Sam smiled as she grabbed her stuff and packed her one bag, She walked out onto the terrace with Drake, Zak, and Dante waiting for her and Grim. She hugged Dante tightly, "Come to see me anytime, okay?" She said tears in her dark blue eyes. Dante was the same way, he nodded as their hands fell to their sides. Drake wrapped an arm around Sam and Zak, Sam looked back at the kingdom she learned to love. "You ready?" Drake asked, Sam hesitantly nodded, "Yeah." She breathed out with a happy sigh.

Drake, Zak, Sam, and Grim all disappeared and reappeared in the boy's small apartment. "What do you think?" Drake asked flopping onto the couch, "Oh... Well... Some thoughts." Sam said hesitantly, Zak walked to his room not even caring since he was tired. "Yeah go ahead," Drake said. "Uh. Well. To start, It's the size of a box, there's no kitchen just a microwave and a mini-fridge, The sink is in the only bathroom, the water is green, and there are bugs everywhere. Where do you guys even sleep?" Sam asked. "I sleep on the pull-out-couch Zak has the bedroom," Drake said.

"...Drake, Your the next devil and you guys have a house the size of one bedroom." Sam scoffed. "Oh please, your just not used to the human world, you've lived in a castle all your life," Drake said scratching his back. "So have you! Look we need to move, I am not staying here." Sam said in a low growl. "Well, princess, In order to move you have to have money. Money is acquired when you have a job which we do not." Drake said waving his hand around, "No job!? You make deals and bring in a hundred souls a week, Zak reaps and brings in double then you!!" Sam yelled, "Job's that pay money!!!.... Wait, Zak brings in double?" Drake asked.

Sam took a deep breath, "We're moving, end of story." Sam said leaving the small apartment as she shivered in disgust as she walked down the road. She hummed happily as she walked into the Walmart, she went to the back in the kid's department looking at all the toys, She went to reach for a nerf gun only to see another hand there, she snapped her head towards the man to see him, he was smiling softly with short spiked black hair, orange eyes, and his slight bit of stubble on his chin. Sam felt her heart drop a little as she removed her hand.

They just stared at each other for a moment before blinking. "Sorry!" Sam squeaked as she turned and walked away quickly leaving the boy standing there baffled and looking at the nerf gun.

Sam made it back out to the streets when she runs into a telephone pole, she fell onto her butt looking up at the telephone to see a poster with the words 'Land for sale' in big bold letters. She squealed happily as she grabbed the paper and jumped around, she stuffed the paper into her pocket. She looked around seeing a few people staring at her like she was insane, she raised an eyebrow as she began walking again. She wondered around the streets of the stinky city they were in until she got to a smoothie bar and ordered an orange and strawberry smoothy. "Here you go." The man said placing two smoothies down on the counter, she didn't know which was her's she just grabbed one, the yellow one and walked away taking a sip and gagging at the flavour. "This is not orange and strawberry" She huffed, a hand grabbed her cup she looked up and to her surprise, it was the boy she ran into earlier.

Sam squeaked looking away and using her hand to block her face. "You have my smoothy, Sam." He said softly, "Eh?" She asked looking at him quickly, "How'd you know my name!?" She snapped, "Because I got your smoothy, they put your name on them so you know which is yours." He chuckled turning the cup he had in his hand around she shows her the name on it, She looked at the cup which had his name on it. "Oh, Sorry- Blake?" She said reading the name of her cup. "It's fine." He smiled handing her his cup and taking hers. "Your smoothy is nasty by the way, I wouldn't drink it if I were you." Sam said, "What? You don't like bananas?" He asked with a laugh. "Is that what that is?" She asked in surprise.

The two walked out of shop cutting up with each other. "You're the first nonhuman I've seen on earth," Blake spoke as he threw his cup away in a nearby trash can, Sam stiffened slightly. "What? I- How'd you know!?" Sam asked, "Human's don't normally have wolf ear's and a tail, but its cool, I'm not human either." Blake smiled and chuckled as Sam looked at her tail and felt her ears as if not remembering she had them. "Oh? What are you then? I'm a demon." She smiled making her tail and ear disappear, that would explain the weird looks she kept getting. "Alien, I'm here to get stuff for my parents. I'm actually here with my sister." Blake said nonchalantly. "What are you serious!? That's awesome!!" Sam yelled in happiness making Blake flinch, "Well thank you. So uhm... I have a little while left here before I have to go home, do you wanna like go out to eat?" Blake asked.

"Oh! And bring your sister! like a playdate!!" Sam smiled.

"No," He chuckled a little rubbing his neck as his cheeks turned a pink tint, "Just me and you...Like a date." Blake spoke shyly.
