Everyone flooded into the stadium, and each guild went to their respected posts. This year they didn't start off with anything special, they ended with a special fight. Honestly, neither Lamia Scale or Fairy Tail paid attention to any of the days battles unless it was competitors they knew or saw as strong opponents for later on. Then the announcer grinned widely. 

"For today's final battle, the following contestants must enter the arena! Fairy Tail's Erza Scarlett! Blue Pegasus' Jenny Realight! Sabertooth's Minerva Orland! Lamia Scale's Lucy Heartfilia! Last but not least, a surprise only one guild knows of, Fairy Tail B's Mirajane Strauss!" Everyone mentioned jumped into the arena. "Be careful Luce!" Natsu and Gray yelled in sync, yet again, not arguing over her nickname. They all walked to the center of the arena, glares being exchanged.

"For this battle, you young ladies have been chosen for a reason! Erza, Mira, Lucy, all used to be in the same guild! Minerva, Erza, Lucy, high tensions! Mira, Jenny, identical magic! Your goal is to defeat everyone in there, however, invisible traps have been set all over this arena and you have thirty minutes to do this! If more than one of you remain when the thirty minutes are up, simple, it will become hand to hand combat, no magic at all!" The announcer yelled, and everyone got in fighting positions. 

"Everyone in the arena is very strong, it'll take more than thirty minutes." A lot of people in the stadium said. Which was true, this would be quite an interesting battle. And everyone in there had a reason to beat everyone, except Erza and Mira, no tension between them. "Begin!"

Immediately, Minerva and Erza ran at Lucy, as Mirajane and Jenny started to have their sexy clothes battle.

"Equip Armadura Fairy!" Erza yelled, changing into her Fairy Armour, which she specifically wears when she's fighting for her guild.

"Star Dress, Taurus!" Lucy yelled, appearing in her Taurus form.

"Such weaklings, you two have to put on armours just to fight? Territory!" She yelled, two orbs appearing behind Erza and Lucy, teleporting them in front of her as she punched Erza's face and Lucy's gut, sending them both backwards, Erza jumping into the air, landing perfectly on her feet as Lucy back flipped, landing on her feet as well. Turning to face Erza she yelled, "Earth Wave!" Striking the ground with her whip, it ruptured and sent Erza into the air, spinning.

"Fairy Burst!" She yelled, an immense amount of magic energy gathering in her sword, strong enough to take out an entire island. "Territory!" Minerva yelled, her own body appearing above Erza's so that it wouldn't hit her.

Makarov looked at the battle, and the spell Erza would use, which would kill Mirajane, Lucy and Jenny. Then he noticed she had it set like a target, the attack would only affect Lucy. Natsu, Gray, Lyon, and Sherria noticed this too.

"If Lucy doesn't think of something quick, she'll die!" Gray and Lyon yelled in sync. Lucy swore under her breath.

"Star Dress, Sagittarius!" Lucy yelled, appearing in her Sagittarius form. "Please work." She said to herself quietly.  

"Star Shot!" Lucy yelled, five arrows on her bow as she shot them simultaneously as Erza's attack shot towards Lucy. It was quite the sight, a large green beam of energy was charging towards Lucy from Erza, who was in the sky, and what looked like five simple arrows were being shot up to a large energy beam, and then, as a backup, "Star Dress, Leo!" She only had a five seconds, so she yelled with all her might, "Regular Impact," which boosted the arrows and gave them more strength.

"What will happen!? Who's attack with prevail!?" The announcer yelled. A sound so loud went off that everyone's ears in the stadium were ringing. Lucy collapsed and Erza fell from the sky, her body falling on top of Lucy's. Erza's armour vanished, leaving her in her Grand Magic Games clothes. Lucy's Star Dress vanished as well, leaving her in her Grand Magic Games clothes.

"What's this, have Erza Scarlett and Lucy Heartphilia defeated each other!?" The announcer yelled.

"There's no damn way Bunny Girl is as strong as Erza!" Gajeel yelled, shock plastered on his face. Laxus had the same facial expression, along with many other Fairy Tail members.

"I know Lucy is strong, but I honestly never thought she was equal to Erza." Gray said honestly. Natsu nodded, and Lyon and Sherria looked down into the arena.

"Boys, they aren't done yet." Sherria said, causing them all to look down into the arena, and their eyes widened as they saw Erza stand, offering her hand to Lucy. "No way, Erza wouldn't help Luce. It has to be a trick." Natsu commented. Lucy cautiously took Erza's hand, and she pulled her up. The only mages left were Erza, Lucy, Mirajane, and Minerva. Jenny lost to Mirajane, and now she and Minerva were going at it.

Erza and Lucy stood there, each heavily damaged and stared at each other when they both body slammed into each other at the same time.

"You're a disgrace to Fairy Tail! Equip, Wind God Armour!" Erza yelled, appearing in her Wind God Armour in a matter of milliseconds. Lucy, knowing how strong that armour was, didn't do anything but slam into Erza with brute force.

"I'm a disgrace to Fairy Tail!? You could've just killed everyone in this stadium with Fairy Burst!" Lucy yelled, as her and Erza punching and kicking each other.

"At least I didn't try to kill Wendy and Romeo!" Erza yelled, summoning the sword from her armour and slashing Lucy's legs, causing her to fall to her knees.

"That wasn't us damnit!" Lucy yelled, standing back up and backhand slapping Erza.

"Then beat me and prove it!" Erza yelled, grabbing Lucy and throwing her over to the fight between Minerva and Mirajane, and barely missed the attacks they aimed at each other.

"I'm not here to prove myself to you, Erza. I'm here to fight for Lamia Scale. You can say and think whatever you want, but we know the truth." Lucy said, stumbling up weakly, a shadow cast over her eyes. The guild of Lamia Scale looked at Lucy with a smile, seeing that her heart was in the right place.

"Star Dress, Cancer!" Lucy yelled, appearing in Cancer's Star clothing and wielding twin blades. Suddenly, Minerva collapsed unconscious to the ground. "Has the great Minerva been defeated!? It seems so. Lucy Heartphilia of Lamia Scale, Erza Scarlett of Fairy Tail, and Mirajane of Fairy Tail B are the three Mages left!" The announcer yelled, and everyone watched the battle more intensely now.

Erza, Lucy, and Mirajane all charged at each other at once, swords and Mirajane's bare fist. Erza and Lucy were sent flying and their bodies slammed roughly into the wall of the arena. 

"Satan Soul, Mirajane Seilah!" Mira yelled, Erza and Lucy's bodies falling out of the wall as they stood back up. Mirajane simply looked at Lucy and spoke, "Macro. Now, go back to normal." She commanded, and Lucy's clothes went back to normal. "Now, don't move, don't fight back, and don't try to defend yourself." Mirajane commanded, and Lucy stood there, her face blank.

"What is this, has Mirajane left Lucy completely defenseless to her and Erza's attacks?! What will happen to Lucy!?" The announcer yelled. 

"This is sick, Lucy can't do anything!" Lyon yelled, gritting his teeth and clenching his fists. Natsu, Gray, Happy, Lyon and Sherria all looked over to Fairy Tail, who smirked back. All of them except Wendy, Romeo and Makarov. In fact, they looked mortified at the sight. Makarov especially, who looked sad, concerned, but there was a glimpse of anger in his face.

Erza slashed at Lucy multiple times, many cuts appearing on her body as Mirajane simply picked her up by her hair and through her body into a wall.

"Onee-san, think about us, you can beat them, all of Lamia Scale believes in you!" Sherria yelled, and Lucy's eyes widened as to what Sherria called her. Then a cracking sound was heard as Lucy stood up weakly, leaning against the wall for support. Mirajane's eyes widened.

"There's no way she broke the curse." She said darkly, but Mirajane then collapsed unconscious. Lucy breaking the curse zapped away her magic energy.

"Mirajane is out! Now, it's a Fairy Tail mage against and used-to-be Fairy Tail mage!" The announcer yelled. 

Erza, though beaten up badly, was standing tall and looked as if she hadn't taken a beating at all. Lucy however, was leaning against the wall for stability and her clothes were tattered completely.

"So, Lucy Heartphilia, will you give up, Lamia Scale losing? You're not out of magic, but with one small punch your body could break. Are you willing to risk your life for a guild you haven't even been in for a week?" Erza asked in a commanding voice, standing only ten feet away from Lucy. Lucy didn't smile, she didn't even frown, nor did she speak. She did one thing, and it set Erza off.

Lucy laughed. Erza dashed up to Lucy and punched her hard in the gut, and she coughed up blood. Erza then kept punching, over and over and over. Lucy continued to cough up blood, and her body shook weakly.

"Don't you get? it Erza, your words, they don't scare me, or intimidate me. Not in the slightest, and you know what, Erza? You'd do the same thing for Fairy Tail, that I'm going to do for Lamia Scale!" Lucy yelled, punching Erza hard enough in the face to send her flying back.

Lucy fell to her knees, her back against the wall, and her legs out in front of her. Suddenly, Lucy's body was shot away from the wall and in front of Erza, who side kicked her in her back and elbowed her into the ground. Lucy coughed up more blood, and she didn't say anything, and she didn't move. Erza picked Lucy up by the necklace around her neck.

"You would've made a great S-Class wizard Lucy, you're strength is on par to mine. But you were banished from Fairy Tail for a bad reason, and now, I've won." Erza said, dropping Lucy to the ground who clutched tightly onto her stomach. Erza looked down at her, waiting to see if she'd get up or not.

Lucy grabbed onto Erza's wrist and pulled herself up, with one last attempt at winning. Erza laughed as they both pulled their fists back to strike and punched each other in the face, their strength cracked the ground beneath them and they both fell to the ground unconscious. The entire stadium went silent for a moment, in temporary shock. Erza's armour vanished leaving her in her Grand Magic Games clothes, and Lucy just laid there. What no one noticed, was that Lucy was holding onto Taurus' key with her other hand, and though she wasn't in his Star Dress, he allowed her for a ten minute time period to have his strength.

"The final battle of the day, ends with a tie between Fairy Tail's Erza Scarlett and Lamia Scale's Lucy Heartphilia!" The announcer yelled, and many cheers were heard. Sherria and Lyon jumped into the arena and ran over to Lucy. Natsu and Gray were frozen in shock, their brains still processing what happened. Wendy and Gajeel leaped into the arena to help Erza. Sherria began to heal Lucy as Wendy did the same with Erza. Once they were both done, they exchanged glances, and Sherria was surprised to see Wendy come over and help with the healing of Lucy, who was far more injured than Erza was.

Gajeel carried Erza's body to the infirmary, while Wendy and Sherria spoke. "Wendy, they didn't hurt you or Romeo, and I bet you know that." Sherria stated. 

"Both Romeo and I know that, but no one believes us, and I think the words Lucy-san spoke to Erza-san, may have gotten her to believe as well." Wendy replied, and Sherria simply smiled.

"I'll see you later, Wendy." Sherria said as Lyon picked up Lucy's body and they walked to the infirmary under Lamia Scale's designated area in the stadium. Everyone began to leave the stadium, and Gray, Natsu, and Happy went to the infirmary.

"I can't believe it, Lushee is as strong as Erza." Happy said teary eyed as he looked at a very beaten up Lucy. Wendy and Sherria took care on the internal wounds, but bruises, cuts, and gashes still remained.

"I've never seen Luce fight like that, never." Natsu said, looking at Lucy.

"Me either. Then again, she's never had to fight like that." Gray commented and everyone nodded in agreement. Natsu's head whipped around. "Gramps, is that you?" Natsu asked, and Makarov walked in.

"Children, Wendy, Romeo, Charle and I know you didn't hurt them. So I came to apologize. Not only for that, but what Mira did earlier was brutal, Erza is just as guilty. The guild seems to have been put under a spell, and the only way to break it is for you four to reach their hearts. Lucy reached not only Erza's heart, but Romeo's, Wendy's, Charle's, including my own. I'm also here to simply congratulate you. I never thought Lucy was equal to Erza in strength, plus she beat Mira by breaking the Curse put on her. I'm not here to ask you to come back to Fairy Tail, but I'm here to ask you guys to break the spell cast on their minds over the course of the Games this year." Makarov said, hoping they'll agree.

"Gramps, Erza tried to kill Lucy the night we were banished from the guild." Gray said, Happy and Natsu nodded.

"Alright, we'll do the task." Lucy said, sitting up with one eye closed, swollen shut. 

"Lucy/Luce/Lushee/Onee-san!" The group of mages yelled at the same time. They all smiled, Lucy included.

"You kicked my ass Lucy." A certain red haired mage said as she walked into the room.

"Mine too, I'm actually really surprised you could." A certain white haired mage said as she walked into the room.

"Erza, Mira?" Lucy asked, seeing them stand on each side of Makarov. Natsu and Gray got defensive of Lucy the moment they walked in.

"Lucy, I'm so sorry for trying to kill you. I know a sorry won't erase the actions I've done, especially since I tried killing you twice. I do not wish for you to forgive me, I just wanted you to know I'm sorry and that I've never seen you fight that greatly. You truly are worthy of being an S-Class mage." Erza stated and Lucy laughed a bit.

"I forgive you Erza, it wasn't your fault. You were under a spell, and I wouldn't go so far as say I'm strong enough to be an S-Class mage." Lucy said and Erza smiled lightly. Before Erza could speak, Mirajane took over.

"Lucy, your passion for your friends and family was strong enough to break a Curse. You defeated me all by yourself and then tied with Erza." Mirajane said with a small smile. "You even stopped Fairy Burst from killing everyone in the stadium." She added. Happy flew over and sat on Lucy's head and Lucy laughed a bit.

"Regardless of how I beat you guys, which Erza and I beat each other, all of my magic is gone now. I used it all up." Lucy said, and Sherria walked over and started to replenish Lucy's magic. "Sherria, you don't ne-" Sherria cut Lucy off before she could finish her statement.

"Onee-san, your exact words were "I'm here to fight for Lamia Scale", and that's exactly what you did, almost at the cost of your life. I'm gonna replenish your magic energy, and you can't do anything about it." Sherria said, continuing to heal her magic.

"Thanks, Sherria." Lucy said.

"Master Makarov, you had three amazing mages in your guild." Master Ooba said, walking in. Happy would've made her say four, but he had fallen asleep on Lucy's head.

"When she is healed, I'll fight her and test her strengths." Jura said walking in.

"What!?" Lucy screamed, her eye widening.

"Look, I may be one of the Ten Wizard Saints, but you're strong. That's how I'll test you." Jura said and Lucy passed out. Master Ooba started spinning Jura, who got dizzy.

"Natsu, Gray, Fairy Tail will always be your family, and that spell does not excuse our actions. But once the spell is broken on us all, Fairy Tail will apologize." Makarov said, as he Erza, and Mirajane turned around to leave.

"Don't worry about it Gramps." Natsu said.

"It isn't your fault, but regardless, this is the Grand Magic Games. And as you saw today, we won't be holding back, not at all." Gray added on. Makarov, Erza, and Mirajane left in silence, but they were all smiling.

"Because of Lucy, Lamia Scale and Fairy Tail are tied for First Place now." Lyon said. Sherria nodded and Master Ooba stopped spinning Jura.

"I never knew how strong she was, five years ago watching her summon two Golden Gate Keys was amazing, compared to what we saw today, that was childs play." Jura stated, with a smile.

"Lucy's gotten a lot stronger since she's joined Fairy Tail. We all have, and now, Fairy Tail will see how strong." Gray said, he and Natsu fistbumped. Lyon then walked over and picked up Lucy bridal style and laid Happy on her stomach.

"Let's get back to the hotel." He said, walking out and everyone nodded in agreement and headed to the hotel as well. 

Once they got there, everyone split up except for Team Lamia Scale who headed to their suite. Lyon laid Lucy in her bed and put Happy besides her, on her pillow. "Let's rest up, after today, we know just how their setting battles up. There won't be such a thing as an easy battle this year." Gray said in a serious tone.

"Night everyone." Natsu said, jumping onto his bed. Within five minutes, all of them were asleep.
