Stumbling into to the clearing, most of her weight supported by the giant wolf at her side, Andy took a moment to assess the condition of everyone around them.
In the center was a giant pile of burning limbs that caused her stomach to roll with disgust. Surrounding was the Cullen's and wolves as they carried stray pieces to be placed among the flames and purple smoke cloud that burned her throat.
Andy looked to Lynn, the woman's head still dangling from her hair by sharp teeth. She ran a thumb over the fabric still preciously held in her left hand as she reached forward and eased the head from her friends grasp - shuffling her way to the burning pile as people finally turned to focus on them.
Determined, Andy kept her eyes focused as she dragged the head at her side, the woman's ruby gaze staring blankly at the sky.
This is what you deserve, she believed, if you attack what is better than yourself. Strength and power coming from the unity of the people that surround you, making the Cullen's and the wolves, in her mind, an unstoppable force.
Staring ahead, she carefully placed the head on the pile, facing inwards towards the mess that they had sewn. Innocent lives taken to avenge a murderous, despicable man that deserved everything he had received.
A nudge at her shoulder got her to turn around, a grin lightening her expression at the sight of her friend sitting with a wagging tail and a wolfish pant as her tongue swiped at her teeth.
"You were like a super badass," Andy giggled, running a hand through her friends fur. "Bursting through those trees like some kind of epic hero that the legends of old would tell stories about!"
Lynn perked up, shoulders rolling and a pleased, smug air filling the duo by the boost in the shifters confidence.
"If you think that was good then you should have seen me!" Quil crowed, jogging from the trees and sweeping her into a tight embrace. "I was a force to be reckoned with I tell ya, babe!"
Erupting in a peel of uncontrollable giggles, she swung her arms around his neck and her legs around his waist - the peppering of kisses against every part he could reach only furthering her laughter.
A feeling of love, a love so complete and wholesome burst through her veins, washing away the distinct aftertaste of worry she felt the moment she approached the clearing.
"Yeah, but Lynn came at the exact moment for a heroic entry, love." Andy cupped his face and kissed the tip of his nose. "I didn't get to see you in action at all."
"Well you shouldn't have had to be anywhere near any action but somehow two of them managed to go after you," he grumbled, tiltinghis head back to capture her lips.
"What?"Andy asked through the demanding kiss.
Lynn shoved Quil with her head, a grunting noise that sounded sort of like a curse coming from the girl. Andy narrowed her eyes at the two, pouting at the guilty expression her boyfriend sent the other girl.
"What?" She repeated. "What is it?"
Quil faced her and gave her another kiss. "Oh, its nothing really just-"
He froze, dropping Andy to the ground and putting himself in front of her in a blur of movement. Stunned, she blinked blearily before turning back around, a surprised cry leaving the girl as Leah moved to go against a newborn.
She stood to her feet, aiming to push passed Quil as the two scrambled and Leah found herself in an immediate danger.
Cool and petite arms slipped around her, pulling her back against a stone chest and Andy could only watched in stunted horror as Jacob came from nowhere and took on the vampire - a horrifying crunching sound ringing in her ears followed by a muffled howl and shrill cry that sounded surprisingly like her own.
A pain like nothing before thrashed through her and Andy's body went limp as everything went blank.
Blinking wearily, Andy could only see leaves and leaves and leaves above her - the fire in her bones flared to life and she clenched her hand, grinding her teeth as a yell rattled her eardrums.
Every inch of her ached to reach out, to brush the tips of his fingers over the bumps and bruises that could cause a person such extreme torment, to free them of it so they would never have to feel it again.
The clear, much more logical part of her brain warned her vehemently against such actions. That the golden light power that her hands could create, the one where she transfers physical pain onto herself, would only bring her demise as such an extent of injuries was impossible for one with a human body such as herself.
Andy was thankful for the tiny part of her mind that continued to function, the part that made little observations and carried on little trains of thoughts that kept her from focusing on the pain that she was in. It made it possible for her to realise that she was in someone's arms, and that the someone was Quil.
Glancing around as best she could, it was easy to spot the large brown and grey wolf that was trotting beside them - eyes focused on the upahead where Andy imagined the other's were carrying Jacob.
"Where are we going?" She breathed, puffing the words out against Quil's chest.
He shifted her, pulling her close. "Damnit Andy, never scare me like that again," he scolded, tone angry.
Andy blinked. "What?" She asked dumbly.
"You just, you just collapsed at the same time as Jake," he whispered, a pained pinch to his expression. "I - I didn't understand what was happening, but they said that you were probably overwhelmed by everything you were feeling and because of Jake."
"It hurt so bad, it was horrible," she whimpered, snuggling closer.
A whimper came from Lynn and the girl brushed against her feet.
"They didn't want you to come with us, but there wasn't much of a choice," he told her. "These Volturi people were coming and they said it would be dangerous."
She felt her heart drop. "Yeah, they're like the vampire leaders. They're extremely dangerous actually," she mumbled. "A long time ago they had, had sort of tried to commit genocide of the Valerian's so they probably would have killed me if they had seen me."
They growled, harsh and loud, but it made her feel safe and protected despite knowing how very close she had come to the Volturi. She hoped to avoid it forever, to constantly slip away from there reach until she hopefully died of old age.
More feeling returned to her limbs as the fire faded away and Andy noticed how far they had gotten from the rest of the pack.
"Where are we going?" She asked again.
"Jake's place. Dr. Vamp said he was going to come as soon as he could, Sam gave him permission to come onto our land for just this once," Quil explained, not a hint of bitterness as he spoke of Carlisle.
She hummed, preparing herself mentally for what would happen once they caught up to the others and resolved herself to keep quiet about how badly it would hurt. Truthfully, it made it quite a bit easier on Jacob as long as she was nearby, and even if she disliked him, she would offer herself regardless simply because of how important he was to the people around her.
Andy hoped she didn't regret this sort of extreme generosity and that the wolves didn't blame her for wanting some space after all this.
The tense, heavy atmosphere that surrounded the Black household was enough to send her to her knees, but the sheer pain that radiated from inside the house caused ripples of agonizing pain to tremble through her, a continuous flow of tears were the only physical proof to the pain she felt as she couldn't bring herself to move more that a millimeter, her vision fading in and out in indistinct patterns that could easily be taken as a consuming sleepiness.
Warm, so warm and burning, the fluttering of her heavy lids brought little attention to her, less so when their friend was so close to them, so close and hurting with the pain that Andy couldn't protect him from.
Another long, heart wrenching cry caused her to wince and her head dropped to the side as everything went dark - landing on someone's shoulder.
When she blinked to, she was being gently shaken awake - soft whispers of her name calling her to look up toward to worried brown eyes that were carefully searching her face. Lynn held her firm, closely held with an arm around her waist.
"Andy? Andy? Andrea?" Lynn whispered, an unrestrained urgency to her tone. "Are you okay? Can you hear me?"
Her lips parted, the words sticking to the tip of her tongue so that only a croak of a noise escaped her clenching throat that turned into more of a whimpering cry as a fire racked through her bones.
Lynn shifted around, eyes dancing over the pack nervously. Andy followed her friends attention the best she could, a soft pant puffing from her chest as she strained herself to sit up better. A thin sheen sweet coated her brow as she followed the Cameron girl's focus to both Quil and Embry - the pair holding to each other tight in support as their best friend was getting his bones expertly reset by Carlisle inside.
She was aware of Edward hovering nearby, shadowing the two girls every oncd in a while likd clockwork since they had settled themselves in the back of a truck, curling together in the bed with a quilt Billy had brought them.
As though he was summoned, Edward appeared by their closely joint heads. A frozen hand brushed against her exposed temple, a faint coo passed parted lips at the slight relief it gave her from the burning.
"We should move her," Edward explained in a low voice. "She shouldn't have been here for so long."
"What?" The shifter breathed.
Edward shifted his hand so it rested on her forehead. "Jacob is in pain. It is Andy's job to feel pain for others."
A flicker of horror passed over Lynn's face as she remembered the truth of what the Swan girl was. "What should we do?"
"Take her to my house-" the vampire produced a pair of keys that swayed and twinkled in the faint light "-be careful with my car."
The shifter pursed her lips, shooting a cursory glance at the others only to see they were hardly paying attention to them. Only Leah seemed to be aware, the tall girl meeting Lynn's gaze with a subtle nod before turning away.
"I don't drive that well," Lynn admit with a sheepish smile, snatching the keys from the outstretched hand.
Andy tried to process a coherent thought on the matter, but the conversation around her was not registering as her friend pulled away, slipping the two towards the opening where Lynn jumped down with an inaudible tap. Andy whined in protest as she was carefully eased off the truck and into strong, hot arms that held her close.
Protests immediately babbled from the confused girl ans she reached up with slow and drawn out movements to feebly bat at her friends face. "No," Andy whined. "No. Quil. Ow."
"Shh," Lynn hissed, glancing around nervously. "If he hasn't noticed yet then he probably won't notice at all, but we still need to be quiet Ands."
Blinking owlishly, Andy was only capable of a slight nod when another scream tore through the air and she was arching her back, vision swimming with a mournful moan on her lips.
She was vaguely aware of being carefully carried at a quick speed - the unavoidable jostling stinging her already fiery aches. Her head rolled back, the strength it took to keep it up leaving her and she got a fading look of the pack surrounding one another for comfort. By instinct she found Quil easily inthe crowd, his tense muscles inly tightening the further the moved from him.
And then she was being placed down, seat being tilted so she could easily relax on the cool, soft leather seats. Eyes hooded as she squinted through the haze at Lynn as she darted around the car to thr driver's seat.
The car hummed to life with the gentle roar of the engine, a whimper sounding from deep in her chest at the abrupt action. Andy looked to the home as Lynn jerkily moved the car, finding the boys turning to face the car that was pulling away.
She smiled, or at least tried to, as another bout of pain lanced through her and her vision went dark - her head rolling to hit against the window.

So this was going to have another scene but then it would have been way too long.
I've been wondering if you guys are still interested in this book because, and I don't mean to sound selfish or greedy or anything, but there has been a lack of commenting and voting that makes me feel like you guys don't like Andy anymore or just aren't interested.
I, personally, love Andy. She was one of my first characters and I know how her story ends so it doesnt matter much to me if I write it. If you guys want me to continue and write a fourth, and final book, then let me know - otherwise this will be the last one and I'll end it as thus.
On that note, this book is basically done so yaay !!
