Chaos was hard to define when the word could be vastly different to many a people. Chaos, was often referred to as destruction but the word could fit more than that. Bloodshed and pain didn't need to ensue before chaos was among them but it was most often the case. In the grand scheme of things, it was the silliness of people that brought open most hurt and heartache. Andy knew hat even if she was a rather intelligent girl, that she was quite silly.

It was hard for her to separate reality from the fake transpiring of her mind. Unconsciousness was something very difficult for her to grasp, her mind fighting to grow dark. Shutting down must have felt like the most brilliant of ideas yet she couldn't bring herself to allow that satisfaction.

Her hand shook softy as she reached up and pressed it to the wound of her neck. It stung but her veins were free from the indescribable fire that changing into a fire was so infamous for. She was uncertain to the amount of stitches it would require until it was closed anew, or even if she was to need stitches.

Worry was pushed to the front of her mind making her suddenly feel sick to her stomach. Emotions were thick in the air; heavy did they weigh on her shoulders.

The crimson substance that flowed from her neck was enough to keep attention on her. With tired eyes, she looked up toward those that stayed.

Alice was stood before her, eyes steely as she watched the young girl. To her side stood a frantic Esme, pain and worry laced her features. Carlisle was the closest. He was the one trying to reach her but appeared cautious to do so.

She could see his lips moving. A conversation was occurring around her but words never met her ears. It was hard to imagine what was being said, but she had reason enough to conclude that it was about her.

Pushing herself to her knees, she sat wobbly on top her feet. She had not been expecting to see large wolves standing before her, close to her side. There were two, both crouched low to the ground and snarling

Fear filled her anew, different than before. She had called for these creatures, but never had she expected them to remain by her side. A phantom pain surge through her, pain of the shifting and she fell backwards and away from the creatures.

She recognized the beautiful chocolate fur.

"Alice," her voice wavered, tears filled her eyes. Adrenaline pushed her farther away from the shifters. "Make them leave, Alice please."

A quiet sob left her lips when the thing faced her, teeth sharper than anything she had ever seen. In it's eyes she could see herself, see the free that expressed itself with every tear that made a path down her dirty, sweat covered face.

The wolfs eyes looked like Quil's, the same colour that she could continuously get lost in. Never had she been so in love with the colour brown before.

"Andy," Alice called to her. "It's all right, everything is okay."

Carlisle moved a step forward but the wolves were quick to snarl his way. The wolf that was Quil jumped in front of her, closer than she would have like as she felt the heat that radiated off him.

He felt like the hot to her cold. Where he was all warm auras and bright colours, she was cold and numb; a dull arrangement that was easily overlooked and blended into the background.

"Andy, they won't hurt you," the doctor attempted to soothe. "He won't move away; they won't let us near you until you calm down. They think we want to hurt you."

Her head hurt, pounding from her tears. Crying, as useless as it was, was incredibly therapeutic and tiring. It helped alleviate some of the pain in her heart, but brought forward the physical pain that her mind had been previously shielding her of.

The pain in her body came forward slowly. It started with a buzzing in her side, her ribs screamed in protest every time she breathed. Her back felt bruised, her shirt was torn from the tree bark that had clawed at her upon impact. She felt light headed.

"I want Jasper," she cried. "I want him to make them leave. Allie, please, don't let them touch me."

The wolf whimpered, his anger toward the vampires not abating but Quil flinched away from her with every word that left her lips. It was bitter sweet, the way her body recoiled from him and how her heart chanted for release.

Angry snarls reached her ears, the sound echoing of the trees from a distance had her shuddering at how ferocious it sounded. The Cullen's were the wolves' instinctual enemy, being so near the other was dangerous. The anger that -even from here- made her nauseous as it sunk into her bones relentless to the other inflictions that she had previously undergone.

Andy wanted to scream.

"Go Carlisle," Esme told her husband. "Don't let the others do anything stupid."

He looked torn, his position as the father of the family and the leader of his coven telling him to attend to his surrogate children, but those same instincts urging him to care for the young human girl.

"I've got her," Alice reassured him. "I will always be there for her."

Quil the wolf growled and snapped at the petite vampire, his body shook as he tried to contain his rage. Andy let out a startled scream before she cried harder.

Wolves were dangerous, nothing about them could convince her otherwise. Sharp claws and deadly teeth were a threat to most. Large beast that towered easily towered over her with enhanced senses and a human conscious were an ultimate predator. The eyes were human, that much was certain, but she could never forget the way Quil's body tore apart from the inside, how the beast ripped its way out. The pain was excruciating, something her fragile body couldn't hardly handle.

Andy feared the big, bad wolves.

"Leave her alone, Quil." Her whisper had him freezing, his back hunched slightly as he glanced over his shoulder to meet her eyes. She could see the question in his eyes.

"I want to go home. Let me go home." She found herself crying again, harder than before. "I want to go home with Alice, Quil. Please let her take me home."

She held his gaze as long as she could before she was casting her eyes downward. She couldn't distinguish if the emotional pain that she was feeling was his or her own.

Cold hands placed themselves gently to her back, giving her a cooling relief. She grunted, leaning against the hands as her eyes fluttered closed.

"Don't sleep," Alice's sweet voice spoke close to her ear. Hands left her for a moment before she was being collected in a new position. "This may hurt a little."

She hissed as she was being jostled around. It was a brief, but it was enough time for Quil to growl at the vampire.

"Go to Carlisle Esme, we'll be fine here. I'll take care of her, I promise," Alice urged the woman.

Andy, seeing the hesitation on the woman's face, offered, "You can make me some pasta when we get back."

Esme smiled. "I'll even make you muffins."

The chocolate wolf huffed and danced away from the vampires slowly, his eyes never once leaving Andy.
