and get this over with I want to go home."
He clicked his pen. "Then let's begin."
I sighed.
A/N
I only now realize that I forgot about the whole press getting into UA part so that's my bad, but if I'm not feeling lazy I'll go back a couple chapters and rewrite it.
Anyway, I hope you enjoyed the chapter!
Edit: I went back and fixed chapter 17, so feel free to give it another read.
